He actually arrived ahead of schedule, which was a great first impression. Isaiah was professional from the start--introduced himself with a handshake and took the time to ask exactly what was going on. I explained that it sounded like the spring had broken or come unraveled. He assessed the issue right away and clearly explained what had happened. His knowledge and ability to break down the repair in a way that made sense stood out immediately. Based on his professionalism and the company's strong reputation, we felt confident moving forward. He left to grab the necessary parts and returned within about an hour, then completed the repair in roughly an hour and a half. After finishing, Isaiah walked us through everything he had done, making sure we understood the work. September 2024 After…read moreseveral years of looking at reviews and trying to find a company to replace our siding we chose Titan Remodel Services. My husband is a contractor but too busy and unable to work on our own house, we needed someone who would give as much care and skilled craftmanship into our project that my husband puts into his work. So, I knew he would be critical of the work that was being done. From the first day we met, and we went over the project we knew Rick was the guy for the job. We wanted upper level craftmanship with a very competitive price. Rick's knowledge on siding was exceptional. After reviewing our project, we received a bid within a couple of days. After the job was started Rick pointed out to us a couple of problems (or potential problems) he found. The year before we had our roof replaced with a very large reputable company and the flashing the roofers installed was not high enough and could potentially create the roof leaking prematurely. Rick took pictures to show us the problem and said he could easily fix it. We asked him to do so, and the cost was minimal. Another problem Rick found was a bunch of sugar ants when he removed the wood. We had a sugar ant problem for the last 3 years. Our pest inspector was having a hard time locating how they were entering the house. We were able to relay Rick's finding to him and we were able to fix the problem. This is nothing that effected Ricks job, he didn't have to say anything about the ants, but it was again the care he gives his clients. I would recommend Titan Remodel Services to all of my friends and will contact them for any other project we need completed.
