Graham's prep work of stripping, cleaning and etching is solid and his refinish work is flawless. I couldn't be happier with how the project turned out. Graham also went the extra mile and cleaned all the calcium build up on the faucet handles and spigot which he didn't have to do and made it look all brand new. Communicating and scheduling with Graham was very easy and is also very patient and personable especially considering how busy he is. My inspector, who did get on roof, discovered extensive damage to roof to include water leaking into attic in several places. This inspector noted that roof needs replacement immediately. This damage was never listed on Titan report. Also, furnace was not Ok. It had not been inspected for 2 years and needed to be replaced. In addition, Titan report never mentioned water under house and some repairs needed there. While Titan used pictures and report looked good, I would have bought a house that needed thousands of dollars in repairs had I relied on their report.

What a great company to work with! Vasyl and his crew are so good at what they do. Not only do they provide quality work but Vasyl's knowledge and expertise shines through in the decisions/suggestions that he makes to provide the best possible outcome. We had LEO Painters out to paint the raw wood left under our eaves from having our roof, including all of the sheathing replaced and a panel of fence from a repair. In total about 425 sqft. spread out around the edge of a 5,250+ sqft. roof. The work was completed in one day, both primer and paint. Having worked for the majority of my career in the residential construction industry I know exactly how difficult it can be to find a good, quality painter. So many painters are just disappointing at best. LEO Painters are an absolute exception! Excellent, quality work, efficiently executed, for a very, reasonable price. Even though we plan to have siding work done this year, so we didn't care about overspray on the body of the house. LEO Painters, took the time and care to make sure that everything was protected. I have not found a single issue of paint being where it shouldn't be, not one! In over 15 years of working with painters that is a first. I couldn't be more pleased with Vasyl and his crew!
