It was nearly 7 at the time and the marina was closed so that is why I called him the next day. The Bubba Gumbos manager saw the beam sticking halfway out in the parking lot as shown in my picture and he is the one who pushed it back on the trailer bed. I have no idea why it was sticking out dangerously as shown on the picture. It was around 7 and the sun glare made it hard to see as shown in my pictures. You can see the attitude and extreme lack of care in the owners response. I was always polite and respectful so that is a blatant lie saying I was belligerent. I have all the texts between us and am happy to share. Their negligence damaged my vehicle and I ran in front of another vehicle that nearly hit the beam right after me preventing a second accident within just a few minutes. I even offered to split the repair costs to which I received no reply at all. I tried to work with him, but he treated me extremely unprofessionally. We were planning to eat at Bubba Gumbos that night and had been looking to take a boat out to Little Tybee while on our trip, but will never use this marina or eat here. I advise you to do the same.

We were able to replace a battery that was giving us trouble and the folks that ran the place were super helpful. Bathrooms were clean and if the weather wasn't bad we would have had a great view outdoors. Inside we had some drinks at a well stocked bar and ate the most delicious food from the Shrimp Gumbo to the pork chop dinner special everything was delicious, also have great hamburgers. To top things off there was a Thursday night Trivia contest that we won and got $35 off the bill. All in all we highly recommend you stop on by if you get the chance.
