I am a single, widowed mother on a tight budget. I have stored other places and with all the increasing fees, 2 yrs ago, this fit my life. I felt especially happy and really kept an eye out for the well being of this place and my neighbors. About 8 months ago Matt asked me to leave because he was complaining about my power usage. He said the person who complained wanted me out, period and his job was on the line. I agreed, but at the same time wasn't given a date by which to move out. Unable to handle the financial burden, I stayed because they kept accepting my payments. I have friends at this facility and family that have units that are far bigger. I haven't had power or so much as a dim light bulb in my unit for 8 months now. I deal with the homeless across the creek from my unit threatening me and harassing me whenever I visit my unit. Management has been unsympathetic and refuses to do anything or even allow a woman by herself a light bulb or a place to charge her phone for safety. Security is minimal and I stress about being ripped off all the time. As a female with a daughter I sometimes bring, I highly recommend you store elsewhere if safety is a concern!!!!

Mark and Val greeted me when I arrived and Val personally showed me the two storage units I was interested in. Let's put it this way -- their drive-up units are so popular there's actually a waiting list for them. As Val walked me through one of their newly built climate-controlled buildings, it honestly felt like Fort Knox with how secure and well-maintained everything was. The property was spotless, modern, organized, and gave me a really safe feeling knowing belongings would be protected there. Even though I ended up needing something different for convenience purposes, I still wanted to recognize the great customer service and positive experience I had here. You can tell they genuinely care about the property and the people renting from them.
