If I could give zero stars I would. My widowed elderly…read moremother was going to hire them, I asked to negotiate the percentage. They claimed they normally charge 10%! This makes me think of the payday loan people. Not okay! They said they would not go lower than 5%. Then said they had to cover the cost of their insurance...At my mother's expense? Isn't that cost of doing business?! They kept trying to convince her that they were worth the higher percentage when it is a seller's hot market. We found an upstanding firm that will give my mother a lower percentage so she will still have money to live on. I do not recommend them in any way!
