    Couldn't be bothered Couldn't be bothered to get leases…read moresigned. Couldn't be bothered to get leases notarized. Couldn't be bothered to show up for move-in inspections. Couldn't be bothered to document anything in email which allowed realtor a lot of wiggle-room fantasy about what information she did & didn't share. Took creative notes that did not reflect any conversations that we had with realtor about needs/requirements for our property. Couldn't be bothered to READ our actual contract with CB and execute accordingly - the realtor finally admitted that she hadn't bothered to read the contract & then resigned when it was pointed out that she was not executing per contract (she declared that she didn't like the terms & admitted to not having read the terms AFTER AN ENTIRE YEAR of being under contract). NOTE: it is their boiler plate contract for property management. There were bizarre strenuous arguments for keeping problematic tenants in place. In short: we were more than happy to replace Coldwell Banker.

So first there are shuttles that will take you to the beach, there is also a private marina where you have access to rent jet skis, boats and there is a small almost wading pool for young kids where rocks separate it from the deeper part of the lake. They also provide a trampoline in the water, seating lounge chairs with umbrellas to provide shade. Inside the homes they provide beach towels, pantry has seasonings, appliances like coffee makers with tea and coffee, food storage bags and a variety of cookware. It felt just like being at home because they only thing we needed to buy was food and they also provided a grill and hot tub. It can be a little pricey but we split among 2 families to reduce the cost. Oh also there was a wagon which allowed us to bring everything to the beach and my daughter which also fits in the buggy to shuttle. And how dare I forget to mention. The POUR HOUSE had soo much outdoor seating in the front and in the back.

The reason for the bad review is that the stain already existed when we got there. My wife noticed it right away. We were still charged for this despite four attempts to dispute the charge. We reached out to the Lookout, after initially responding to our email, they then ignored all emails after we stated the stain was already there.

    We were lucky to have connected with Alice to show us homes in the area. I don't know of a nicer…read moreperson. Her sense of humor and beaming smile puts one at ease. She had prepared collateral on homes we had interest in viewing ahead of time. We took along the packet of pictures, facts and details as she drove us home to home. We found a place and made an offer the following morning but lost the deal. Alice was so ethical in her business practice unlike others in the area we discovered. Alice was so admirable when she went out of her way to call us when the place we lost became available again but now for sale-by-owner. I don't know of to many realtors who would do such a thing when there was no financial incentive to do so. It just affirms her good hearted nature looking out for the best interest of her customers. We have had the pleasure of being able to work with her again as she was the liaison between K and L Builders and the home owner through the building process.. She is helpful guiding us through the process and educating us on choices specific for the area. We certainly see her more than a realtor now but also as a friend.

With her extensive knowledge of the area market, neighborhood characteristics, etc. she was able to fully inform us of the options and qualities of areas about Chelan. As we were in no hurry to buy and wanted the perfect home for us, we and Alice knew the process could take some time. Alice was patient and kept us constantly well informed of the real estate situation and of specific properties in our profile. Once an offer had been made, Alice worked closely with all the parties, escrow, inspectors, brokers, etc to guide the process along smoothly and without issues arising. We were very happy with our experience with Alice and can highly recommend her.

    This is basically two reviews in one.......Deb has managed 2 transactions for our family. Deb…read moremanaged both transactions meticulously! From listing to sales. Strong on comp work, worked with stagers to insure our homes were showing in their best condition. Offers were immediate and Deb worked hard to get the best deal and in one instance Deb basically did the work of the buyer's agent as well as she was slow to respond and did not have Deb's level of experience.

    Debra sold us our Chelan house September 23rd 2017, and everything was fine until we discovered…read morethat Debra flat out lied about the fact that the septic compartment had a hole drilled between the two compartments as required in order to close the deal... I even have an email from Debra Meehan clearly stating that this in fact was done and checked off....Fast forward to 2024 and having the septic tanks cleaned out, and discovering that in fact "This Was Never Done".... So I reached back out to Debra Meehan, and even included the email from her stating this work was completed so the sell of the home could close... Debra Replied: John & Nancy "Sorry to hear the septic is causing you concern. I was not aware of any unfinished work from your purchase. I'm sorry but there is nothing further I can do to assist." So I replied: "Then why did you tell us it was already drilled? Seriously this is how you want to handle this Debra? You were sure aware of it when you wrote the email telling us it was completed" Debra Replied: "Boom. That didn't take long." So to sum it up, Debra Meehan flat out lied to us stating the septic work was completed so the sell of the house would move forward, and she could collect her commission check. Now I'm looking at having to pay to get this corrected at the tune of $2,600.00 Debra had a chance to make this right, but chose to turn her back on us and run with commission check in hand. She was available at most (almost all) hours of the day/night to answer questions we had or forward us homes to look at on the MLS website. We ended up finding a home that is perfect for us and Colleen worked with the sellers agent to get it done quickly and efficiently (even though there were some speed bumps along the way). She was always on time when it came time to meet up to tour a home and gave us her undivided attention throughout the whole tour. She always had options for more tours if the first (or second or third) didn't tickle our fancy. She even helped us out with a washer and dryer for our home. Talk about going the distance! Very glad we had Colleen to help us through the whole process.
