They viewed the house and quoted us $800. We verbally approved it. Then when the house was ready I called to schedule the cleaning and went over the expectations we had prior to listing the house for sale . Then they came back at $1,200+_. We felt against a wall to get the house ready and reluctantly agreed. They sent us a bill and told us they were finished. A few days later I looked at the house and notified them on some important areas that were missed. They said they would complete the following Sunday but didn't. Then they showed up after I contacted them again. One of the major items they did not clean well was the windows, a skylight that was missed, spider webs in the garage, and streaks in many windows and grout residue that looked like paint overspray. When I met them I was promised they would take care of all the issues. They stated they saw the grout issue and knew it was one of the issues they saw but failed to tell me about. I told them I would pay them now as they promised to come back to clean all the remaining items. As to the poor window cleaning, I didn't notice that till a few days later. When I called the husband of the lady I hired he made me feel like I was making things up vs offering to help out. I sent him pictures and he got defensive and rude. I let it go as to the windows. However, the rest of the items were never completed! When I asked when they were returning they asked me for paying them for the time they spent on finishing items they missed. I was unhappy and then the husband contacts me and made threats and accused me of harassment. I only wanted them to complete what I paid extra for. I actually hate leaving this note on yelp but thus person cares more about their being right than taking care of their customers , They left us feeling taken advantage of and ruined what could have been a positive yelp review. Unfortunately, I can't recommend a company so unprofessional that lacks the common decency to do what they were paid for !!! Nobody should be treated like this!

He stated that they use DI water so they would not spot WRONG. He did not clean the window tracks, did not clean the screens well, and left one screen in the bathroom completely off. At $425 for a 3 bedroom 2 bath single level home I expected quality work that is not what we received. Next time I'll hire someone from Home Depot as that is the level of workmanship we received.

It's not one size fits all Day of service- they arrived at the end of the window time frame - that's totally ok. The work was done in a little over an hour. Two guys showed up- one hit the inside the other did the outside. My windows look brand spanking new. They even cleaned my skylight in the kitchen and it is so bright in there. I don't think I've ever seen my kitchen lit up as much as It is after this cleaning. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend. I met Calvin, and he was friendly, respectful, and understood what help with cleaning salons were needed. He gave us a reasonable quote, and we scheduled the start of our services right away. They knew timing of an empty salon was going to be a challenge, and they made it work. At first we scheduled every other week, but we noticed how helpful it was to have them during that time that we bumped it up to weekly service. The salons are cleaner, and they move chairs and mats to get all the bits of hair that you can imagine getting in to everything. They mop, dust, vacuum, and clean our bathrooms. Calvin is the owner. If there are any concerns or issues he would want to know right away, and will make sure the crew is aware. We have asked to make special adjustments in cleaning, and in their schedule, and he is very responsive. He's been a joy to work with. The Elite crew have taken a huge task off our to-do list.
