We used them to install Christmas Lights. They did a fantastic job. They came out immediately to do their estimate. They went above and beyond to ensure the lights were installed by the time I requested even though it was a last minute request. Jeff worked by himself to get it all done in 1 day (which impressed me because we have a large home). They immediately came out to replace a light bulb. gutters Cleaned Widow Ninjas were supposed to arrive between 1:00 and 1:30 pm. They arrived instead at 10:15 am. I received a text at 10:31 saying they had finished cleaning the gutters. I can see pine straw in the gutters and hanging from the gutter. I told the guy who arrived three hours early to inform the office not to charge my card I left on file and I told the guy who answered the phone as well. These people charged my card anyway even though I cannot verify that they completed the job. I called several other gutter cleaning companies who told me the gutter cleaning would take four to five times the amount of time Window Ninjas spent to complete the job at a minimum. They were at my house for a total of NINE minutes. I was leaving when they arrived at 10:10am for the gutters. I was headed to an appointment less than two miles away. By the time I arrived were I was going and entered the building, I received a text stating they were done. The nine minutes included parking the truck, getting out of the truck, getting the ladders and equipment to clean, putting the ladders against the house and cleaning the gutters and the downspouts on a two story house. (Impossible) Window Ninjas told me twice they were going to send me pictures of the clean gutters on two occasions. I never received the pictures. When I arrived home, I could see pine straw and debris hanging from my front gutters and large clump of debris in my rear gutter. They left debris in my driveway and a large bag of debris near my trash can. When they came back the next day, they did nothing and was gone in a few minutes. The large areas of dirt was all over my driveway and the bag of trash they in my yard was still in my yard. They could have brought the bag of trash with them. They are ripping people off. Window Ninjas came back the next day. Again, I was leaving when they arrived. I attempted to talk with the guy, but he very rudely completely ignored me and refused to talk with me. He just kept walking while I was talking to him as if I did not exist. I have left several messages for someone in charge to give me a call. No one ever returned my phone call from Window Ninjas. I left several messages for the regional manager whose name I was told is named Gave Salians, never returned any of my request for a call. Salinas never returned my call; however, taunted me by sending five emails requesting I provide them with a reference. I told the two men who answers the phone that I would give them a reference to reflect their awful service. This company quoted $193.00 to clean the gutters. At this rate, they are making $193 for less than 10 minutes of work. I had an appointment for them to clean my gutters. I planned on being at home when they did the cleaning; however, they arrived three hours before the scheduled time. Many contractors do not care at all about what the customer wants and think it is alright to show up when they choose instead of the time which they agreed. read more

If I could give this window service a -10 stars, I would. This is the second time I've used them here in the Hampton Roads area. The first time they didn't even go into some of my rooms. I thought it was a fluke and will use them again. I came home today and I'm completely appalled by the lack of cleaning they did to my windows. Again my alarms on my windows are all knocked off, my windows were left open, my back door. They stuck my curtain in the door, then to top it off, they again did not go in to some of my rooms to clean the windows. I should've known better when they were supposed to be here at 8 o'clock, and never showed up until 815. Then I received a phone call approximately an hour later letting me know that they were already done. I have a 15 room house with most rooms, having at least four windows and the technician got done with all of them in less than an hour. Save your money and find somebody else. read more

DON'T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD!! I hired this company to clean my windows outside and clean my gutters. According to the Miranda, the job should take one and a half hours to complete with two workers. The workers show up 2 hours early and did not notify me. They finished the job in less than 25 minutes. The results were a direct result of their negligence to complete the job thoroughly since it should have taken 1 1/2 hours. The crew did an awful job. You could see pine needles and leaves hanging from my gutters. The windows looked worst than they did before the job with smears everywhere and water stains running down the window. A 5 year old could have done a better job. I spoke with Maranda after the job to inform her of the awful sloppy job they had done. She said that she needed to speak with the regional manager and the earliest they could come back was the following Monday. When I booked the job, Maranda said they needed a credit card on file but would not charge the card until they contacted me. No time was set for them to come back and pine needles or still hanging from my gutters and the windows still are not clean. I spoke with Maranda last on November 20th and I haven't heard anything from them since. Today they charged my card for $259.00 without completing the job and without my permission. I just notified my bank that this company made a fraudulent charge on my credit card. read more

The week of Nov 16th I contacted Ninja Windows for a quote for window cleaning of my homes 25 windows. I was given a quote of $220 as well as an email to that effect. On 30 November Ninja windows arrived on site and communicated this: "Sir, your window cleaning is going to be more that what was quoted.....let us check with our managers." When they knocked on the front door 15 mins later here's what I was told: "Sir, we can clean the windows, but it's going to be $420.00 to clean them." No - thats not a typo. They doubled the quote. Reason sighted?? It wasn't because I had 50 windows to clean, or 40 windows to clean. No - I had 25 (as I asked to be quoted). The reason the service doubled was my windows have grills (yes, grills - like 99% of the other windows out there - nothing special). That info was communicated at the time of the quote. Considering I had work to be completed later that afternoon on the windows I had no other choice but to pay double what I was quoted. Ive had lots of service provided at my homes - cleaning service, HAVC, electrical, painters, wall paper, door installation, etc.....I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY QUOTE DOUBLE .....NOT EVEN CLOSE. There were two brothers from Hampton, both were friendly, professional and left my home as if they were never here. Their work on our house was fast and thorough. The price was very reasonable as well.

They advertise collecting by hand and filling a bucket or bag while on the roof. They do not. They use blowers and blow the pine needles and any watery residue to the ground. A muddy mess gets all over the place. Windows, A.C. Unit, shrubs etc. Clumps of pine needles are left on shrubs and the beds that were once neat are not. One gutter they chose to blow everything down one downspout and left it completely packed with pine needles. I heard a lot of loud noise and slamming on one roof but could not see from inside what was going on. This now makes sense. We removed as much as we could but we could only empty as far as our arm could reach. It is complete packed full thanks to their use of blowers rather than by hand. Our previous experience was similar but we addressed the issues and thought we would give them another chance. They sent a different crew and this visit was even worse.
