They have to come measure, then order the window from a manufacturer of residential multi-glazed windows, then when it comes in, their guys come and put it in (definitely not a DIY job). Got to the office they met me in the parking lot and checked the vehicle right away and made repairs to broken clips and realigned the windshield wiper position. Took me about 30 minutes. I am satisfied. Seems like if I could have contacted the folks at this shop by phone I could have avoided all the headaches. Recommend that the phone numbers for the shops locally be made easily available instead of calling all over the nation trying to speak to a human. I'm through now. Thanks for listening.

Customer service is very good and rather impressive considering the general lack if it here in Odessa. The tint has been placed for a couple of months, it comes with a great warranty, so far no bubbles and no creases or problems. They schedule appointments and availability is not ridiculous like most places and may accommodate you within a day or two. They have different types of tint from the best heat rejection to the lowest and they have a device that will show you the difference in heat rejection abilities of film! Very nice! Money well spent! I am a returning customer, and I recommend them for auto tinting.

On one occasion, we had a minor misunderstanding regarding a mirror size. While I was explaining the situation to the counter staff, Shannon (who I believe is the owner) stepped in. After I briefly explained the issue, he immediately said, "I'll take care of this and get it back to you today." No questions, no hassle, just great customer service. As promised, I had my mirror back the same day. That kind of service is hard to find. The quality of their work is excellent, and everyone there is just great to deal with.
