I came in this weekend to Men's Wearhouse for a tux and suit fitting for my upcoming wedding. I understand it's prom season and things are busier than usual, but the experience was honestly frustrating from start to finish. First off, the QR code for the waitlist is placed in the middle of the store with no clear direction. If you don't already know it's there, you'd have no idea you're supposed to check in. We stood around for about 10 minutes before even realizing there was a system. After we finally scanned in, a gentleman came over to help us but didn't ask about our place in line or acknowledge the waitlist at all. He actually started helping us first, but once he realized other people had been waiting longer, his entire demeanor changed. It immediately felt like he didn't want to help us anymore and started rushing through everything. When it came to my son's suit, he wasn't even going to have him try anything on to check the fit or size. That was really frustrating--this is exactly why we came in. When I asked if my son could try things on, he casually responded with, "if you want to, but you don't have to," which made no sense. We came in specifically to TRY ON and order suits. The same issue happened with my partner, who wanted to try on a tux just to see how it would look. Again, it felt like pulling teeth to get any help. There was no effort to make the experience easy, helpful, or even enjoyable. I ended up walking out completely frustrated. For such an important event like a wedding, I expected a much better level of service and attention. read more

I stopped by Nordstrom Rack down the street to pick up a suit and decided to swing by MW to find a dress shirt to match. From the moment I walked in, I was never greeted or acknowledged, even while standing no more than ten feet from the closest associate as he finished a transaction. When he completed it, and I was standing just a few feet away, he still didn't address me. Instead, he walked past me to assist another customer across the store. I admit I made a pointed comment, asking if he thought I was just standing there for no reason, because at that point it was clear he hadn't acknowledged me at all. Only then did he respond, saying the other customer had arrived before me. Whether that was true or not, a simple greeting or acknowledgment would have prevented the entire situation. I then stood awaiting another associate who was helping someone else, and while waiting patiently, a different rep became available. He also saw me waiting and still never acknowledged me. Instead, he struck up a casual conversation with a woman who appeared to assist with measurements. It was at that point I decided to leave. It's unfortunate to experience such a lack of basic courtesy and acknowledgment--especially when it seems to fall along lines of who fits the "expected" customer profile. I watched a family member take their last breath last week, and I was simply trying to find clothing to wear to their funeral. This added frustration was the last thing I needed. I'm not looking to return for anything to be "made right," but I do hope sharing this experience helps prevent another African American customer from walking through your doors, being treated and/or feeling the same way I did. read more

I was a bit trepidatious about coming to Men's Warehouse to get my husband's wedding suit. We decided we wanted to buy (he's never had a full suit before) over renting so he could have one for any other needs/occasions. I was worried because there are quite a few bad reviews and I'm not the biggest fan of this level of chain. But, my mans wanted to come in, so we did. Walking in, we were greeted immediately and helped immediately. I believe the person helping us was the manager or a supervisor or something of that level. He was quick and precise but not very personable. I don't blame him though, he seemed very busy and I don't need overly friendly, I need accurate and gets me what I'm asking for, which he did. We ended up having to get some pieces special ordered. We got phone calls when the items came in pretty quickly. We did encounter a problem with receiving the wrong item but it turned out there was one in the store. Odd but hey we got the right jacket and that's all that matters. This store is a bit busy (or was each time, about 4) when we came in but there are enough fitting rooms and nice bench to wait. The seamstress is quick and even if it does feel a bit impersonal, the job got done well. Overall, I think this was a good experience, with fair pricing and I would come back in if I ever needed something like this again. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Bad customer service. I had to ask to be helped instead of someone coming up and offering. I asked the worker to measure my father for a suit and completely dismissed it and proceeds to just grab a blazer and pants and tells him to try it on. I ask him again if he can take his measurements and then tells me that they charge $10 for taking measurements. I tell him that my fiancé came like a month ago and they didn't charge him. Tells me it's a new policy. Whether that's true or not is beyond the point. Well the clothes he made my dad try on were waaaaay too big. Even after my dad telling him his pants size. Worker says that he just needs to go down one size since it's big. Afterward I heard him mutter to the person he is "training" that with customers like us it's a waste of time. Definitely the worst customer service I had. This is the 2nd time I get customer service like this at this location. read more

First and foremost, the sales associate that greeted us when we came in the door was sarcastic, and you could barely understand him because he mumbles. My husband asked to see if there were any suits ON sale. The older gentleman answered everything is "for" sale. Sales associate, then steered us to the most expensive suits in the room and tried to push a specific style and size on my husband when it clearly didn't fit him well then he argued with us about the size. Clearly pushing his own opinion on what he thinks a customer should wear and didn't actually listen to what the customers needs were. My husband is a table games supervisor and wears the suit for an actual job where he has to bend over and move around quite a bit. The sales associate tried to tell him that that's not what the suit was for, however, that is what we are purchasing the suit for was for the job that he actually does. Not a very big selection of colors and the turnaround time for tailoring is too long. We left quickly to find other options. That particular sales associate almost quite literally pushes people out the door to purchase elsewhere. Very disappointing. read more

Terrible experience this past weekend... she (I didn't catch her name) not helpful, very discouraging. Tailoring wouldn't have been available in time for my sons prom. If she would've gave us options rather than "we don't have the size", our tailor won't be able to get them done if needed.. maybe the day of the prom they can have it ready but we would have to purchase the item not knowing if it was the right size because they didn't have it out on the floor. Definitely won't be coming back... there needs to be more coaching on customer service and being more caring to their customers. read more

I chose Men's Warehouse for my wedding parties tuxedos. Previous experience has been positive in the past for other family members weddings. Even though time has moved on from those events of long ago, one thing remains the same: customer service is outstanding. My son and I visited in October for his measurements. We had a wonderful sales associate help us every step of the way. We returned the day before Thanksgiving and completed the rental. My son tried on the tuxedo and everything fit perfectly. An exceptional young man helped us. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He helped my daughter and I so we could help my son who is disabled. My fiancé and his son picked their tuxedos up a few days before us. They too received outstanding customer service by a young man. The location on Stephanie Street is excellent with people who really care about their job and the customers they service. It's a well stocked store, clean, inviting and welcoming. The prices are reasonable. We are customers for life. I know we will return when we need to rent a tuxedo or make a purchase of their quality clothing/shoes. read more

This 1 star was not low enough for this store and manager. Rented a tuxedo 2 weeks ago to have it all ready for our Christmas Party tonight. They emailed me to come try everything on and only tried the pants and shirt and jacket. When we got home, I just hung it up for a few days. I went and looked inside and the pants were missing out of the garment bag?? Return trip #1 The next day my wife wanted to look at it, and found that they gave me the wrong tie and vest which was nothing close to her dress.. Return trip #2 Went back on a Wednesday night to pick up the vest and tie, and was told the correct would be here this Friday morning... Return trip #3 Now it's Friday, the day of our Christmas party, went back into the store for the 4th time, and believe it or not, they gave me the wrong vest and tie - color was not even close to what we picked out. Called store manager Paula and explained everything that happened and she seems like she could care less and offered a 20.00 credit for a rental I can't even use..Paula the store manager needs serious customer service skills training. I would never buy or Rent from this place ever again - and advise everyone to double check your bags before leaving this store. THEY ARE A TRAIN WRECK from staff to management. read more

I do almost all of my clothes shopping at Men's Wearhouse. I have been trying different places due to some of the service I have been receiving here. Well, I think today was one of my last visits. I will use the $150 in vouchers probably online and then I am done. When I started using MW I was always greeted by someone friendly, not today. There were several kids working here, mostly screwing around, listening to music with their earbuds in. Even the kid helping me couldn't take them out to help me. Just picked up rental suit, shirt, vest etc. for daughters wedding. Shirt looks like someone just threw wet to dry on the hanger. The suit coat...one sleeve had not been pressed and too long. Pants had a double crease going down the back of one leg. Called and was told to bring it back and they would fix it. Time is short and I just don't feel comfortable in them getting this right. I know people make mistakes but this was just clear neglect. Taking all to dry cleaners to have shirt, pants and coat re pressed. Just an added cost for me but i know it will be done right. read more

My Fiance and I were promised a 20% discount on our Groomsman's dress shirts, if we made our Wedding profile with them, and had all our Groomsmam purchase their suits through Mens Warehouse. We made our profile, and had all 6 of our Groomemen purchased their suits .. So my Fiance went into the store tonight to purchase the shirts and Lorenzo, the Manager, was extremely rude and refused to honor the deal, because the person who told us they would honor the deal "no longer works there". Afrer explaining to him we were told by multiple people that they wiould honor this, even 3 days ago when we visited the store, Lorenzo still refused. Lorenzo you should be ashamed. Your store easily just lost out on at least $400 in sales due to this. After being customers for 15 years, we will never be back. Do not tell customers you will give a deal and then not honor it. Seriously awful customer service and business management. False advertisement just to get a sale out of us. Terrible customer service and representation of a very reputable brand. read more

I haven't had to buy a suit in so long. But since I lost a lot of weight it was time. Let me tell you that the man Brian who helped me was outstanding. He gave me suggestions, congratulated me on my weight loss, and overall was so friendly. The reason I gave only 4 stars is due to the other two employees working. The lady I asked her opinion of the sport coat and the look on her face was not only "Why are you talking to me" but her response was barely a moment of the head. The other guy he literally smelled like weed. I understand it's tough to find good people these days but these two need to go. I'm in the service industry and these are not people you want trying to sell your clothing. Plus it's more high-end so I would have expected more. However, I would look to promote someone like Brian because it felt like he truly cared. The only reason I would go back is if he still working there. read more

Just left here very frustrated. Went shopping here to buy a couple dress shirts and jackets and wasn't even acknowledge the whole time. I came in an off day so I'm wearing a very comfortable fit so maybe that's why for me as a former salesman I know we should never do this. Recently, I just got a great job at the Wynn as a Bellman and have been wanting to update my sale to be more elegant as I see my guests are and have a wedding coming up this year that I'm planning for me and my fiancé, and I will not be coming here for sure. Came here on 10/9/21 at about 3:15pm and these people are Rude, Not Welcoming, Arrogant, Dismissive... I could go on but I won't. I would never come back to this place if you paid me. Upon even walking into the store it all seems very mechanical. There's a younger guy in there that approached us to ask if we needed help, my son said he was looking for a suit and the first thing he asked was, what was our price point and that their suits go anywhere from $300 up to $1000 dollars. I found this funny considering there were suits there for $200. At any rate he was very aggressive when taking measurements of my son and just very dismissive and not friendly at all. The guy at the register just appeared to be miserable and never even looked up from the register to greet people or see who was walking through the door or anything. I mean from the time we walked in, to the time we walked out he was just staring at the register and there were no customers at the counter. The President of the United States could've walked in and this guy would've been none the wiser lol. This place is a complete joke. I told my son that we would go somewhere else for a suit and have it tailored by a private tailor. The other funny part about this place is the generic customer service generated response you get on here when you have a bad experience at their store. It's such BS and clearly they don't resolve anything because they're still getting the same complaints. They sign off each customer service message with "MW Listens" Do you really though? I think not. This was my first time at this place and definitely my last in any one of these chains. read more

Last week we went in and they had several people all around the store. A woman with long black curly hair screams out we are short staffed why are you here. I told her we were in no hurry that my son was going to prom. She rolled her eyes and said not sure when we can help you. We waited and the assistant manager came up and helped us right away. He was not aware of what just happened and we mentioned it to him and he was shocked said he was so sorry. Three days later we come in with my other son and this same lady comes up to us and I said we were wondering if it's still possible to get a tux this late and she says, well there's a 25 dollar rushing fee and I will have someone else help you and screams out for someone as she walks by us. My son looked at me and said I'm not staying here and literally walked out on us. Today we had to go back in so I could get my first sons tux since it was ready. The manager was there and I remembered him from when we worked with him and I asked if I could tell him what happened. Of course he apologized and worked with us and because of him my older son is going in there today to get a tux and it will be ready on time. The manager and assistant manager are incredible and I would give them a 100 starts on how they treat customers. I'm not sure of the others but now that I know the lady who has been rude so many times is Paula. In the last three years that we have come here she has been here. She is rude. NEVER smiles when she greets her customers. No clue how she is still working here I will never go in there again if she is in the store. She obviously has issues and no desire to give good customer service. I can't imagine we have just happened to show up when she's having a bad day every time we have come in. She would be a zero star if that was an option. Again thank iou to the manager of this store for making this possible for both of my sons. They have a tailor but their COVID policy apparently requires a receipt of dry cleaning which we didn't know so rather than do a second dry cleaning to get a receipt we will figure something else out. I usually don't enjoy shopping for cloths. As a bigger guy it's hard to find the right fit. At this Men's Warehouse there is an employee named Jack who absolutely changed my style forever. I had been measured by an employees from a different MW and was told I was a 52R, they've never fit right. Jack took one look at me and said " you look like a 48s" and so I tried on a 48s. PERFECT FIT! I'm taller guy so I wouldn't have ever assumed to have needed a shorter suit and neither did other employees from different MW in the past. Jack has been in the industry for years and knows exactly what he's talking about. He took his time and assisted me through pants, dress down shirts, suits, shoes and absolutely everything I needed and even some extras. It was the best experience I've ever had shopping. This guy is a gem and if you're reading this I ask you to visit this store and ask for Jack. You won't find a better more knowledgeable person. I felt that I have experienced the highest end service. I have not written that ever, check my other post, Jack is the real deal. read more

After the fitting, it only took about a week to get the suit back. It fit very well The only downside was the premium cost of the suit. My employer has a nationwide account with Men's Wearhouse so I decided to come to this particular one for assistance with a pair uniform trousers requiring some alterations. Upon walking into the store, I explained that I have a pair of uniform trousers that require alteration and immediately I am told, "we do not take any responsibility for any mistakes or problems as you didn't buy the trousers from us". After a couple of seconds I explained that I wanted alterations done on my uniform trousers and that I have used Men's Wearhouse in another state and this has never been a problem so now i am starting to wonder whether it is a local store issue or has Men's Wearhouse nationwide changed their customer service because I did not encounter this nonsense last year. I provided the online forms and information required but I was told that this store would not accept this as this has never been done. So I politely asked the sales assistant to contact the manager as it was clearly obvious he did not know what he was talking about - as I previously stated - I showed the proof via the online form that I provided to him. He walked away, made a phone call and a few minutes later returns stating that his manager said "they" don't do this. So after asking for a copy of their paperwork showing this, he says, "I'm just telling you what my manager said". Didn't want to hear a word about it. I asked whether this was this particular store's policy or nationwide policy because my Company still showed paperwork that begged to differ. He said he didn't know and was simply relaying what his manager told him. Clearly I was talking to a proverbial brick wall as he wasn't listening, so I called my Company's uniform department and confirmed that the nationwide account still exists and that I can go to ANY Men's Wearhouse for alterations. So.....if the manager of this store is reading this review, you need to get your facts straight rather than spout your opinion to your employees. Do your job. The sales associate also needs learn what customer service is all about and if he hates his job then quit - this "hey I'm just telling you what my manager said" attitude will not attract more customers. read more

Just took my son shopping for a dress shirt, Spirit helped us and was amazing in helping us find the right fit - took the time to help us try on multiple shirts to make sure we had the right one but wasn't pushy or stressed about the time. Great experience read more

June 5th, all business are open except the Stephanie location in Henderson. Have tried to schedule an appointment to pick up a jacket that has been there since April to no avail. Customer support has been atrocious at best. Will never shop with Men's Warehouse again. Do yourself a favor and find another place to buy suits or formal wear. read more
