Steve was very methodical and took care to do a great job. I was Very happy with his results and Would use again. I might note that your ad saying washing the screens as automatically being a part of standard service is not my experience. I quote Steve that "each screen would be a $2 add'l fee for washing" (each screen) so I did not purchase. Additionally maybe you could be more detailed about how you explain pricing when giving a phone quote. I was told $150 which turned into $192. Mark and Me and My Boys have taken care of our windows since they started their business 15 years ago, and we were one of Mark's first customers. At that time, he and his adorable sons (who were young) came to the door with big smiles and a charming and professional demeanor and they honored the quote they provided me when we called to schedule our appointment. Mark and his sons spent two days cleaning our windows because the lead windows in our home took more time than they accounted for when they gave us a quote. Mark and his boys were only scheduled for one day; however, they came back the following day and Mark did not ask for more money for all of their hard work. We were so impressed with the job they did and how fair, honest and ethical they were, we gave Mark a $100.00 tip. At the time, we didn't feel it would be fair for a man and his two boys to have worked so hard and be "cheated" out of money because they were new and had undercharged for the superb job they did with our windows. Mark and four of his employees came to clean our windows today and as always, they did an excellent job; and I was shocked and thankful at how reasonable the prices remain after being in business for 15 years. Mark, and Me and My Boys are one of the few businesses we have ever used that we know we can trust in our home, with our children, and always know that they will do an excellent job - every time. Mark promptly came out for a window cleaning evaluation, and gave us an estimate on the spot for our 2400 sq ft ranch style home. I thought having windows cleaned professionally was a luxury reserved for weddings or graduations. With My Boys & Me, a regular family can afford to have beautiful clean sparkly windows. Mark's crew of 3 came and did the whole house in 3 hours. I don't know how they did it without dirt streaks dripping down everywhere. The sliding doors open easily again without a screeching sound. It's so bright we need sunglasses inside! My only regret is all the years I lived with my sloppy window cleaning attempts when we could have had perfection.
