Just had our windows cleaned today and would definitely recommend the service. He was on time and I thought the entire job was done very well and very quickly. We have huge cathedral windows and live atop many stairs, and we have a bunch of crazy pets to work around, so it was not an easy job. Purchased an Amazon voucher. Procrastinated in using it so nearly missed the expiration date. No problem! They just explained that there would be a delay in service due to the overwhelming response to the voucher sale. I didn't mind the delay - I was the procrastinator. I called the afternoon prior to the appt date just to confirm the time and as it turned out Anthony lives near me and offered to come that evening, on his way home, and do the windows. Granted, it was all one story and not complicated but it saved me from having to be at home the next day. He was pleasant, courteous, professional and did a gorgeous job! If you had a bad experience previously due to scheduling, etc., give him a chance to make it right and you will be glad you did! I'm puzzled by the reviews; they're either great or horrible. Well I have to add my review to the horrible list. I purchased an AmazonLocal deal last October. I put off using it because we were going to have some siding work done on our house. That has been postponed so I decided to use it before it expired, this October. My call was answered and the appointment made. All good until 3 hours after the appointment time when I called to see if he was coming. Anthony said that he was running late and could he come at 5:30? Not a good time for me. We rescheduled for two days later since I didn't want him in and out of the house while I was getting dinner. Two days later he was a no show! No return phone calls or texts. He finally called back a few days later to reschedule again. He asked that I text him my name, address and phone number. HUH? Didn't YOU just call ME? So that day came and went with a no show, and no phone call or text. This is no way to run a business! Anthony missed out on a potential customer here. We have 90 plus windows here and would have been a good customer to have in his pocket. I have to agree that it would seem that all of the positive reviews must be coming from family and friends. Too bad! Save your time and money and don't call this company. Go with a referral from a friend or neighbor! read more

Horrible experience. They don't return calls, don't show up for appointments and don't care about customer satisfaction. After waiting 2 months for an appointment, they didn't show. Aweful. Avoid this company. I had the same horrible experience as Mary P. After booking a time and taking the day off, Window Panda was a No Show. They didn't call. They didn't returned many, many calls or emails. I got some crazy story a month later that they had sent someone to my address except in a different town in Southern California and they couldn't reschedule while on the phone with me because they were on their cell phone at an airport. If they couldn't check their calendar on their smartphone perhaps they could jot it down and call me back? No such luck. I called Groupon, filed a complaint, & got my money back. I too purchased a Living Social deal for window washing and just like a few customers had trouble with scheduling. After several attempts, the owner called me very apologetic yesterday and came out this morning. Anthony was very professional and respected my home and removed his boots before entering. He worked quickly but his work did not suffer. He offered to do a few extra windows to make up for the scheduling issues. He explained due to the overwhelming demand, he could not handle the volume and admitted they dropped the ball. If you are having problems reaching them keep trying, he will try to make it right as he did in my case. I would have given them 5 stars but due to the problems in the beginning I rated them 4 stars. I setup an appointment with Anthony and he was punctual for his appointment. He had the required business license from Miami Dade which was a big plus for me since I won't let anyone do work at my house without one. It took him about for 4 hours to get the entire house done, but all the windows looked great inside and out. He also removed and cleaned all of the screens. He did a fantastic job on my house for a reasonable price. He is a very nice young man who simply became overwhelmed by the response to the Amazon deal he offered. I admire him for doing his best to fulfill all the customers' orders he received. It can't be easy going to customers who are upset they didn't get their deal fulfilled till sometime after they bought it. I know, I was one of them!
