Bill came out today to clean our windows.. and I am very happy with the results. He seemed very professional, and he helped me on a project that would have taken me two months as my kiddos take priority to some of our household projects. Our windows looked absolutetly great, and much better than if I did them myself. I am very thankful for his service ... and my 2 1/2yr old daughter seemed to like him, she was copying his uniform with items around our house... and I believe kiddos have insight to our characters ... there was a minor scheduling issue, but Bill addressed it promptly and professionally .. I have hired Absolutely Clean twice now over a period of 3-4 years and both times they did an exceptional job. I have a very large house with white vinyl siding. The first time in hired them, Bill and his crew came out and cleaned all the algae off my shingles and then cleaned all the siding on my house. The second time, Bill's son and crew came out and I had them clean just the siding plus two accessory buildings. My siding was filthy and full of cob webs and fly specs. When they were finished, the siding was beautiful and looked nearly new again. They arrived exactly when they said they would and they worked for 3-4 hours. They are respectful of my bushes and other obstructions. They are careful with screens and other delicate items. The pricing was determined up front and was completely reasonable. No surprises on the invoicing. Camille handled the appointment scheduling and pricing discussions with a professional and pleasant demeanor. The works crews were respectful, professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend this family owned business to anyone looking for a great job, on time, reasonable price and excellent and professional service. Absolutely Clean made my life an absolute nightmare! I wanted to give them zero stars, but had to give them 1 since that wasn't an option. I hired them because I had purchased a groupon deal for gutter cleaning with them. I hired them to come on a wednesday at 1:00 pm when I would be home from work to go over what I wanted done since I was also having them do additional exterior cleaning besides the gutters. He showed up on a monday when I was at work, supposedly did the work (I'll never know for sure since I wasn't home), and when I did get home from work, I found one of my girlfriends' lawn ornaments broken, piles of shingle asphalt at the opening of all my downspouts, and my garden hose in the back yard was left on and laying out in the yard instead of wound up where it belongs, and all of my garden hose attachments that I had on my kitchen window ledge were laying on the ground. I told them I was not paying the additional cost until they made things right. I received a very rude and condescending letter from them turning everything around against me, but that they would deduct the cost of the lawn ornament. I called them in an attempt to even things out one last time, spoke with Bill the owner who became irate as soon as he found out who was calling. He refused to discuss things in a rational manner and told me that he "knew doing the groupon thing would be a pain in the butt to begin with and that he will never do it again because it is just a bunch of cheap price shoppers." In addition, every reason I brought up for not being satisfied, he denied and I could even hear his wife, Camille who I originally spoke to when I made the appointment, in the background saying that I, in fact, had the date wrong. Then he went on to say that the gutters on my garage have electrical current running through them and that he got shocked every time he touched them with bare skin. First of all, who the hell would have electric current running through their gutters and if he really was shocked after touching them, why you be so stupid as to touch them again?! If I would have known then what I know now, I would have wired in some higher voltage : P. JUST BEWARE! - these people are liars who clearly have mental problems and are just out to cheat honest people like myself. According to their letter to me, they claim customer satisfaction is a main goal of theirs, but I really can't see how calling a customer a liar and refusing to make things right is going to satisfy. Whether or not they are a groupon customer should not dictate whether or not they receive good service. JUST STAY AWAY! You really have to watch these cleaning services. A lot of them are started up by losers like this guy because they have very low startup cost - the perfect business venture for a loser with no money! I guess that's one of few career opportunities for gutter trash - cleaning gutters. The only good thing I encountered was being able to get a good laugh out of the letter they sent me. It had so many grammatical and usage errors in it, that it made my head hurt to read it. I don't see how this guy is running a "successful business" when he can't even come close to writing a proper business letter. Now I see why he's washing windows for a living.
