Kayla was extremely rude and showed zero customer service skills. The way she spoke to me was unprofessional, dismissive, and made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. Instead of being helpful, she was short, unfriendly, and clearly did not care about providing a positive shopping experience. Because of the way I was treated, I will not be returning to this H&M location, and honestly, this experience has made me reconsider shopping at H&M altogether. Thank you Cameron, gentleman working the register tonight around 8:45p on August 1st, 2019. You reminded me why I despise shopping at this H&M. Your customer service (or lack thereof) was horrible tonight! Not only were you rude and didn't even smile/look up, you didn't make eye contact with any of the customers you assisted with tonight. If I wasn't in a rush to get home - I would have said something and spoke to your manager. Along with the horrible customer service at this location (Thanks Cameron!) - this store is quite messy. Why am I not surprised?! The jeans were a pile of mess. And the sale area looked like it was hit by a tornado. It was very difficult to find my size I eventually gave up. I remember H&M being so top notch back in the day. Definitely a step higher than 4evertwenty1 - so I'm more disappointed that this is where H&M has ended up, a complete dump! I'm shocked to see that there's so many low reviews for this store. Probably because no one has reviewed it in such a long time lol. I'm here to update you. The store is huge! I came here like I come every year for back to school shopping for my kids they have the cutest clothes for kids and I love the way that they organize everything. The sizing also is perfect they size their clothes for kids by the age. No need to try on anything for my youngest kid every item that I got for her age fits perfectly! Never can go wrong with their hip styles here! But out of all the H & M stores here in the Vegas valley, this is probably the smallest square footage wise Ive shopped at. Especially the guys department. The selection is more limited. Women and Children's departments are located on the second level of the mall near Dillards. Selection and sizes is pretty limited too, especially for casual/sportswear styles. Still I manage to spend more than I wanted to, but second day open and they already were down to 1 brown faux leather biker jacket in stock. Darn it! Service: On sales floor - non existent upstairs..had to go to cashier area to have someone check their stock. Otherwise, sales clerks were helpful and friendly. Typical long lines at register, but wait time is pretty short. Quality of clothes are hit and miss. Hey for $6 jersey skirts, no gripes from me. Large selection, good prices. 6-12 for t's, 30-40 for jeans, 20 for dress shirts. Similar quality to express, much cheaper price. But 1 get 1 free sales. 35 for slacks, clearance can be down to 7. Fit better for the stocky or more muscular (myself) individuals compared to Express. The dress clothing is much more casual in appearance than Express, and the selection is much less for dress clothing, and greater selection of casual clothing. read more

I tend to shop here often. Prices are reasonable, styles are nice and trendy.. I usually know what I'm looking for and as I have worked retail before, I know how stressful the retail environment gets and I try to put back the merchandise if I don't plan to purchase them. So, with that being said, I'm very disappointed by H&M for the experience that I received in store and via customer service online. I asked for items to be held and promised to be back before closing. They say they hold items for 24 hours. Came back before closing the same day, just about an hour later and they put my stuff back. Would normally walk out and say forget it but I'm pressed for time and didn't wanna shop around anymore. Bought the stuff after having to go back and look for the sizes and styles I needed. Clerk was rude. She knew they were in the wrong for putting my stuff back and of course I'm sure they were rushing to get out of work. But where's the integrity and customer service skills? It's not my fault. H&M should be happy that I still spent $80 at their store. Went home, looked online on their website, saw my dress was on sale. Inquired online with their customer service and also expressed my experience with the store. Tiffany from their web service says she's glad that I was still able to find my merchandise and buy what I wanted. They don't price match. She suggested to order online and return the merchandise I bought from the store. Well, I'm SOL because they no longer have my size online. And oh what a scam, purchase online, pay the shipping, comes out the same as what I paid for the dress in store that is not on sale yet. Damned and distressed. I came in to return some stuff without a receipt because it was a gift , and their system for returning stuff was down. Claudia was called over on the radio and she was so extremely nice and helpful givin the frustrating situation with the computer. She was on the phone for over 30 minutes trying to work with the other person on the other line to figure it out and although the computers still wouldn't budge , she kept her cool and continued to have great costumer service. I'm thankful for her because if not I don't know if I would of been able to keep my cool given I was waiting for over 45 minutes for the issue to be resolved. H&M is a good place to go if you're looking for something trendy and reasonably priced. I usually get my shorts here and have never had any issues with pricing. Quality is a hit or miss; I just make sure to really get a feel of materials before making a purchase. While this place isn't busy most of the time, they still lack customer service. I feel like the men's department is always understaffed and there's only one person around whenever you needed help. It can be a hassle trying to get some things that are higher on their shelves because there's nobody there to help you. When I do get help though, the associates are usually very friendly. The worst part about this H&M is their fitting room situation on the men's department. They only have two of them, and last time I wanted to try on some shorts, I had to wait more than 15 minutes for the other guys to get done. A couple more fitting rooms downstairs would've helped tremendously. I understand that more fitting rooms are available upstairs, but why should customers have to trek up when what they need is downstairs clothing wise. read more

The Reason Why I Love this Location is....it is 2 Levels!!! Yes, 2 Levels! Upstairs is Women's Wear, and Downstairs are the Men's Wear! This Store is Very Similar to the Location inside The Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace! The Prices are the Same at Every Location, but This Location is Very Clean & Well Maintained! Although at Times, the Salespeople aren't Readily Available...You can Find what You're Looking for On Your Own! There Really isn't Too Much to Say About a Clothing Store, but If you don't like Crowds too Much, Try this Location! Prices are Very Reasonable...and they seem to have a Sale Almost Every Time I Go There! read more

H&M might stand for something else but to me it's 'Hip & Modern'. Although some of the clothing styles found here are aimed for the younger crowd, I can usually find a cute top or dress that suits my taste. They sell their Basic line which is always a great deal with many color options. Sometimes the basic tanks are 2 for $10. That's always good for the summer. Plus I can stock up! It's not one of the larger stores like the location in the Forum shops but there is still plenty of space to cover. The men's department is on the first floor with the ladies and children on the second. I've had pretty good luck checking out. The cashiers seem to move quickly and know how to move the line. It's a great addition to the Galleria Mall! read more

I went to the mall for one thing and ended up buying 200 bucks worth of clothes. I am how ever very impressed with the store. My first trip ever to an H&M store! I love the 2 levels and the layout for children,women and men was pretty cool. This is the first time in a long time I bought clothing tried it on and it fit and feel good. I really love the feel of the fabrics. I must warn you however the plus size section sucks! Nothing but black bland colors and the fabrics were atrocious! The selection is very limited,so to be a plus size women you would feel pretty left out from all the other cool stuff in the store. Maybe it would give the plus size girls motivation to lose weight IDK WHAT THE ANGLE IS WITH THAT...but it's what I thought as I was looking. Now the men department had some really cool selections from casual to professional which I really like, they even had an assortment of bow ties CUTE ! Over all I will most definitely come back for the spring line and summer line. Ooooohhh yeah they have some pretty sweetles accessories too! Located inside the expanding, upgrading Galleria Mall! Definitely smaller compared to the other H&M's located on the strip, but still has 2 levels and still provide more than a handful of choices. Men's, Women's, and Children clothing - very hip, up-to-date, casual and business styles. Prices are a hit & miss to me -- some things seem too expensive for what it is and some things (especially ones on sale) are great findings! Sizes and quantities are limited. The few times I've been here the store looked some what messy and disorganized, which is a turn-off when accidentally stepping on the items on the floor. No one is really on the floor to help, I've had to go up to either the register or someone in the fitting room area to get attention. Nonetheless, H&M is on my list of clothing stores to checkout (just like F21, Charlotte Russe, etc) when at Galleria Mall. read more

H&M has a nice selection of clothes. It's a 2 story store. I feel like every time when I come there I go home with a nice little bag full of happiness. You can find there anything starting from sport clothing to the office attire. Prices are different. I would the new collection is overpriced sometimes for what it offers. Sale has a good variety. Time to time I also can find a lot of cool clothes on the kids department lol. I purchased a backpack from H&M a few weeks back. One of the zippers broker the first day and the second one broke about a week later. Due to my work schedule of two jobs, I wasn't able to exchange it when the first zipper broke but when the second zipper broke, I didn't have a choice. I called customer service first and told them I just wanted an exchange and wouldn't be able to go all the way home to get the receipt. I was assured that an even exchange would be absolutely no issue and I proceeded directly to the Galleria at Sunset Mall in Las Vegas where I made the original purchase. I had the misfortune of being assisted by David whom had the nastiest attitude and some of the worst service I received and I felt it was very unnecessary. First of all, even though I was highly frustrated, my initial greeting to him was upbeat and cheerful. I always do this intentionally because I want things to go smoothly. David did not reciprocate my energy. In fact he was incredibly combative immediately. I explained to him that I just wanted to exchange and showed him that I couldn't close the backpack which was full of my daily items. Mind you, I had walked from my job to the mall with a backpack that would not fully zip. What I was trying to explain to him was I needed to get another bag and I didn't want my personal items strewn on the counter. Good customer service would have been showing me where the options for other backpacks are but he just pulled out a shopping bag and slapped it on the counter and waved towards where the bags were. I forgot to mention that the first thing he said to me was that I couldn't get cash back and where is my receipt and that they don't look up receipts by the card used. I never asked for cash back so to me that information was unnecessary. The real issue to me was when I became frustrated and let out a deep sight and perhaps a slight eye roll he has the sheer audacity to say to ME, a longtime customer and grown grown adult, "you don't have to roll your eyes." That is when all bets were off. I do not care what the circumstances are, I will not be chastised as if I am a child by any individual with whom I am spending money or by ANYONE period. He then proceeded to continue to attempt to provoke me by becoming less helpful, more combative and continuing to respond back to everything I said. I am not his child nor was I acting like one and I do not have to be subjected to that type of service. This occurred in front of numerous other customers and store associates. I need H&M to understand that none of their customers of any age comes in to their store to be belittled, humiliated and spoken to condescendingly by any of your associates especially when the reason for my return visit was due to your faulty product. David at Galleria at Sunset was completely out of line and your management and your customers need to be made aware that this type of interaction is unwarranted and unacceptable. Worst Black Friday shopping experience. The staff from h&m and security from the mall managing the entrance during the opening were so rude and disrespectful. I waited over an hour to enter one of my favorite stores, the staff was on such a power trip moving the line from place to place I couldn't even shop once they finally allowed us to enter. I am offended the way they treated us like animals. So disappointed in the galleria mall and this H&M. If I ever decide to shop at H&M I will travel to another location. read more

Beautiful newly opened location at the Galleria. I was in Henderson and needed some pants to wear for work and immediately thought of checking out this H&W and I'm sure glad I did because after this visit it has certainly made me a fan. The top floor is the women's and children's collections while the bottom floor is entirely men's. Since it is 2 floors it makes it feel a bit more organized and better laid out than the Town Square location. Since this is a 2 story store, there is a stair case and elevator right next to each other which is located beside the fitting rooms (very convenient). I was shopping with my friend and I was able to go to the fitting next to her's even if it was on the women's floor which was something I was worried about. The staff here were friendly for the most part and answered my questions. It was pretty busy on a Saturday after-noon, but thankfully the store wasn't too messy and actually looked like it was kept up pretty well. My friend is a bit on the bigger side and she found that they have plus sizes for women. An employee told her this is one of the only H&M locations that does (not even Forum Shops). On the other hand, she complained it was rather limited because it only consisted of 3 to 4 racks, but at least they have something right? I did notice since the Galleria is in Henderson the employees here aren't as fashion forward like those at the Forum Shops and not trendy like at Town Square. Although I live much closer to the other H&Ms, I definitely wouldn't mind coming to this one. read more

Passed through here to see what the hype is about. Why is this brand so massively talked about? Styles are ok... current patterns. Clothing here is cheap and apear cheaper. Clothing is made with thin fabric and poor sewing. Who knows what foreign countries it comes from... employing children for a few cents a day in terrible working conditions and long hours? I wore a pair of their shoes for about 15 minutes this morning. After about 15 minutes, I decided to look at my foot to see why it hurt so badly. To my surprise, I saw that a piece of sharp plastic on the inside of the shoe had cut my foot open, and my foot and the shoe were bloody. When I took them back to the store, they refused to exchange them because I didn't have a receipt, even though they had the H&M label on the inside, and they were very lightly worn. So I won't be buying shoes there anymore, I guess... So now, an hour later, after I called their corporate office, they have decided to give me store credit... read more

It's a MESS!! Especially the kids section, so overstocked to the point that you can't even look through the racks. The accessories, again, in the kids section are literally on the floor or tangled because there's no room for them. read more

Today I had the worst experience with my aunt. We will never return to this particular store. I love H&M, but this particular experience has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Here's the story; Today whist shopping we saw a clearance rack and we proceeded to buy a pair of jeans for my cousin that said that were 19.99 however said paints were not his size. My aunt went ahead to find the right size (mind that there were many more pants that were tha same style for the same price) she succeeded in finding the right size. As we went to pay the teller charged us 29.95 for the pants after paying attention we asked the teller why there was a price difference and he snatched the receipt from our hands and asked us to read it in a demeaning fashion. We asked to speak to a manager and she "could not be disturbed." The assistant manager came and had a worse attitude than the original attendant. We decided to return the purchased items and leave the store. This was the worst experience I've ever had at H&M and we put in a complaint with the mall whom saim said that this was not the firs time this had happened. Love H&M and shopping the stores; however, this store was a bit stressful. It's small, which is fine. The store seems disorganized, but that could be due to Christmas chaos, but there wasn't enough cashiers to handle the amount of people in line. I was there to do a refund for a purchase online and the cashier was clearly overwhelmed. I felt bad for him, which makes me almost give this review a 4 star. He kept resetting his cash register because he didn't know what to do and the person next to him didn't have time to show him due to the amount of people in line. read more
