Literally was so informative and knowledgeable, walked me through every step and question (about 20 emails back and forth) and was SO patient with me, it was a big price to spend so I wanted to make sure! I ended up going with Master Windows especially because of Evelyn's expertise, gentle nature, and quality. I am SO happy I did, the windows are only a few days old but just WOW I cannot say anything else. I have already recommended her to my family and colleagues and I will continue to use her for the rest of the windows that need to be done. Great value for a great price and I am just so so happy with how everything happened. The installation day also was done in about 3 hours for 11 custom huge windows. Evelyn then showed up a little after to thoroughly inspect every single one and explain the process of any warranty should there be an issue, what an incredible experience from start to finish.
