I have had Orlando Windows Tint Specialists tint 7 of my vehicles over the years and could not be happier with their service and quality of their work. Their attention to detail is spot on, and I am very difficult to impress due to my hopeless OCD (I can spot anything off level from any distance from the corner of my eye and it will bother the hell out of me until I fix it). I recently (3/22/2013) had my car tinted here and I could not be happier. I read the reviews and saw that the waiting room was nice, but I wasn't ready for how nice it really was. Throughout my wait, which was 2 hours, I sat in a comfortable couch on the wifi offered. There was also a tv, and a bunch of snacks to choose from. They were very clear with their instructions on the care for the tint when they were finished, and it looks great. When I sat in my car to drive away (happily) I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had also vacuumed my interior and applied a protectorant to my dash and interior as well! I continuously landed on OWTS' page on sites such as Yelp and Google Reviews with consistently high ratings and positive feedback. OWTS's own website is very professional and answered most of the questions I had regarding the types of tint, cost, and warranty. For more specific questions, I gave OWTS a call. I spoke with the owner who was patient with me and took the time to answer every question I had. I scheduled an appointment through their website for the following week. When I entered the building, I was very impressed with the interior. The waiting room was clean and the furniture was comfortable. There were even snacks and Wi-Fi to accompany the wait. By far the best tint place in Central Florida!!! I got my car done over 5 years ago there and the tint still looks like it was done yesterday! I went back a couple years ago to get my window tinted with a new clear tint to keep your car cool. It's worth every penny! My car goes from "Florida hot" to ice cold in under a minute! I got my windows of my car tinted there and I told them I do not want any bubbles on my back window. By the time I got at home I noticed three or four bubbles the price I paid was too much. I purchased a Groupon-type deal for window tinting on my 4-door sedan. At my December 2012 appointment they explained to me the different options in tinting. There was no high-pressure and they answered my questions completely. Step one: comfortable. I waited in the lobby for the brief 90 minutes it took for them to do the tinting----watching TV and reading a book. Step two: comfortable. After the job was finished they came out with me to the car, explained car requirements, and handled the payment transaction. Step three: comfortable. My husband and I were looking for a place to tint my windows one Saturday, and I found Orlando Window Tint Specialist here in Yelp. We called and was able to take us in. They throw in a sun strip for my windshield for free. Which was a nice perk! We dropped the car and called us when it was done. When we picked it up, we noticed a tiny bubbles on the side windows. We were told they will go away, and we have to let the film dry. So we did! It didn't go away after 3 days, so we had to bring it back and dropped it off again. When we picked it up the second time, we found another tiny bubbles. They tried to fix it infront of us with a squeeze but couldn't, so they took the car back in the shop to work on it some more. We waited about 10 minutes. The problem was fixed, but I had to take one star away because of the inconvenience and time wasted. The car was dropped off; I feel they have plenty of time to work on it, and making sure it's perfect! read more

This business orlando window tint specialists are especially aggravating in the sense that I booked a tint package off of Groupon and in doing so immediately contacted Tiffany over at the above business. Tiffany explained to me that I was not able to use the Groupon anywhere other than the lake Nona location , which by the way is 30 mins away from and this certainly was not stated before I spent my money on the Groupon. This is a cheap sales trick in which the only location you can go to is far away from you but it's not stated in the description in Groupon. Now for the really unprofessional part, Tiffany booked me an appointment and said she has nothing for two weeks, at which point what choice do I have? Now I take off from work to bring the vehicle in and then I get a call telling me that her technician is out of work due to an accident and I have to reschedule. This is unbelievable to me that there is only one tech to do the work but again what choice do I have? So now I rebook for another week and one day before the appointment Tiffany calls and cancels my appointment yet again!!! So basically I'm the only car that needs tinting done and I have to be cancelled on twice. This business never offered anything for this mixup and was actually more than happy to tell me they can't refund my money instead I have to go through Groupon which I gladly did. I will never frequent this business and I will tell as many friends and people I know about the business practices they adhere to. Stay away from orlando window tint specialists. Maybe they should take the S off of specialists since there seems to be only one technician or specialist available to work.
