I just moved into Element 47 and I absolutely love it here. Our move in process was seamless and working with Rebecca, Natalie and Lauren has been awesome. Each one of them has taken the time to get to know me and help make this place feel like a community. The maintenance team is prompt and courteous. I LOVE my apartment and have some of the best views Denver has to offer! We moved into a 2 bed 2 bath and our apartment is spacious with beautiful hard wood floors! We have big bedroom furniture that easily fit, along with a 9 foot dining table and a big ol' sectional, all which fits so comfortably! The neighborhood is great and our dogs love going to Jefferson park which is literally our back yard. It makes potty breaks very easy! The amenities are beautiful and they all overlook the city which is super fun. We adore the rooftop deck on top of the main building! Its such a great space to enjoy company. We love it here and don't plan to be moving anytime soon :) read more

Ironically enough, I was so close to not signing a lease here because of the other reviews I read on Yelp, and how not secure this place is. As a single female, I was hesitant about being alone in a sketchy area at night. I blame myself for believing the leasing office when they told me a security guard walks the premise every night, and that they were working on their security measures. I had to call 911 on behalf of my neighbor on the floor for a domestic violence case, and received little to no reassurance from management that it was being taken care of. I later on saw him hop the fence into the back parking garage and get into the building. A woman was also shot in the leg this past November on Clay street while walking her dog at night. The pool was vandalized this summer by some pissed off tenants who dumped gallons of oil into the pool and hot tub. Management sends you to collections after charging you cleaning fees after moving out. The Fourth of July is a NIGHTMARE in Jefferson park if you have a dog scared of fireworks. Assholes set them off in the park until 3am for a week. read more

Security non-existent. If not for the safety/security aspect, would give 4-5 stars. I've been here 4 years and until last year didn't have any problems outside the normal (loud neighbors, poor mail package mgmt., etc.). That said, in just over year I've had both a motorcycle and bicycle stolen from the locked, key-entry only parking garage. No security footage to be found or anything to be done, outside of a security "guard" that seems to be around 4-5 days over the course of the entire year. I've also heard (from both neighbors and police) that this is a high theft area for bikes and cars as well. Just last night my neighbor's bicycle was stolen from the patio - that is right outside my front door; quite a sketchy feeling to walk out to. If Element47 cannot get these security concerns in check quickly, I would not recommend it as a safe place for anyone to live. read more

This apartment complex appears to be luxury, but had a lot of problems when it was built. There are on going leaks all around the complex for YEARS and management has not fixed them. I had to contact the health department after I had a leak in my apartment for over 6 months with no progress and I had laryngitis several times from BLACK MOLD. Management did nothing to try to fix the leak in the 6 months knowing it is happening in over 10 apartments. Even after an ongoing leak, they attempted to raise my rent by $200 per month to force me to move out since I contacted the health department and they did not want to fix the problems, so I moved out. Renters BEWARE! This is hands down the worst place to live in Denver. From the lack of building security to the inept management both on site and regionally, you can expect to regret living here. Starting outside, the occasionally functional garage doors lead to several unsecured entries, so anyone who can breach the garage can enter the buildings. Once you're inside, you have the stench of garbage and dog faces ground into the carpet to look forward to. If the elevators work that day you can expect to wait a while after you call it. If you're forced to take the stairs you can look forward to the occasional off-leash dog, some of whom are aggressive (we're talking lunging Rottweiler). When you get to your unit, hopefully everything works. If you do have an issue, you can expect crappy patch jobs to cover up black mold in the walls if anyone bothers to show up. If you need assistance from someone working in the office, your best bet is to self serve as they won't be bothered to look up from their cell phones when you ask questions. If you order something perishable regularly, I would consider a hub locker and your local grocery store as the package hub is overflowing and management will not assist you in locating your package even if you have photo confirmation of its delivery to their office. The gum also has consistently broken equipment and the pool is human soup from May- October. There is not a single redeeming quality here and living anywhere else would be advised. read more

I'll start with the good. The location is great. Jefferson Park is great, and you're only a walk or bike ride away from other interesting areas (there's actually a bikeshare station on 23rd & Clay). If you're a football fan, the stadium's right here too. But you probably already know all of this. The people here are also nice. Most people will say hello in passing, or even introduce themselves. Many of the residents have pets, so if you have one, you'll definitely have a lot to talk about. And now the bad. My main complaint is noise. I can hear much of what goes on in the apartment above me, which is maddening sometimes. I can hear most every footstep, but also drawers closing, cabinets shutting, phones vibrating, furniture sliding, vacuuming, conversations, etc. With some of this noise, like footsteps, I don't just hear it; stuff in my apartment will vibrate. Most mornings, I don't even need an alarm because my neighbor gets up earlier than me (sometimes before dawn). You know that Police song, where Sting sings, "Every breath you take / Every move you make / Every bond you break / Every step you take / I'll be watching you"? Well it's sort of like that, except with hearing. I don't think it's fair to my neighbor above either; there ought to be some expectation of privacy. I shouldn't be able to hear her whole life. It's not just noise from above. I can also hear noise from the surrounding apartments, particularly when somebody slams a door. When someone next to me or near me slams a door, my apartment shakes. It's pretty violent actually, and I see that another reviewer has noted the same thing. Music, too, is a problem that has been getting worse There's noise from construction too, but that's temporary and is usually only during work hours. Management actually sent around a letter a few months ago saying, "We do not guarantee you a quiet apartment." So, yeah, don't expect one here. Like another reviewer, I've had several maintenance issues. My AC has broken twice, for several days at a time, and I've also had a bathroom leak. I will say that maintenance is polite and communicative though, which is much appreciated. Parking can be interesting outside because the spaces are small. This morning, I had to get in my car through the passenger door, which I'm sure was a sight. A parking space is about 7.5 feet wide, which is, according to the Denver zoning code, a compact space (a standard space, by contrast, is 8.5 feet wide). Indeed, there are actually signs (albeit not that visible) indicating that the parking is for compact cars only. The problem is that management makes no mention of this when issuing parking permits. I can't think of an explanation for this that is favorable to Element 47. I really wanted to like this place. I think that some of the above issues will be worked out over time, but the noise issue is the most concerning and the hardest to address. I don't know. Maybe management can add more carpeting or something? I know that the flooring varies across units, so maybe you'll fare better. At any rate, I still have some hope, and I'll update my review if things change. read more

AMAZING !! Just recently moved into this place and everything went smooth, love this property! :)

Signs of bankruptcy. Professional maintenance staff has been replaced by a bunch of ~20 year olds. Garage doors in at least 2 buildings have been broken (stuck in open positions for 2-3 weeks) allowing anyone to enter. Gym: equipment remains broken for months, the window shades even longer. The remote controls for the TV's - only needing batteries have not been replaced in 4 months. The heat for the pool/hot-tub - routinely broken and out of order. Location: migrants are all over the place. AND forget about getting into/out of the neighborhood when there is an event at the Mile High stadium - you are a prisoner. If you don't mind hearing cars/sirens/trucks 24x7 as its right next to the expressway (25) - you may be ok. Constant turn over of management here as well. The management hours of operation here continue to be cut - signs of financial distress. I wouldn't be surprised to see the start sheltering migrants in exchange for $$ The neighbor hood in my opinion sucks. Get as far away from downtown Denver as you can. Lots of crime - car break ins/thefts, homelessness, migrants, .. Let's Go Brandon! It must be the Build Back Better working! Short version: the staff are exceptional, the amenities are excellent, the location is perfect if you're a Broncos fan and decent if you're not, the neighbors are friendly (but expect some noise on the weekends), and it's a great place to have dogs. Their apartments aren't cheap, but it's a good value for Denver. Long version: We just moved out of this complex after living here for over two years. All our experiences with the staff have been great--Karli Weismann in particular has been a pleasure to work with. The maintenance team is prompt and professional, and although they might not always fix your problem the first time, they will keep coming back as many times as necessary to get it right. The location is a little mixed--access to public transportation has been limited ever since RTD removed the nearest bus stop, although you're still within walking distance of landmarks like Federal, REI, and Denver Aquarium, and biking access is excellent. If you have a car transportation is easier, but getting in and out of the complex on game days is a nightmare! Plan to stay in if you're not going to the game (if you are, the stadium is literally a two-minute walk away, so that's a plus). The swimming pool and hot tub are clean and open year-round, and the fitness center is decent. There's a nice rooftop patio you can reserve for events or just use whenever, and plenty of grills for when the weather's nice. As others have stated, the views are excellent. A word on noise: the folks who live here are pretty nice for the most part, but there are a lot of young college bros and bro-ettes, so expect some noisy weekends and holidays. The walls are soundproof, but the floors and ceilings are not! Overall, Element 47 apartments aren't cheap, but you get a lot for what you pay. We lived in a studio unit and it was a pretty efficient use of space, but with our new baby it is not quite enough! Nevertheless, I highly recommend them. read more

EDIT in response to Management's Response below: Addressing how the power outages in the last two weeks impacted the garage doors does not explain the numerous other occasions of the garage doors being left open over the last year. As you can see from the many other reviews below, there is a clear pattern of cars being broken into due to the garage being unsafe and unsecure. In regards to the pest control issue, they had to send pest control services TWICE because they did not solve the problem the first time, but the bigger issue is that management was unresponsive and untimely in terms of getting the issue resolved at all. The management in this building challenging to work with that I am willing to pay to break my lease. Like I said below, this is an unlivable property. ----------------------------------------- Original Review: Do not live here. I've lived in a variety of "luxury" apartment complexes in Denver and this one is by far the worst. The management of Element 47 is uncommunicative, unreliable, and truly makes this an unlivable property. I've lived at Element 47 for over a year and encountered numerous issues with management and property including: - Public areas/amenities being visibility dirty and not maintained nor cleaned - Garage doors, elevators and entrance doors frequently being broken with no communication from management on the status of when they would be repaired - The broken garage doors and entrance doors being left open for extended periods of time causing a threat to our safety and personal property. I and many others have had cars broken into on multiple occasions in the enclosed garage. Oh my goodness! Here we go AGAIN! Last evening on 11/18/2021 my husband and I found our vehicle for the second time had been broken into! The back large break light has been broken and it will cost $1000 to repair! Last time we paid $2000 out of our pocket! Oh but we did receive a gift card for our trouble. About 2 months ago our oven wasn't working and it took an entire week to get it fixed! This evening 11/20/2021 I am attempting to prepare an early Thanksgiving dinner for family as they will be out of town. Guess what isn't working again?!?!?! Yes! The oven is not working AGAIN! I moved here last year from DC, and chose Element 47 for its convenience to the freeways and because my particular unit had no carpet in the bedroom (the guy I was dating at the time has a severe dust mite allergy and we have cats so we couldn't have carpet). It ended up being the best choice for my first year in CO; I was able to get to know Denver fairly well, since the complex is so close to downtown, and my commute to and from Boulder was relatively easy. I ended up choosing not to renew my lease and move closer to Boulder. PROS: -Nice kitchens. I lived in a 1BR and had a very large open concept kitchen. I had plenty of storage, and the granite countertops/stainless steel appliances were on point. -Well-organized space. My floorplan was very efficient, and each room felt sufficiently roomy for one or two people plus two cats. There is a lot of closet space, which is a huge plus. -Responsive management. This is particularly for the front office staff, who were friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. -Stunning view. Of course, your view will vary, but my unit had a perfect view of the Denver skyline. I think that's what I'll miss most about living here. -I did not encounter any of the issues with leaks or mold that other reviewers seemed to have. CONS: -Some of the people that live in this complex are very young twenty-somethings just learning how to live outside the bounds of home and college. No where did this manifest more clearly than how people in this complex do (or rather, don't) follow various community rules on dog ownership. Building 2 regularly had dog feces in the parking garage stairwell (seriously people?!) and I saw dogs in public spaces without leashes at least once a week. If you can't follow community rules regarding your dog, either don't have a dog or live somewhere with different rules. They are there for a reason. Community management did its best to send out emails, follow up with complaints, etc., but folks still did not seem to want to follow the rules. -Noise. My unit backed up to 25, so opening the windows meant letting in all the freeway noise. On the flip side, I could not hear the freeway noise much at all if I had my windows closed, so bonus points for thick windows. -Being next to Mile High Stadium means that during events, streets around the complex are blocked off for stadium traffic. It once took me 45 minutes to get back to the complex after exiting I-25 because so many streets were closed off - at 10pm. The building does its best to notify you of these events beforehand so you can plan accordingly, which I found very helpful during football season. OVERALL: The people who will be happiest here are most likely younger professionals who work in downtown Denver and who are looking for a more social experience. However, I still enjoyed my year here and would recommend giving it a look if it fits your budget and desired location. 4 stars instead of 5 because of the dog situation, which hopefully clears up now that there will be on-site security to enforce these types of rules. read more

After looking for several place to move, including Point 21 (DO NOT MOVE THERE!) I came across Element 47. I have nothing but nice things to say about this place. The amenities are amazing! The location is great. You have Jefferson park right next to you, a Safeway close by, and some restaurants as well. The area is definitely growing quite a bit. The views of downtown Denver are truly wonderful. I moved in on February 28th of 2015, and unfortunately had to move out on June 2015. My partner and I moved out only because he was accepted into medical school in Chicago. The leasing office allowed us to sublease the apartment with no hassle. They were very helpful and understanding. I definitely recommend this place. Thank you Element 47 for taking good care of my partner and I. If we ever move back to Denver, we'll definitely check you guys out again :) read more

Element 47 has probably been the best place we have ever lived in. Karli Weisman deserves a huge raise or promotion as our entire experience was positive mostly because of her and Logan . We live in Maryland now but if we ever live in Denver again, we hope to live back at Element. The new manager was not friendly and was unfortunately very difficult to communicate with but the rest of the staff was great. I'm a recent tenant of a few months at Element 47 after moving to the Denver area from Washington,DC. The location for the complex is great and has a great view of the city skyline. It's convenient to both downtown Denver and to the Highlands, not to mention close proximity to Sports Authority Field, and the Pepsi Center. From the initial visit to the complex, through lease signing, receiving packages and answering any questions the management staff has been very courteous and helpful. They regularly communicate with all tenants about general complex issues such as parking availability due to Broncos games, rent reminders, or fun social events. It's a refreshing change from my experiences with management staff or landlords on the east coast. Living in an apartment complex can always involve maintenance issues but the maintenance staff are very courteous and quick to respond to requests. The max I've had to wait is 24 hours until things are resolved. The only reason I can't give Element 47 5-stars is the access to the parking garage and some noise issues. There have been several times where the parking garage doors have gotten stuck or have been broken making it harder to get in/out of the garage. Usually the problem is fixed fairly quickly however it is frustrating when paying extra per month to have that garage access. As for the noise, it can get somewhat loud on Friday and Saturday nights but it's pretty standard for a large apartment community. Overall, I'm happy with my choice and looking forward to the rest of my time here! read more

We moved to Element47 blindly, after relocating to Denver from Chicago without a chance to visit & find a place to live. It's turned out to be a great choice. The location is awesome (super easy for me to get to work out west of downtown), the staff has been really helpful, the amenities are great and, most importantly for us, the lease options are fantastic. The views of the skyline are absolutely incredible. We haven't had issues hearing our neighbors or noise, though sometimes you can hear voices in the hallway or the ding for the elevator but none of it has been loud enough to be distracting or cause an issue. The only downsides we've seen are other residents not picking up after their dogs and the tightness of the parking spots. It's no joke when people say it's SUPER tight! Overall, we're super happy with our choice to live here and even decided to extend our lease! read more

I'll update this review if anything major changes, but so far... I'm in LOVE with this apartment. I never realized how much I needed a pool until I lived in a place that has one. The staff gave us a nice tour as we moved in (since we signed without seeing the place before a big move from Milwaukee), and even had a bottle of champagne waiting for us with a welcome home note . They have even planned fun ways for their residents to get to know each other- like a resident BBQ! Overall, I'm very excited to live here for the next year and experience all that Element 47 and the neighborhood has to offer. I'm happy to call it home! read more

I recently moved out of Element 47 after living there for 2 years. I have to say I will miss living here and all the free events that Element 47 put on for us like free tickets to sporting events. My apartment was also very nice and anytime something went wrong (which was rarely the occasional light bulb going out) the maintenance crew was there right away to fix the problem. The entire staff team there are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place as your next apartment in Denver as it's very close to downtown and they have one of the best pools in Denver. read more

After 2.5 years I'm finally out and time to let others know about this place. First off the good. -Great views if you have a unit facing the city -Nice location And now for the bad. -unless you have a top floor unit you will hear any little foot step from above. TV noise too. Walls are extremely thin. Check out other reviews -Units were made with low quality materials and break easy -Security is a joke. From my time here my bike was stolen, neighbors motorcycle was stolen, 2 neighbors car was broken into, my car was broken into and more. They will reply to this review and say they have new security but it is one company, that comes a few hours a night. Its a young kid who every time i see him is on his phone. Looks like its first job out of high school. Absolutely no security and they will not take any fault for theft. -they will TOW your car immediately if you park anywhere without a pass. Even if you walk into the office for a minute. -They will nickel and dime you at every turn. Watch your statements closely because they will be in error. Emails get sent out threatening legal action for errors they make in accounting. Do not trust them with any statement -move out will cause you to pull your hair out and open your wallet big. Fight against them, do not let them get away with taking for money for no reason. I don't understand why they do this. Its sad but they must train their employees this way -speaking of employees, don't trust anything they tell you. I had to find out my move out date only after i logged on to pay my rent. -You will get emails and complaint letters often. You will be inconvenienced with projects that benefit the complex only (ie the painting of the outside and illegal entering of apartments. There are numerous apartments in the area including the new one right off the 25. Check around before settling here. Message me if you want more info or to talk more. Do your self a favor and rent from anywhere else but here. The building looks nice but after you move in you realize the place is a nightmare. The hallways/stairwells are never cleaned and frequently are filled with broken bottles. The walls are paper thin so I hope you enjoy listening to bass music on a regular basis. The external windows haven't been cleaned in 3 years. The elevators break frequently (this year it was down for 6 weeks) and the buildings apology was to drop off a packet of gum to each unit. Your packages will be lost 98% of the time, so you are better off not even getting them. The parking lot gets broken into on a regular basis with random people creeping around in the middle of the night and the building isn't secure because the doors get left open all the time. The management agents are only helpful 10% of the time. Save your money and rent from someplace else. read more

I lived at Element for 3 years and had nothing but great living conditions and memories. The leasing office staff are extremely kind and responsive to any and all issues. The maintenance staff is VERY courteous and responsive, addressing any needs necessary. The online portal is convenient to communicate any questions, concerns or issues. The complex is very pet-friendly, with dog bags available in many key areas. It is walking distance to any and all attractions downtown (even Coors Field is a 25 min walk). The Jefferson Park Neighborhood is lively. I thoroughly enjoyed my living experience at Element, and would highly recommend this property as well as any other Windsor property! PS - the "close" parking lot spot "issue" that has been previously illustrated in past responses was recently fixed by management. They literally re-painted all surface parking lots with more room in between cars. The street parking/guest parking is just only a common sense and city parking issue....if you look at the street signs, adhere to the restrictions, you wont get towed! (ie park on Bryant Street next to church, not city residential permit restricted!) read more

To whom it may concern, I have lived at Element 47 for over 3 years now and have never been happier to call a place home! As a single father of 2 and a small business owner, home life can get chaotic and neglected but having a committed staff of people who treat you with respect and go out of their way to say HI! as you pass by in the halls makes all the difference in the world. The amenities are second to none, always clean, and well maintained. Whether you are looking for a great roof top to BBQ or a Pool to lounge and soak up rays at, these two areas are in my opinion the best in Denver. I get endless compliments on how great of a layout my apartment is and how inspiring my balcony is. I give my hats off to Mgmt and Front office staff (Emily, Karli, Natalie and Alex) as they are always cordial, communicative, and inquisitive of my experience. A great example is when I thought the parking spots were a little too narrow in my lot, Mgmt went and repainted all the spots to make them more accommodating for myself and the other patrons who shared the lot. I also want to tip my hat to the greatly respected and appreciated maintenance staff (Raf, Sean and sonya) they are the most prompt staff I have ever experienced and they care about the upkeep of my apartment. This apartment community has not only been a great experience for me but they have been an OUTSTANDING and safe place for me to raise my 2 daughters in... To that say thank you Element 47 read more

In response to Emma's ignorant comments. First off, these are reviews from our own experiences to help others and help future residents have a better experience and for management to improve. Lucky for you, you had a great one and I hope that's the worst I'll have to deal with there. Perhaps you may have the luxury of your parents helping you out financially or don't care about where your money is going but whatever the case is, I've put money down that I work for and I won't get back. Not to mention it is a great area that I want to be in and just want management to be more professional. Teri is on a lease that would result in paying more money if it was severed or having to sublet. For the price you pay there, you should be able to at least sleep at night or be warned. Not be lied to more than once about the same situation. A garage door has nothing to do with the city and maybe Teri wouldn't have signed a lease if he/she knew about the noise. Either way, they should be upfront and honest about it. Being lied to about where you put your money is not cool and sounds like I'm not the only who has dealt with that. Now I'm wondering what the residents are like and can only hope there are mostly great people living there because after your comments, not so sure about that either. I was happy and relieved to read that others are having a good experience until I read yours which obviously was directed towards me as well with the suburbs comment. Whatever the case is, its unnecessary. People are just sharing their experiences and trying to help others and your negative comments isn't helping others who aren't having such a great one as you are. I'm moving there to be close to work so to say I should live in the burbs and deal with a longer commute is just uncalled for. You don't know what people's situations are so probably best not to say negative things to people who are your neighbors. I can't say anything more about the place other than my own experience with management. Save yourself the money and the year-long headache and do not move into Element 47. I'll tell you about my experience, which many other unhappy tenants have also shared.. We moved in to our brand new apartment and the first night I stayed there I heard what sounded like chains running through the walls. The next morning I figured out that the garage door was so shitty that most apartments on the first level could hear every single time it opened and closed. Thanks for telling us that before we moved in! Since it was my roommate and my first day, they were nice enough to left us move up a floor but wouldn't cover any of our moving expenses. All the other people on the first floor, not so lucky. To this day, they STILL don't tell people about the garage door. I hear complaints all the time from new tenants. Anyway, we move up to our new place and within a month we had a broken air conditioner (which they came back SEVEN times to fix), leaking in the bathrooms, a broken washing machine and fruit fly infestation. Below is a list of all the other reasons not to move in here: -Water pressure is awful, showers suck and dishes are never cleaned -You have to pay for outside parking spots and they are TINY (my roommates car was smashed and my car has several dings on the doors) -No street parking -Front desk people lie to get you in -Tiny pool shared by four buildings -No fab keys, have to use actual keys to get through the doors in the garage -No trash schutte -Slowest elevator and only one in each building -Everything in your apartment is cheap and you have to pay a premium for it So, don't be fooled by their great move-in specials, you'll end up spending what you saved in anxiety medication. read more

I write this review hoping that perhaps it helps someone avoid experiencing the significant frustrations I encountered with the Element 47 leasing office when I attempted to rent here in the summer of 2014. In June, I began a search for an apartment as my boyfriend and I had recently decided to move in together. Due to the end dates of the leases at our respective homes, we were looking to move in on 9/1/14. To start on a good note, the first staff member I encountered in the leasing office at Element 47 was a very kind and knowledgeable man named Danny. After viewing apartments with him on a Saturday in June, my boyfriend and I deliberated, and decided we should consider some larger units than what I'd seen that day. So I returned the next day (Sunday) and was helped by a different (also kind) gentleman. I chose an apartment to reserve and was told it would be available 9/1/14. As directed, my boyfriend and I paid $40 each to fill out online applications that night and paid $350 online to reserve that particular apartment. I also called the complex that evening to confirm the correct unit had been reserved with a 9/1/14 move-in date. A few days later, I received an email from a manager declaring our applications were approved and that an apartment had been reserved-- however, it was a totally different apartment than the one I'd been told I was getting. After explaining this to the manager, she simply told me that if we wanted that particular apartment, we'd have to move in on 8/1/14 instead and there was nothing else she could do. She then explained the gentleman helping me on Sunday was a "temp" and he must have given me the wrong information. I thus cancelled the reservation and asked for the $350 to be returned (as their policy states a full refund is given if the reservation is cancelled within 72 hours). The manager assured a full refund would be mailed to me. After a month of seeing no check, I called the leasing office to ask about the check. Long story very short, it took 3 months and many very odd stories about the whereabouts of that check from the leasing office (including that they'd mailed a check addressed to me to one of my boyfriend's former addresses?) before I received that $350-- and it only happened because I persistently inquired about it. In essence, I found the management at Element 47 to be largely incompetent, disorganized, and not forthcoming, and I would advise great caution to be taken by anyone considering renting here. read more

I moved in when they first opened and have enjoyed living here. Although, there is still some on going construction (which is to be expected when living in a brand new place in this area). But I do understand the challenges with construction delays - again to be expected, if you want to be the first one living in the apt. The apartment itself is very pleasant and the amenities are great! Awesome pool and rooftop that allow for sweet views especially at night. I've enjoyed the location as it is close to public transportation, Jefferson Park and the best views of the city. I have experienced the traffic noise of i25 but it is not unbearable plus I chose to live in the city so its to be expected. Had I been particular about traffic noise, parking, and everything else that comes along with city living than I would've chose to live in one of the many beautiful and quiet suburbs or maybe even a isolated farm! The choices are limiteless in Colorado in that regard. The staff has been helpful and attentive to my needs. They are very friendly and respond in a timely manner if I have any issues. Element 47 is a pretty darn cool place to live. It has it's downfalls but the positives truly outweigh the negatives. Shortly after moving into Element I was pretty angry about the constant construction and replacements in and around my apartment. Could be a whole lot worse, a few inconveniences can be tolerated when you are living in a brand new place. The rooftop and pool areas are great, and the dog wash room keeps my bathroom looking nice. The location is up and coming, a short bike ride to the city, and has easy access to major highways. Staff is still adjusting to all the growth but they are all very friendly. Danny seems to be the senior leasing agent in the office and has been very helpful and polite. Last word- look into all costs (plenty on top of rent) and be willing to make a couple sacrifices in order to live in a brand new place. I feel that the pros far outweigh the cons, and if you are into city living, Element is a great place to live. read more

Like many people posting, I really wanted to love this apartment. I watched its construction and was one of the first people to move into building 3. The east and south side view was AMAZING and I now live third floor east side with an uninhibited grandiose view of Denver and Sports Authority Stadium. I appreciate the incredible view, large island, mostly (fake) hard wood floors, washer and dryer in unit, kitchen storage, and garage parking. However, we will be moving due to: -low grade appliances, -apartement noise -limited trash access -limited amenities access -increased rent (which is already above average for the area) -low grade construction (crooked shelves, warped edges, caulk gaps, etc) -****BLACK MOLD******, in multiple locations that I have called maintenance to resolve 5+ occurrences. -highway pollution, this isn't the companies fault but something to consider. I was getting headaches every day until I shut all windows and purchased an air purifier. read more

For starters, I gave a VERY generous 2nd star here...one for each good thing about this place, and maybe for original ideas that just weren't thought through & executed properly (or intelligently, or logically, or safely, or executed at all). The good: Location is the ONLY reason to live here, that is if you don't care about management, your surroundings, & can afford blatantly overpaying for all the other negatives. The only other good thing about my particular unit is the size & layout (and view of aforementioned location). That's it. There are literally no other redeeming qualities at Element 47 The bad: For history buffs and people who have no background on who runs this sinking ship, consider this. The property was built by billionaire property developer mogul Alex Spanos, owner of the San Diego Chargers (booo!). A native Californian, he obviously has no personal interest in Denver & its residents other than generating revenue for his greedy pockets. Ironic that he chose a location practically on top of the location of one of his team's biggest rivals, huh? Well his very ambitious plan called for "100% 'luxury' apartments" but what ended up here in its place is blatantly not so. Originally called Pinnacle Station & larger in scale, the plans & renderings showed to be MUCH nicer & included retail on the 1st floor of all buildings but it was ultimately postponed due to market downturn (ie. not enough money), hence the severe cost cutting measures ultimately taken, and painfully obvious, in Element 47. At first glance & even an office & model apartment walk-thru, this place looks immaculate. Especially that insane balcony that overlooks the pool and the Denver skyline, amiright?? But now that we all know that exactly NONE of the apartments have that balcony we are all relegated to sit at the pool & stare at its wasted space & fake BBQ grill in envy. But once you've witnessed that world-class view of Denver a few times & you're in your unit for a couple of days the honeymoon quickly disintegrates into an over all feeling of trailer park living in both the quality of your physical surroundings and the quality of the people who work and unfortunately rent here as well. A list of the cheapness in building material & construction could go on forever but just to name a few: -Most of the doors are cut way too short at the bottom & are generally all off-kilter leading to sticking when opening/closing & in the case of the balcony door, massive airflow & extreme noise pollution from the outside. Had maintenance "fix" it once already but after a few weeks it seems to have settled again and air & noise are again very prominent. -Engineered wood floors look great but feel as cheap as they were to purchase. They scratch as easily as a hot knife thru butter...just ask maintenance who has marred many a floor while replacing the crappy refrigerators in every single unit in building 3. -Speaking of fridge...appliances look great as well but are of the lowest quality you can imagine. Side-by-side fridge/freezer combo was insanely tiny and ultimately had to be replaced anyway because of short-sighted construction of the wall next to it. You literally could not open the freezer to put anything into it..as if anything wider than about 6 inches would've fit anyway. During that switch out process they realized the new ones were too tall and had to rip the cabinets above it off the wall and replace with smaller ones. Nicer new fridge but no ice dispenser in this one so ultimately lost a feature. Oh, and lucky people in the new building 4...sorry to be the bearer of bad news but you get our old used fridges! The stove? Looks OK for a glass top (they scratch very easily and look crappy within days of use) but the oven takes FOR-EV-ER to heat up, which is a blatant sign of low quality. The dishwasher? Well, it sucks. Takes way too long (the "short" cycle is 1 hour) and it doesn't clean your dishes very well, partially attributed to the lowest water pressure I've ever experienced in a house/apartment/trailer/camper/portapotty. Ironically though, every time you open the thing it's soaking wet, even if you haven't run it in a couple of days. The 'dry' cycle does anything but and I swear it randomly sprays water all over the inside when you're not around. This leads to some reallly nasty, mildewy smells coming from within that could only be remedied by a bleach wash after having lived here for all of one month. Can't imagine this is a healthy situation by any means. The front-loading washer & dryer are pretty nice but the drainage pipe has issues with periodic sewage odors backing up into your nice new apartment. It's not all the time but once is one time too many and they should've gotten plumbing venting (as with everything else here) right the first time. -The kitchen size & layout are great, as are the sweet granite countertops...but unfortunately the quality stops there. I moved into Element 47 last July. The managers and staff that work here are very helpful and try to do things as fast as they can for everyone. I think the easiest way to talk about living here is to do a pro and con list.. Pros: Great pool and out door grill Nice apartments (granate and fake hard wood floor) helpful staff underground parking pet friendly Cons: pool is super busy on weekends when its warm super noisy neighbors feels like most of the people living here are in college or at least still party like they are in college. major noise issues with drunk people being stupid people tend to pull the fire alarms they seem to have hidden fees for little things Since moving to Denver having been here for almost three years, this is by far the best apartment I have lived in yet. I like that its so close to downtown and the Highlands. Theres enough places to eat, shop etc. If your thinking about moving in here its a great place to live if you dont mind a bit of noise and fire alarms that go off once in awhile. read more

Literally the WORST move out experience I have ever encountered. When moving in, my carpets were soaked with animal urine. I requested them to be cleaned twice, as I have young children. After being cleaned twice, the stains and smell were still there. I bought a massive area rug to help mask the smell. Fast forward to moving out...clean the apartment and the carpet AGAIN. What happens next? Received a notice that I owe $1100 to replace the 400 sq ft of carpet due to ANIMAL URINE. Are you kidding me?! I have never dealt with such disrespect and two faced employees as I have with Element. Not to mention, the hallways smell awful from alcohol and marijuana 24/7 and you're constantly fighting out of control parties at the pool. I have lived at Element 47 since June of 2014, and I have definitely enjoyed my time in the complex. Starting with the common amenities, I have been to many of the apartment complexes in and around the downtown Denver area, and I feel that Element does it just as well or better than any of them. The heated pool and hot tub are open year round, the fitness center and yoga room (which include all of the equipment you need for a sufficient workout) are open 24 hours, and the rooftop grilling and game area has become a favorite gathering spot for my friends and I on the weekends. I have thoroughly taken advantage of these great amenities, and this list doesn't even include other great offerings such as the theater room, business center, common kitchen, and bike maintenance room. I have also really enjoyed the prime location only a few blocks from Sports Authority Field. The neighborhood is extremely safe and welcoming, and I love the fact that I am so close to downtown but can also conveniently go for a run through the surrounding parks (Jefferson and Sloans Lake) and neighborhoods (LoHi, Highlands, and Riverfront Park). Additionally, the nearby bike path makes nearly any destination in the city safely accessible on a nice day. The apartment units are modern and provide plenty of space, and the maintenance staff has been very responsive to our requests when they've been needed. The staff members at the leasing office are consistently friendly and helpful, and I've really enjoyed the significant number of resident events that they have organized over the past few months. Overall, I think that Element 47 is a great place to live and I would confidently recommend it. read more

I wanted to like element 47, but there were several big issues that is inexcusable for a place like this. 1. You can hear everything above you! I would have accepted it if it was a cheaper apartment, but for a 657 sq ft apt that costs 2.50 a square foot (I believe it's a lot more now) it is unacceptable! I don't need to hear every footstep from my neighbor at 3 in the morning! The lady at the office told me to walk on my toes from now on to minimize sound since I got a noise complaint from my neighbor below me. What..... 2. This one is a huge security issue. The garage door in building one CONSTANTLY breaks either not going down or staying shut. Sometimes the fob to enter the garage won't register either. My bike was also recently stolen because apparently the garage door was left open for over a week! Yesterday when I showed up to my apt after some absence, I noticed the key to the door that leads to the elevators was broken and can easily be opened. 3. I had to get maintenance over at least every two weeks to get MULTIPLE light bulbs replaced because of an electrical issue as well. The water doesn't nearly get hot enough and that's with the handle pulled all the way up. The gym is so small where the weights don't exceed 50lbs. I asked numerous times to element and they told me that I would have to buy my own weights and bring it to the gym myself. I ended up saying screw it and re activated my Colorado athletic club membership. The amenities were open 24/7 but now they close at 10? The only thing saving this place is the view and the nice furnishing, but that's not enough to save this place from all of its major flaws. After moving from Boulder, this is like Disneyland. A management company that genuinely cares. The leasing office ladies are extremely helpful, they've unlocked me from my apartment, and will post flyers on everyone's door to remind of events or maintenance work. Maintence has always responded within 24 hours and left a handwritten note of what they did. The parking spots are tight and we definitely lucked out and got one side next to a curb. Everyone here is friendly and respectful. We're on the ground level and can occasionally hear our upstairs neighbor, but it's apartment, its going to happen. The apartment itself is brand new, great appliances, but had a couple issues with the wiring and breaker switching off. Very quiet with the windows closed, but a lot of highway noise with the windows open(Our apartment windows face East aka the highway.) read more

Terrible experience so far. Always met with attitude from the manager. Had to move up my move in date by 2 days due to a moving scam and she was incredibly bitter about it. Last week my bathroom flooded after midnight from a ceiling leak and it took maintenance hours to come and fix it. Most importantly they are offering free rent and parking to some tenants but not all. It is unprecedented and unfair during a pandemic to make financial exceptions for some tenants but not others. I moved in in July and was offered nothing free but tenants who moved in within 2-4 weeks of me are saving $3000-$4000 more this year than me due to their free rent and parking spots. Unreal. Don't be fooled by the reviews, this place is shit. ALso, they don't manage the pot smoke in the hall and tenants have dogs and cats that aren't on their leases. The grass in front of the building is full of poop. Spend your money on a better building! read more

Element 47 has been a sweet deal. It is exactly where I wanted. I pop up to Boulder a couple of times a week and it is so convenient to hop onto I-25, and I'm right in the heart of town. The garage parking is the best choice because the spots outside are small. I love the layout and the kitchen is amazing! Jeff park is right up the road, and the pool is dope. The gym is brand new, so it still has that brand new smell, but the equipment is awesome, and you can look out on the city. This place is popular though, there are tons of people around, but they are all cool. This is the best apartment I have ever had to date! read more

The apartments are very nice but the office staff is very uninformed. They don't know their own lease terms so read the lease very carefully because what they tell you may not be what you agree to. read more
