De Ann failed to complete the task. She failed to clean outside of cabinets, microwave oven. Left dirt in corners of kitchen. When I called to complain She said she would return on Saturday Jan. 7, 2023 at 10am. She did not show, nor did she call. I called her twice to no avail. I am unable to do the cleaning myself and will have to hire someone to properly clean my apartment. I feel I was taken for $100.00. This service is not reliable and does not do a good job. DeAnn B. TOn my way home from a 12 hour day of cutting lawns, I seen this gentleman, I have no clue who he is to this day. But I said no way was I gonna let this guy tackle this on his own. So I turned around and went back and unloaded my mower and drove across the street and ask the gentleman if I could help. His eyes lit up and I took that as a yes. I ran down, jumped on my mower and went to work. As I'm cutting the lawn I look over and see the gentleman hunched over his wife, resting his head on her shoulder. So I get it knocked out in no time. I give them a thumbs up and proceeded to load my mower up. The wife makes her way over before I could leave. She was so thankful! Their riding mower broke down and her husband has been mowing their big lawn with a push mower. It only took 15 mins of my time. I changed their life, for a small moment. .I hope someone reads this and feels like doing something good for someone tomorrow. I'm a semi-fan. So why am I a semi-fan and not a full-on fan? The experience with them was a little trying. I called to schedule and they didn't reply right away, but when they did it was via email and for an appointment time 3 weeks out. Since I wanted the carpets cleaned before the holidays, I didn't reply. To make a long story short, even though we never actually scheduled, a technician was sent out anyway wasting that poor guy's time (since I wasn't home) and us having to formally schedule. When we did get formally scheduled, there was a snafu of sorts on their side; the guy that was scheduled to come didn't, was replaced by someone else (making him late) and then their schedule must have been messed up because his supervisor called me trying to find him. Initially I hesitated because I just didn't feel like dealing with it anymore, but after Mike insisted I finally relented and agreed to meet him today at 4pm. Well he went to work and within a few hours I was one happy camper. The floors looked 10x better than when the previous guy was done and I was finally satisfied. I think it takes a real mensch to do what Mike did. Most business owners get a bad review and just wave it off to the cost of doing business; especially when the customer didn't pay full price for the service being done in the first place. I'm sure he lost some money on my whole deal and that's why he deserves a special commendation for doing what he did. Not to mention the fact that he volunteered to do the work himself. That's something you don't see every day. I would easily give them 5-stars, but I'm gonna have to hold to some principals and deduct 1-star for all the scheduling snafus, and not to mention the fact that it should've been done right the first time. After finding Margaret and her ladies, I would never go with another maid. The quality of their cleaning is very great. They put things back exaclty how I like them. They are very trustworthy. The owner even does surprise checks on her maids once in a while, while they are cleaning my home. This shows a lot to me, especially that the owner is on top of things.
