These people are relentless! I made the mistake of calling them once, several years ago, to inquire about a service. I did not hire them because their price was not competitive. I did not give them permission to use my phone number to call me anymore yet they have been doing so. I have called them directly in 2021 and asked them to remove my number from the list only to be ignored. Didn't do the job right first time around. They came back after few days to re do. The guy insisted that he cleaned gutters when the pictures said otherwise. Begrudgingly he re did 2 undone gutters. Next thing I know I get a charge on my cc they used originally. No call no authorization. Multiple calls to the office not returned. Completely fraudulent company. I called and got a quote from them, which was mid range from two other companies. I hired them and was very pleased with the service. They came pretty much on time, looked at what I wanted done and got to work. Everything got done in a timely manner, not rushed and not in and out . Other than than the smell from the cleaning materials, everything that they did was to my satisfaction, from start to final clean up. I was waiting to leave this as I wanted to make sure that there was no later damage or discolorization from the cleaners, there was none. They did a good job with hosing down the shrubs after to make sure that no chemical residue was left on them. I would recommend them and will look to have them come again in the future. These guys did a GREAT job cleaning my windows and screens. SPARKLING windows are underrated on a house. Looks great. I had another window cleaning company come a few months ago and they were terrible. Dirty streaks, and never cleaned the screens. These guys also came in the early spring to circular pressure wash my patio paver surfaces to not upset the sand. Came out great and no sand was lifted. I reached out to Window Genie to get a quote for tinted/frosted a few windows in my home. I was looking for privacy on some windows so that I wouldn't have to install blinds or window treatments. They responded to my form fill on their website very quickly and a date was set for an estimate. Gil showed up right during the time I was told he would and I showed him each window I wanted. He gave me a quote on the spot! I verbally agreed to the quote and was sent a written contract very fast. On the day of installation Gil showed up right on time again and completed the job in the time I was told it would take. The quality of his work was amazing!! I used them a few months ago not more than three. I took down n my curtains and to my shock .... The only cleaned the middle of the windows, you can see swirl marks on every single window and they didn't clean out the exterior cob webs. I would never recommend using them read more

Last Monday the 27th, I called them to book a gutter cleaning for today, Monday the 4th. They were able to use google maps to give me a quote over the phone. They gave me the time frame of 12 - 3 to arrive and clean my house gutters and my separate garage gutters. They arrived early at 10:30 and had 2 men to complete the job. They came with the appropriate ladders, scoops, everything to resolve my issue in one visit. They were diligent and when they did throw the debris on the ground, they followed with a contractor bag to pick up their droppings. I am telling you, 100%, go with this company. They were here and gone in under an hour and left the place clean and spotless. read more

When they realized I was unhappy with the work that was done on my windows I was immediately called by Cathy who I have always dealt with. She insisted that they would do anything make the situation right. In this case streaking on my windows. Our house is not an easy house to service windows and has always been hard to find guys who will do all windows PLUS our skylights. These guys come on time, are super neat and very competent. I asked Window Genie to clean my gutters and powerwash my patio and table. Jose and Jorge went above and beyond! After they powerwashed the patio and table, they powerwashed everything that they put back, even my cheap plastic chairs that were stacked on top of each other in the corner of the patio! They took each one apart and cleaned then from top to bottom and removed a vine that was growing up my gutter drain pipe. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get anything done. I called window genie to clean my gutter. On the day of my scheduled appointment, I received a call from the representative stating the gutters could not be cleaned because of construction doing work at my house. I spoke with the construction workers who stated the employees from window genie did not even get out of the van. I set up another appointment for gutter cleaning. On the date of the second attempt to clean my gutters, I received a bill from Window Genie but did not see anyone at my house on my camera. Again, I called the company and after a long discussion, it turns out my neighbors gutters were cleaned instead of mine. On the third appointment, my gutters were finally cleaned. The only problem, the employees left a gate in my yard open and my dogs got lose. Luckily after an hour of looking for the dogs, they were both found, unharmed. I reported this to Window Genie to prevent this from occurring to another customer. Six weeks after my gutter cleaning, rain was pouring off the gutter. I called Window Genie and was told I would have to pay a service fee for them to clean the gutters again This company is very unreliable, inconsistent, and irresponsible! read more

If you want a reliable company, DO NOT CHOOSE Window Genie of Northeast NJ. I scheduled my windows to be cleaned in my townhouse over a week in advance. I work a lot, so meshing their availability with mine was tricky. We finally came up with an amicable date. When that day came, I received no phone call, but instead had to call them to find out what happened. Apparently, they have corporate clients (car dealerships) which take precedence over their residential customers. I was fed some excuse that a machine broke and they couldn't make it. Stuff happens, I get it, so I rescheduled to today. This time, "Gill" reached out to me 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment to advise me that, again, they wouldn't be able to make the appointment. I had left work early today, sacrificing more of my time, all in vain. There is simply no excuse for this lack of service. Needless to say, I've opted to use another company to clean my windows. I urge anyone considering Window Genie to seek an alternative company or risk wasting your time. Ironically, there are other posts here which tell a similar story of mine...no shows and lack of phone calls. Grade of F for these guys....who not only didn't clean my windows, but didn't even make it to my home to SEE my windows! read more

When I called to see when they were coming they told me that they were going to have to reschedule. They did the exact same thing two more times, so on the third time I said don't bother, as I would be taking my business elsewhere. So imagine my surprise when I received a bill from them yesterday for my gutter cleaning. When I called to find out what was going on they told me I was on a recurring schedule, though I've never had them clean the gutters at this house that I've owned for 2 years.
