I chose your company because I wanted to support a local business; however, the final product was not what I intended to order, and the experience with your sales representative and owner, Lisa, has been deeply disappointing. When Lisa came to measure, she was very vague and did not bring any samples, providing only a brochure. I specifically requested a fan-type shutter for the top of my half-moon windows. I was told this would require a 12-week lead time as it had to be manufactured in California. I was shocked when the order arrived, as 9-foot shutters are unstable to operate and not what I envisioned. The invoice I signed lacked clear drawings, measurements, or descriptions beyond codes like "Arch Shutter white Front tilt, 2 frame Luver 4", DR 32, DR63," which did not indicate the actual height or design. Furthermore, when I requested a follow-up visit because the shutters were not closing properly, Lisa was confrontational. She insisted I signed the invoice and made conflicting claims regarding her visits and the documentation. I have noticed that the carbon copy of the invoice I hold does not match the information she presented during the visit I requested. I have spent $2,294 on a product that does not meet my expectations and for which I have received no warranty information. I am incredibly disappointed with the service and the lack of professional clarity provided by 72-hour Blind Factory. Lisa is a very unpleasant and unprofessional and argumentative person who should never be the owner of a business. Doesn't even deserve a 1 star, I gave it a 1 star because the site required I leave one.

    I ordered vertical blinds from them to replace pink ones that were previously installed. Not…read morehaving these before in my 60 years of life. I could have just bought new veins. And replaced them myself.. for less than $50. They took all hardware down. Replaced with new gears from a new company.. ($2500+ STUPID ME).. THEY admitted this to me.. that they had and are still having problems with. so they purchased from a different manufacture. Less than a month Later.. the vertical blinds would not turn. They came out. Readjusted. Still a month later. They wouldn't turn. MY FAULT... I was upset. Husband was dying in my living room on hospice with ALHEIMERZERS. I was just tired. I wasn't in for the fight. BUT last week.... I finally called to have them fix it. $85.00 charge to put in new gears.. that the technician told me.... They were still having problems with. LESSON LEARNED... I called another company in my area .. would have rebuilt them for me with the old stand by gears.. for practically nothing. AND if I had a problem like what I just Spoke to them about.. wondering what their solution would have been.... What a waste of money.. im more than upset on them not fixing this without charging me. I paid way more money for this. At the beginning.. they should have told me to just put in new veins.. the hardware was working. AGAIN.. Lesson learned. It was an expensive lesson for someone tackling life in horrific health areas.. and to be taken advantage of AGAIN.. I didn't buy the mechanisms inside the vertical blinds. They knew they had a manufacture problem. And technician told me they still had this problem... BUT I i was made to pay for their problem.. AGAIN. Would NOT recommend this business. I've been duped. And have receipts to show it..
