This was the first time that I've used Window Genie to power wash my house. They knew I needed them to come before July 13th. We scheduled for the 12th. When the day arrived, I received a call informing me that they may not make it because someone called in sick. I told them the reason I needed it done by the 13th was because the windows were getting cleaned on the 13th. I called to request having my siding washed and they were there 3 business days later! Very professional, even got the black mold off the fascia under the roof. My only recommendation would be to cover any plants or flowers that are by the foundation; they didn't fare so well from the chemical used to clean the house. It wasn't a big deal to me, but just to let you know if you care to cover them! They honored the price quoted over the phone. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly. read more

The two window cleaning servicemen did a great job cleaning the interior and exterior windows in my home. Not an easy job as the window grills are not removable. They took care to not disturb the landscaping on the outside of the house. read more
