I've never lived at a place before where the staff would actually go above and beyond to help you out. They were responsive and at times I was actually shocked at how helpful they were (for example, showing us how to set up renter's insurance at the beginning of the lease step by step, and steps on how to get electricity set up, etc). things that most other apartments would just leave you on your own for, they helped you here. the location itself is so calm and peaceful. Amenities were modern, everything worked and actually looked good too. I felt so safe here I would forget to lock my front door sometimes lol. Camilla is the absolute sweetest. she was always so responsive to me and really took the time to respond to my many emails. Holden is awesome too if he's still there! oh the gym rocks too. spacious parking. balconies. consistent electric, heat, AC, and water all year. i felt so respected here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS ESPECIALLY IF BLACK AND FEMALE! A fool's paradise is what this place is, from the outside it looks like it is a nice place to live but once inside you'll notice the poor treatment, management and neglect of this place. They only care about their bottom line and not the tenants. I was in a rush to move and I rented my unit sight unseen. That was my biggest mistake. When I got the keys to my apartment, not only was it dirty but it had a very strong smell of cat urine in multiple places throughout the apartment. I deep cleaned multiple times and it still heavily triggered my allergies for MONTHS. When I got my garage, it was also turned over to me dirty. When I brought these issues up to management, I was dismissed and ignored. I often had to repair things in my apartment because I gave up trying to have management address any issues. They are a bunch of bullies and will make you feel so small that it's not even worth bringing up your frustrations. They're always in a rush to get off the phone or get you out of the office when you are trying to get help. And I was a tenant who paid on time, in full, every month and often early. They hold their tenants to the highest of standards yet never seem to meet them themselves. The pool was always dirty every time I went. The hot tub often looked like a margarita (so blue plus what equals green). Gross. I've also seen more than one person slumped in their running car in the parking lot - completely high off of drugs. The garbage service they have is often inconsistent and doesn't even show up at all on Friday and Saturday nights.. kind of the most important nights of the whole week. They also have a known issue of teens going through cars in the parking lots and stealing out of people's cars, trashing the hot tub area, and overall being a nuisance, however, they never seemed to care enough to beef up the security to make it a safe place for all their residents. So if you like to pay premium prices for shit products and services and to be treated like no one gives a fuck about you then yeah, I highly recommend this place. read more

I have lived here for almost a year. In that time ive had my vehicle broken into, 4 neighbors vehicles broken into , 2 windows broken and a friend of mine have his garage opened and motorcycle stolen. For the amount we all pay in rent here it would be nice to have a safe parking area wich we also all pay for. The company spends money to put LED lights around the building but they cant spend to upgrade security , they obviously do not care about security or their tenants property. read more

I originally moved into this property two years ago with my ex about a year later we moved in with an employee in order to share housing costs and live together. I had let both the employee as well as the property know that I planned on moving out on Monday, November 10 and that I would be coming by to grab the rest of my things as soon as I come to the property I find them already throwing away my things even after I already paid through November 10 and I had not yet delivered my keys. An update on this. What they did was completely illegal, and the person I spoke with called back later and apologized 'if I did not like their policies and procedures'. Do not bullshit me, please. You flat out mislead us, you LIED to us, and if THAT is part of your 'policies and procedures', then your company is a lying turd. On a final note, we had the front apartment in this new complex, and it looked out over landscaping, lawn, etc., including a large round 30' diameter spot of dirt I was always told was filled with 'natural grasses', which you could see all over the property, growing to several feet high. Very pretty. After living there for several years, that spot on the lawn never ever developed into anything and we just looked out the window at the 30' round spot of dirt for years. We are on our second year and things have changed. My husband wrote a review about the ADA accommodation. A year ago when we moved in our rent was 1830.00 a month for a B3 (two BR/twoBATH) we renewed our lease. They are now charging us 2160.00 a month for the unit. Now comes the ADA part. My husband had emerengency spinal cord surgey. He use a walker, a cane, a shower chair, ect. I too have a spinal cord injury in my neck. We have provided all the necessary proof and I even sent them my MRI results showing how serious it is. Our ADA accommodation was approved. There are no 1st floor apartment currently. There is one coming up in June (i will attach a photo from their website) It is over 3100.00 a month for the same unit as ours on teh second floor. We need it for our saftey. You can read their response to my husbands review. They want to charge 1000.00 more for the same unit on the first floor to us that they have already approved an ADA accommodation for, which happened during the course of our lease, not before. They say its the time of the year, view, and that they are recouping from COVID. STOP BLAMMING COVID FOR EVERTHING. View? You really dont have a vie720 357 6877w on the first floor. Also my husbands shower chair will not fit in the tubs and teh microwaves are up in the air way too high, I am 5 feet and can walk under the mircowave. This is dangerous in itself, but having a spinal cord injury, it makes it dangerous to reach up that far. When I asked them in an email about the shower chair and teh microwave, I got no response. I have all teh emails that I have ever written to them. The manager also said that since there was no action an our accommodation, that they could require us to give them another one. NO! Not True! They will probably write a comment under this with a general response while being passive aggressive, however I have all the proof and will not contact the office again about this issue unless I am told it is okay to do so. I would give this place 0 stars. It was nice until this happened and until they jacked up our rent from 1830.00 to 2160.00. Now over 3100.00 TODAY for the same unit. THAT IS RENT GOUGING! They will not honor our current lease price and say that we have to pay that higher rent if we move downstairs with an already approved ADA accommodation. A 1000.00 more for the same unit and we have spinal cord injuries? read more

I am a new resident at this apartment complex. I just moved to CO from CA, and I absolutely love this apartment complex. It is very nice, clean and quite. Jaden is the best staff ever. He help me to pick an apartment with nice view and perfect location. Jaden is super helpful and kind as well. I got the keys of the apartment on his day off. The next day he gave me a follow up call to make sure everything is ok and I am happy with the apartment. The staffs at leasing office are very friendly and helpful as well. Truly have loved living here the past year and a half. Great amenities, pool gets a little crowded but that's to be expected. The property is super well taken care of and maintenance is never an issue in the two times total that we've needed someone to come fix something. The office staff is more than polite and are always in when you need them. Unfortunately, we'll be leaving at the end of our lease in a few months as we're anticipating another rent increase and we're at the point where we can't afford to pay more than we do now. I understand the housing situation in Denver is crazy, but the increase we received last year was already too much. I'll definitely be sad to be leaving such a great community. read more

This is the WORST apartment community I have ever lived in. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I was really excited to live here but shortly after moving in, I realized I made a mistake. These apartments look nice but don't be fooled, the units are cheaply made and poorly put together. Upon move in, a lot of things were broken or simply just did not work. Not to mention all of the appliances continue to break down the longer you live here. We have had to put in work orders for nearly everything. There is absolutely ZERO sound proofing in these units. If you live in an apartment you should expect a certain amount of noise... but you can hear almost every sound around us. I constantly hear the doors at the ends of the hall opening and closing and I can hear people's conversations clearly as they walk through the halls even though they aren't speaking loudly. When my surrounding neighbors are being a little loud, I can hear them talking as if they were in my own apartment. I can even hear the neighbors who live below me when they aren't being loud. Not to mention, the neighbors will call in a noise complaint when you walk around. Parking here is TERRIBLE. There are not nearly enough spaces to accommodate the residents. If you come home from work after 6pm good luck trying to find a spot and forget about parking on the weekends. Both entrances and exits are death traps. The entrance off of Wadsworth is completely unsafe to turn into, no matter which direction you come from. I can't even count how many times I have almost gotten into an accident just attempting to drive through the property. At the front entrance, there are two blind turns at the top and the bottom of the hill which people constantly race through. The back entrance isn't much better, there should be a three way stop but there are only two stop signs and residents often run right through those without even pausing. Getting out of your apartments in the morning during the week is nearly impossible due to the traffic from Addenbrooke Academy (located right across the street). Both entrances and exits are consistently congested at the end of the school day as well. Some parents of kids attending that academy even drive through the apartment community to drop their kids off. If you live in the apartments by the back entrance, I hope you enjoy being woken up at 8 AM because the school blasts music from outdoor speakers and the teachers use megaphones. Do yourself a favor and look else where. There are plenty of nicer apartment communities around here that cost a fraction of the price. I cannot wait to move out of here. read more

We have lived here for a year and I would recommend this place to everyone. When we were looking for new apartments we searched far and wide and when we viewed this complex, we fell in love. The apartments are beautiful and very spacious regardless of which size of apartment you get. The layout is smart and renovated for a nice modern yet cozy feel. We rented out the 2 bed and 2 bath floorplan and move in process was super smooth. Our apartment and garage were clean upon move in and they had an adorable welcome goodie bag set up. (it's the little things that show they care) Never really had issues with parking (having a garage definitely helps) and I liked that if you have a garage, you get the additional parking space in the drive way as some apartments do not have that. However if you arrive home after 6-7PM you most likely will need to park further from your apartment as they do fill up. Noise is still present which is expected for an apartment however we did have a lot of issues with sound from our neighbors upstairs. We have had to reach out about noise complaints multiple time especially during late at night (after 9PM). Thankfully we were in a corner unit and only had one upstairs neighbor and nobody next to us so I recommend taking a corner unit if you can! I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Emily and Chris for being such wonderful assistance when needed. They were always there with a quick response and resolution anytime I needed anything and have always been so pleasant to work with. read more

I LOVE living here and if I didn't have to move for work, I would happily stay. The office and maintenance staff are very helpful/nice. They constantly throw fun and help encourage bringing the community together. It's super quiet, there's a giant dog park, beautiful apartments, the list goes on. It IS nice! We love all the windows, the high ceilings, the floorplan! And the office staff does put on events every now and then that are community-focused, so that's nice too. Luckily we live on the ground floor, so there's no garage under us to rumble. Can't imagine living with that. Hard to heat the place, I'll say that. Always seems a bit chilly this winter, even with the heat turned up to 74 in the evenings. Also, the hot water works with the heater, so if you've had the heat on all night, (2) people can take quick showers the next morning, but anything longer (or a bath) and you rick running out of hot water. Which sucks, because yes, you pay a lot to live here. I'd say the fact that you cannot get onto southbound Wadsworth directly from the property sucks, too; you have to use the back entrance, and get over to Mansfield to go south. An inconvenience, for sure. It IS a nice property, and we DO enjoy living here. But there are some....issues that chip away at the value, and kind of undermine the experience. read more

Not a great apartment for the price. I have lived in cheaper apartments and have heard less noise from my neighbors. The walls and floors are thin. The aesthetic look of the apartment is nice but things could get better. I was told I was the first person in my apartment and yet, things were already broken when I arrived and I had to have a work order put in for each item. The parking lot is always terrible. They hire the worst people to clean it up. When the people do clear the snow or ice, they just seem to make it worse. Parking is a nightmare unless you have a garage spot. There is also no accountability in parking as I have noticed vehicles in the same spot for months. The thing that save this complex is the staff. Everytime I have interacted with them, they have been very friendly and helpful. Jess is definitely one of their best employees. Overall, good looking apartments and community but the unit feels cheap with bottom grade appliances and thin walls. Definitely not worth the price as I have found apartments with better materials and more space for the price. I plan to move there when my lease is complete. I do not plan on wasting my money here anymore. read more

Not worth the price. Only lived here for one year. Dog crap everywhere. Very limited parking if you don't have a garage. I was lucky to have one for a price. Without a garage look forward to walking home if you don't park by 5:30pm. The access is horrible. If you do rent here don't try pulling in off of Wadsworth when it's icy. People don't expect you to stop and turn. Even with the blinker on. I saw tons of rear end accidents when I lived there. Go to the stop light and go around. The landscape is super odd too. Grass and weeds. It's a total eyesore. The apartment was very load. DONT GET AN APARTMENT OVER THE GARAGES! Exhaust and noise just make there way right on in. The staff is ridiculous. Rude. Only friendly when you want to give them money. The apartments look nice until you live in them. I had three outlets that did not work from day one. The grout on the tile pills off after every shower. The floors always look dirty. Especially in the winter. The carpet is poor quality. The carbon dioxide alarm goes off all the time. Was replaced twice. Threatened eviction when I was hospitalized in the ICU for almost 2 months. Yeah, when you you can't walk and are medically sedated it's hard to hit that send button on the rent payment. Actually wished they would have gone through with the eviction, it would have been a blast watching them try. I may have just had a crap apartment and bad interactions with staff, but I would never rent here again. I wasn't the only resident that had these issues. read more

I've lived here for 8 months and love it! Not sure what the other reviews are getting at but I live on the 3rd floor and the sound proofing in my apartment is great. I've also not had a problem with any of the appliances. Everything was brand new when I moved in and I don't have any complaints. The staff are always very friendly and super helpful. I'm always surprised they know everyone by name. This past week I was expecting a very large delivery from fedex. I live on the 3rd floor and specifically requested they deliver it directly to my unit. I sat around waiting for it all day only to later learn they chose to deliver it to the main office instead. I live alone and the box was about 100 pounds. Without hesitation, Justin (in the office) helped carry it to my car, and Jess rang up Scotty and James (maintenance) who met me at my building right away and carried it up to my unit for me. They went above and beyond to help me and I'm so appreciative! I would highly recommend this community. read more
