A friend shared Dave's info with us and when we started working with him we couldn't have been happier. It was our first time going through looking for a home, and it felt like a very smooth process. He was very knowledgeable as we looked at houses together, informing us of what looks great, good, questionable, and risky about the different properties. He really worked with us to understand what we were looking for, which gave him a good gut reaction as we looked at house after house. We definitely got the sense that he wanted us to find something that would be the right fit. Highly recommend reaching out to Right Fit Real Estate if you're looking for a realtor, you can feel the personal touch of working with a small local business. Dave was great, and we also had the pleasure of interacting with MacArthur and Kirk, who were just as helpful.

He has a strong knowledge of construction, contracting and home appraisals (he has worked as a tax appraiser for a county government), and would always give us an honest and frank assessment of any property we were looking at, even when it meant telling us that he thought something was over-priced or not suitable for us. This was in the very hot market of early 2013 where other buyers were clamoring for the same properties and driving prices up! We eventually were able to buy a house we like, that other buying agents had passed over for their clients. We later learned that the buying agent's commission on the house was a full percentage point lower than normal; Kirk's opinion was not affected by this; he was more than happy to give us his honest opinion about the property, and to help us make the purchase. He was able to negotiate a good deal for us in the end, and the appraisal and purchasing process went very smoothly. We wholeheartedly recommend Kirk and McArthur to anyone trying to purchase a house in the Seattle area!

I received written permission by text to mount my TV and pictures using screws, and I patched the holes before moving out. What concerns me most is that photos were taken to document the property's condition before my lease ended, while I was still cleaning and moving out. I finished cleaning and returned the home, including the garage door remotes, on the final day of my lease, yet I was later told the remotes were missing. I was also charged around 400 dollars for carpet cleaning, despite the lease stating the carpets are cleaned between tenants. Combined with the loss of a significant portion of my security deposit 2,695 for walls that were cleaned and patched, these charges did not feel fair, based on the condition in which I returned the home. I'd encourage future renters to document everything, in detail. And, maybe think twice about renting through this company." I encourage anybody and everybody else to do the same don't let these crooks get you! Make sure you take photos document properly and get yourself a good lawyer like me! Im getting a good one!

I left a less than desirable review here in yelp and immediately Ryan began contacting me through Yelp. Then Ryan started calling me out like where's your email etc?? I have my own stuff going on and don't have time for their business communication management. I simply told him that I did not care to litigate this online and there was no point as we found a better firm that answers a phone, returns emails promptly etc. But clearly their mgmt of communication is a problem. Then later a fellow named Jim started into this. After that yelp removed my review for derogatory nature which was unfortunate. So clearly after asking me on the Yelp app where is your email? Was solved by Jim who subsequently sent my wife ( the manager of one of our properties) by a different name than mine and left it at that stating he could not help us at this time! I completely understand this as I don't want to do business with poisonous people either. But I gave them multiple opportunities to provide service and care but not a priority for them . The bottom line here is that this is a firm that does not have a staffed office, does not respond in real time to viable business requests, and wants to argue over their communication shortcomings with reviewers which I have no respect for. I've tried multiple times by phone to work this out with them even after I judged them as not being worthy to deal with. Do your due diligence before hiring this firm or whoever operates and works at it.

Deanna is amazing, and we cannot rave about her enough!…read more We had a very unique property with particular challenges that left us lacking confidence in our ability to sell it. On top of the challenging features of the property, we had moved to California two years prior to listing to care for aging family members, leaving the house empty for that time. When we finally decided our move was permanent, and it was time to consider selling, we interviewed several realtors. We felt rather deflated, as almost every one of them discouraged us from listing and told us to wait. Most did a quick Google search of local stats and said it wasn't a good time. The realtor who worked with us when we bought it wasn't even interested in trying to sell it. Deanna is the only one who took the initiative to go to the property and get a real on-the-ground view of it. She saw what the area had to offer, and that the house was a gem with two big issues that would require finding a very particular buyer (a working farm across the street, which we loved, and an insanely steep driveway). And she believed we could do it. She made a plan, gave us a TO-DO list, and assured us that this house would sell. She gave us the confidence we needed to buckle down and do the work to get the house on the market. There was some tough love on her part, when we started to lose momentum in our repair work, and when we wanted to price it higher than the market would support. That's exactly what we needed. She kept us grounded. She did some great staging of the property, and her photographer took gorgeous photos that showcased all the things that made us fall in love with the house when we bought it. She even made a photo book keepsake for us to commemorate our time there. Deanna was very realistic and did not over-promise. But she absolutely delivered!!! Our house was on the market for only 2 weeks, before it sold for cash at our asking price. She made the process of closing so, so easy. And she continued follow-up support well after closing, facilitating communication between us and the buyers in re: to personal items we had forgotten or mail that arrived late. We would highly recommend Deanna to anybody looking to sell their house. She's realistic, honest, and tough when you need direction to stay on track. And she is thoughtful and encouraging, recognizing the emotional side of selling a home where you've made so many memories. We cannot say enough great things about Deanna!
