We waited 5 months for our sliding patio door, we ordered in November and it arrived in April. When it arrived the installers said it was the WRONG SIZE!!! After the salesman measured and the installation manager measured we got the wrong size door???? How does this happen??? We were asked if we wanted to order another door, and wait another 5 months?? NO! So, the installers, who are geniuses, said they could make it look perfect. These 2 guys spent hours at Home Depot looking for just the right trim and fillers to make this door look like it was meant to be this way. These are true professionals and this company better hang on to them because they are the only good part of this company! The problem with Jerry rigging this installation was the lock didn't work! So, we have a door without a lock! Again, the installation guys came up with a temporary solution until the lock came in. Well we ordered the lock in April and it wasn't installed until July!!!!! And that is with us calling every week for updates and every week getting excuses why it isn't in. No updates unless we called them! Again, the 2 install guys did an amazing job and made sure we were happy with it before they left. No follow up call to see how it went but they did say we still owed $2000, which we had paid in April! ‍ customer service is nonexistent in this company!
