I spoke with Tommy (owner), was quoted a price and a date was set. Jonathan showed up exactly on time, introduced himself, asked me to walk the property with him and point out the most relevant areas. We did so and he went to work - never stopped from 8 AM to 3 PM. The windows are perfect and he did his best with the stucco power wash. I had 20 years of built up barbecue grease and smoke on a portion of my stucco. He did a GREAT job without damaging the stucco. Here's the best part. There was no BS from owner Tommy or Jonathan. No promises were made. They only said they would do the best they could without damaging the stucco - no false promises or guarantees.
