I couldn't imagine sending my children anywhere else. The school is ridiculously clean and well kept. The classrooms are totally adorable. The teachers are the best of the best. Kortney, the owner/director is the absolute best in the business. You can tell that she really cares about her students and families and is not just out for her bottom line. That is a breath of fresh air. The assistant director, Gabi, is completely the same. They both make you feel like you are part of their family. My daughter is happy & thriving with them and absolutely LOVES the spacious outdoor play area. They have made us feel safe and comfortable during COVID and best of all, given my daughter a sense of normalcy. I highly recommend this center to everyone and anyone!

Now they are kicking my child out due to drop off time that they set and we followed along with not taking a nap (WHICH IS NOT REQUIRED BY THE WAY) There was a time my daughter was not fed anything inside of her lunch box and I Contacted useless Kaitlynn and she never responded. So I decided to contact the owners and they respond 4 days later stating that they didn't think it was important enough to respond because it wasn't that serious! I guess feeding my daughter in their supervision was not that important to them! New Director (Kaitlynn Strand) is as useless as they come. Owner and her husband are just as useless and arrogant/ ignorant. These clowns sent me an email 9/10/25 after I sign my daughter out and leave the parking lot that after 9/12/25, Mia is no longer allowed in the facility because she does not take naps. No other child was targeted but mine! My daughters last day there I was told by the arrogant husband that I do not know how to run a business. Clearly not knowing that I run 2 businesses. He must think he is the only businessman in Windham, NH I will reporting this to every department possible because what they are doing are so wrong in so many levels! At the beginning of our little one's attendance - the teacher sent a message that our baby was being extra sensitive that day, not his best day, and we were happy to go get him. (He was sick and feeling icky). We also like how caring the management team is - and how involved they are with day to day activities. I was shown around and saw the playpens folded up and neatly tucked away; Mats for nap time were all organized in a closet, and toys were in toy boxes. I did not see any toys in cribs. I'd also like to point out that given how many children and toys there are, the place was impressively neat and organized. As for the baby room, I thought it was a great set up! It's its own separate room; confined and set up so the person in there can be attentive to all babies. The only reason we did not go with Ms Darlene's was merely because of distance. The Director on the other hand is an awful human. My son had been at this daycare since June 2022 and in January 2023 we were told that his spot was only 'temporary" and would end Feb 8, 2023. The Director swears that we had the conversation and that she told me this was happening and that the witness to our conversation was her daughter slash Co- Director. Not a very credible third party. She also told me jokingly that she should really start putting this in writing because parents always seem to be surprised when she tells them their child's spot is temporary. My son had a very difficult transition into daycare and my argument was why would I have put him through such a difficult transition knowing it would only be temporary?! Clearly we did not know. During our final conversation, after her telling me I needed to be "respectful to the staff" until his last day which blew me away since I was nothing but respectful to her staff, she told me over and over again how much they did for my son and how accommodating they were to him when he started. Now being an Elementary School Guidance Counselor myself, I said to her "if you are working with children, you SHOULD be doing everything that you can to accommodate any child's needs?" If that is not your. mindset then you have no business working with children. Looks like a great option for daycare/preschool; they accommodate 6weeks to 5years. Love how the center is sectioned away from the busy street being on the backside of the shared business building. They do great activities with the kids and all of their employees are wonderful. It's unfortunate that someone gave a 1 star review just because of the fact that TLT charged a fee during Covid. They send out a very honest explanation and at the time were not being offered any special help /programs from the government as other businesses were. They were faced with a very difficult decision and instead of shutting down their doors and leaving tons of parents scrambling, they stayed opened and very transparent of their decision to charge. I was not thrilled about paying either but to me it was worth it and they really didn't have any other options. As far as the other woman that posted a bad review. It sounds like you're not going to be a "good fit" anywhere. If your child requires alone time, that's going to involve another staff member to supervise this child so that he/she can be alone. Not to mention a free space to do this in. Sounds like you should consider an at home nanny service instead of expecting a daycare to conform to your very specific, high level needs. I looked at her profile and she's given 1-2 stars to 4 other area day cares. At some point, you've got stop and think, "maybe it's not them....maybe it's me" I find the need to point this out because I don't think it's fair to TLT or inquiring parents looking at the ratings to base your decisions off two reviews that really aren't relavent to how wonderful this place truly is.
