He gave me a thorough quote over email. On the morning of the cleaning he and the owner of the company were there early and walked me through what they'd be doing. They also recommended some additional things they could cover while here at reasonable rates. Kyle communicated with me daily on progress and walked everything with me a few times before they completed to ensure they weren't missing anything. After they completed I found a few spots that got missed and they addressed them right away. Given that the main thing with construction is dust, they explained that if any additional dust settled they would come back and address it. Overall a really great experience.

I understand people get sick, but atleast ensure proper coverage for the same day for those situatuons. They couldn't find anyone to cover until after Christmas. At that point we were so disappointed and didn't want to work with them anymore, so I reached out to Ricky again. He was able to find a team to do the cleaning for immediately. This was for our post home renovation project, carpet and tiles removed and hardwood floors installed, so plenty of dust from the air pretty much coated every surface of kitchen bathroom and furniture that was even covered. Even though we tried to wipe it ourselves we needed a professional cleaning done. Ricky's team showed up and did an amazing job getting our place like new again. The tile dust from the bathroom tile demolition got all over our shower doors and tub, but it was spotless after. The kitchen cabinet doors didn't feel grimey anymore from the kitchen demo, and the new floors felt great after it was professionally cleaned.
