Before they began, my husband requested that they ensure a small amount of paint splatter was removed from one window and that the slight algae film was cleaned off of the top windows. While the first worker indicated there was no public, the owner arrived shortly after and claimed he had not been informed of these details. He then demanded a significant extra fee despite our previously settled price. Without further explanation, the team loaded their equipment and left, leaving a film of food on our windows. I hired a professional service with the expectations that "window cleaning" would include these standard tasks. I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the unfinished state in which our home was great.
