I proposed to my now fiancé recently and ordered ahead of time a nice bouquet of flowers. For $150 I was told I was getting a "large" bouquet. Which honestly didn't look anymore fancy compared to going to Publix and getting one of their premium bouquets. I had to even go get more flowers from Publix to make it look better. I do not recommend ordering ahead of time a bouquet from them that you have no idea what it will look like. I felt obligated to buy it after ordering ahead of time but completely dissatisfied. read more

My mother ordered a big bouquet of flowers for my brother and sister-in-law's anniversary. She spoke with Carla at the Windsor Florist, who stated that she would take good care of my mother and her wishes for a beautiful bouquet to be delivered. $114 later, my brother and sister-in-law received the flowers, but did not call us to say that they looked beautiful. We called them and asked for a picture. They sent the picture and we were very very surprised. We were extremely disappointed! My mother was told that it would be a full, beautiful bouquet. It was an oddly shaped, sparsely populated bouquet with very few flowers. I cannot tell you how disappointed she was! Upon calling Carla, she stated that she must have misunderstood my mother's instructions and is now delivering a more full, pretty arrangement, and she sent us a picture before delivering! That is good customer service. I need to change my review to a 3/5 stars. Thank you, Carla, for being willing to make this right! read more

Great customer service with a big heart for helping make the spray for my Mother's funeral portable so we could use it for the gravesite service and then take with us to the memorial service later in the day. The flowers were not as shown on the website and they were not fresh. The arrangement was already over priced and then added to that was $15 delivery and a $6 service fee. The order was $82. I called and was not given helpful customer service and the owner actually told me the $6 was due to the company who services the website but can be avoided if you call. How does a customer know that? There was no apology, no offer to correct, I even sent a picture showing that the flowers were not correct. Never, ever, ever again. Next time I'll get flowers for my loved ones at Fresh Market or Publix. read more

I placed an order for my elderly mother to be delivered for her sister's 92nd birthday. We were disappointed after we saw photos of the arrangement, so spoke with the owner. She explained to us the reasons why the flower arrangement looked different than what we were expecting, which made perfect sense. She was still concerned about our disappointment, and more than made up for it. I would HIGHLY recommend Windsor Florist. I recently had to order flowers for a resident in Daphne, AL (I am in Houston, TX), which is always worrisome when you aren't from the area and aren't sure the type of service/product you will be getting for your money. I found Windsor online and they were AMAZING. They took the time to listen to what I was needing, sent me a picture of the product I was paying for and made sure it made it to the proper residence (I had inverted a couple numbers on the address I gave them...doh!). Flowers died in a day. My husband was taken advantage of on Valentines Day. Most men are last minute and any reputable business should be prepared. This once family-owned business has lost the customer focus. I will never use them again. I moved away from the Eastern Shore (far-far away) and continued calling on Windsor because I knew the owners and wanted someone I could trust to deliver flowers when a friend in the Lower Alabama area was sick, bereaved or celebrating. Well, the current management doesn't care to ensure flowers are delivered fresh, lovely, on time, or even AT ALL. I ordered get well flowers for a cousin in Pensacola on Saturday who was in CCU in the hospital. They were not received as of today (MONDAY). THe online ordering system showed Windsor was "waiting to verify my credit card". Bogus. The website does not indicate that they are not open after 1pm on Saturday and closed on Sunday, that orders placed after 1pm Saturday will not be delivered UNTIL MONDAY!!!!!! read more

I, unfortunately,​ made the mistake of ordering from Windsor for Mother's Day. I specifically told the clerk over the phone the two colors my mother did NOT like and the two flowers that needed to be in the arrangement. What arrived to my mom was comprised entirely of the color I had said to avoid, the flowers wilted in a manner of hours, and the women in the shop honestly didn't seem to give an iota of concern that they had ruined Mother's Day with the failure to pay attention. Do yourself a favor and order from any of the other options in town, as I know I most certainly will. read more

Received flowers on Friday May 11 they were from my son in Las Vegas, my door bell rang and thank god I was home went to door and vase of flowers sitting on my front pory90 degrees outside and never waited to make sure someone was home to receive the flowers, they were pink roses, small clusters of pink roses, daisies and gladiolus and fern, my daughter in law noticed on Saturday a fungus on back of some of the fern and roses were browning and gladiolus dying before they open the water is murky looking and vase is still full of murky water like the flowers are not fluorishing becaus no water has absorbed I know for what my son paid for these flowers they should not be dying by second day I have had Roses last weeks this is 2nd time this has happened from Windsor florist I would not recommend them I left them a voice message have not heard back read more

Flowers arrived for my fathers funeral from a close friend, and only noticed them because of the lack of flowers compared to the others it was a fairly big arrangement with three flowers and what looked like weeds. So ----- ridiculous I wondered why they even bothered. If you find their prices cheap or affordable there is a reason. I do not recommend using this florist. I think they count on out of town customers for out of sight results. Horrid. read more
