Poor communication, uneducated advisors. Advisors were either so unprofessional that they didn't…read moreread their own notes on cars they took in or were just comfortable lying to customers about what was they had discussed with them. IE "I don't remember talking about this paint damage being part of the loss." when I had literally walked the advisor back out to look at the paint damage I was speaking about, and she photographed it telling me I would have to talk to the insurance company about increasing the scope of the claim which I did. Repairs and parts that were charged for were not replaced when I came to pick the car of up the first time. The advisor told me that the technician checked the part and there was nothing wrong with it, but they had invoiced my insurance for the part. I caught this after I went out to see if the side mirror was in-fact working properly and it wasn't. They had not run diagnostic or reviewed two issues I brought up of a possible oil leak and damage to the CV joint/boot. They put me back in a rental car. The day my vehicle was done I got a call stating they were "baking" the paint on the mirror but my car should be done that day and they would call and let me know when it was ready. They did not, I received a notification from the rental car company that my car was complete and I needed to return my rental. I had to call the body shop and verify that my car was complete for pick up. When I came back the second time to pick up the car I verified the mirror had been replaced and worked before payment. Got out to the car and started it to let it cool down while I organized all the items I had removed from the car while it was in the shop. There was a hissing sound coming from the dashboard and the AC would not get cold even after 10 minutes. So I went back inside to speak with them and they had to leak test it and refill the refrigerant. Every time there was an issue there were a lot of apologies and excuses. However, I didn't feel like they actually meant it because if they did, I wouldn't continue to have problems. Also concerning to me that they have a poster on their counter, requesting five star Google reviews for a chance to win a free car wash . So they're boosting their reviews by offering something for free. This was the most stressful and most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a repair or body shop.
