I chose your company because I wanted to support a local business; however, the final product was not what I intended to order, and the experience with your sales representative and owner, Lisa, has been deeply disappointing. When Lisa came to measure, she was very vague and did not bring any samples, providing only a brochure. I specifically requested a fan-type shutter for the top of my half-moon windows. I was told this would require a 12-week lead time as it had to be manufactured in California. I was shocked when the order arrived, as 9-foot shutters are unstable to operate and not what I envisioned. The invoice I signed lacked clear drawings, measurements, or descriptions beyond codes like "Arch Shutter white Front tilt, 2 frame Luver 4", DR 32, DR63," which did not indicate the actual height or design. Furthermore, when I requested a follow-up visit because the shutters were not closing properly, Lisa was confrontational. She insisted I signed the invoice and made conflicting claims regarding her visits and the documentation. I have noticed that the carbon copy of the invoice I hold does not match the information she presented during the visit I requested. I have spent $2,294 on a product that does not meet my expectations and for which I have received no warranty information. I am incredibly disappointed with the service and the lack of professional clarity provided by 72-hour Blind Factory. Lisa is a very unpleasant and unprofessional and argumentative person who should never be the owner of a business. Doesn't even deserve a 1 star, I gave it a 1 star because the site required I leave one.

She then came to my home promptly to measure for the shades. The day my shades arrived at her business she called to let me know and also notified her installer, Nate they were ready to be installed. He came the following day and put them all up perfectly. He explained to me how they work and answered any questions I had. All of the Hunter Douglas products have a lifetime warranty which is fantastic if there are any problems in the future with mechanical parts or blinds or shades themselves. I highly recommend Homestuff Interiors in Inverness for quality window treatments and great service and installation.

If it were not for my bank catching the mistake and reversing the charges, I could possibly have been double billed. It seems as though someone from the company should have caught this oversight.
