Overall, the customer service and professionalism could have been handled much better. Overall, I would not recommend Prime Storage to anyone. The staffing is very inconsistent, and there have been times where staff did not show up, leaving customers stuck outside the gate. When concerns are brought up, it feels like all you hear are excuses instead of solutions. The overall experience has been very frustrating and disappointing.

My only 2 things I'd say I think needs to be improved on are: 1) I have a unit that I can drive up to... I've had several spiders in my unit which I am terrified of. I had to have a friend come and kill them all and remove all the webs more than once. It's an outside unit so I am not sure if the interior units have the same insect problem. *** If management reads this, I'd recommend that since this facility is surrounded by fields, they hire an exterminator. Keeps the units cleaner without creepy crawling things in there. 2) The gate closes at 9pm. I don't really see the point of closing so early since we all have our own gate codes and there are cameras all over the facility to keep the units safe. Frequently I find that I need to access something after 9pm, so I have to wait till early morning to get it. Extending the gate hours till midnight would be very helpful!
