The Buckle is my new favorite place for jeans! I walked into the store to be immediately helped by Harli. She was awesome. I was looking for jeans and she went to town for me. Before I knew it she had several types if jeans in a dressing room for me. She continued to gather more while I was trying them on. I usually hate shopping for jeans but she made it so easy. My usual routine after buying jeans is taking them to get altered and paying additional. Not here! They measured and alter your jeans for you without any extra charge. We were waking around the Galleria trying to find the bf his shoes. He spotted the shoes he liked on their display tower outside of the store. We walked in to find a salesperson to get his size. This high school looking kid who liked high as a kite walks up and asked us if we needed help. The bf said that he needed a 10.5 for a shoe on display outside. The kid walks in the back and comes out and says "no that's the last size that's on display" and walks off. He didn't offer to call the Fashion Show location nor did he offer to order it for us. I work retail so that's just a sign of PURE laziness. You must not want to meet your sales goal for the day there buddy! P.S. Not sure why all the bad reviews. I have had the opposite experience as the people at fashion show treat me as a tourist and the people here are quite attentive and patient. I have brought many people here and they have been just as attentive. They give free alterations with jeans as I am short and always need it. They help you pick the right size as each brand fits differently and some stretch. These are high quality jeans that last! Yes they are expensive so you can't go there all the time but you get what you pay for, quality over quantity. They can order what they don't have and are super efficient on calling when it comes in. They also are willing to order online and ship if not have in store. I love this store and we all recommend it. The people there know how to handle our sarcasm too!! read more

I've been to buckle about 4 times to help a friend with her shopping and the latest visit was for me to see if I could score a new pair of jeans. I'd definitely say Buckle is a place where if u want to be told what you "should" buy and get a little bull on the side about how something looks good on you when it clearly doesn't then this is the store for you. When the sales people were trying to "help" me they were clearly talking non-sense to someone who knows fashion 20 + years. I know exactly what looks good on most body types, especially mine. So basically coming to buckle for me meant that I'll be lectured on why a sandblast wash looks good on my hips and thighs, sorry sales dude, you are sorely mistaken. A person with keen fashion sense knows that sandblast on that area of a woman's curvy body doesn't do her justice. All that being said, my inner fashionista wanted to slap everyone in the face with my white mink glove and call the fashion police to have the sales people arrested for their kindergarten fashion ability or should I say lack thereof. At this point I hope I'm making sense to my fellow fashionistas. I personally don't care to ever shop at buckle again, it's like having a fashion nightmare. I will though give this jean shop props for acknowledging customers walking in the store and helping with sizes, but this joint is definitely not... let me repeat NOT my cup of jean. I always come to this Buckle when I'm shopping for jeans. I have never had a bad experience at this particular location. Each time I go in, I'm usually helped by the same person (I'm sorry, but I never got her name. Really tall girl with short brunette hair) and she's always so helpful. They will get you into a fitting room and keep brining you pants to try on. Usually, they can tell what size and fit you are by just a glance(which I think is absolutely amazing!). I read another review where a girl literally sold the shirt off her back to someone. I HAVE SEEN THIS HAPPEN! I was in, shopping with a friend, and my friend found a shirt she just loved but they didn't have any in her size in Stock. The girl (again, I didn't get her name, short girl with long blonde hair) was wearing the exact size and shirt and offered to let my friend try it on to see if she liked it. My friend loved how it looked on herself and they ordered one just for her. I have never been to any other place that has had such amazing customer service. read more

I've been coming to this store for about 4 years now. As usual the staff has been super friendly. I typically shop for jeans and shirts. Danny was the last person to help me and he was great. I had a business lunch later that afternoon and needed some new cloths and shoes. Danny showed me some of the new shirts and an amazing jacket. They didn't have one of the shirts in my size so he ended up calling another store and putting it on hold for me. Super pleased. The store is always well kept and things in their right place. The dressing rooms are clean and kept. I'm giving them a five star review because of the consistency of the service I receive. I highly recommend this store. My wife has always wanted nice jeans with decorative pockets. She felt that these were only available for "younger" girls. She would always say " I found something and they did not fit!" Well for Christmas shopping we went into The Buckle in the Galleria mall. We were not disappointed. Of course my wife could never find her size! Because nobody ever took the time to find the right style and fit for her. Until we went to The Buckle! We were greeted immediately upon entering by Isaac! Isaac was VERY helpful to my wife, He and Bailey catered to my wife like she was a Rock Star! They gave her dozens of sizes and options! They were encouraging and complimentary of her! They explained high rise, low rise, etc! My wife finally has those jeans! Three pair! And she loves them! The quality of the products were only surpassed by the service~! Go see Isaac and staff! Compared to the store in Fashion Show mall this location severely lacks in both service and selection. If I am going to spend $100+ on jeans I would like someone to show some interest in me as a customer. For instance, at the Fashion Show mall location, on every visit I have been impressed with the customer service. The employees took the time to figure out my taste, size, and what I was looking for and BOMBARDED me with great selections of things to try on..that actually flattered my figure. On more occasions than I'd like to admit I have walked out spending $300+ when intending on buying just a pair of jeans or nothing at all, because of the service. I have never felt the need to write a bad review about any store, restaurant, establishment, etc. except for this Buckle store at Galleria Mall. Also mentioning that this is my first 1 star review I have ever made. I wish I don't have to put a single star for this store, that is how much I hated the customer service there. On Saturday, October 20th, 2018 at around 7 pm I went into the Buckle store and was bombarded by a very rude, childish, extremely unprofessional employee. I didn't see a name tag on this employee and didn't receive a name, I would write it here if I knew what her name was. She was super annoying and tried way too hard into pressuring me to buy something way, way, way too much when I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy it especially since I felt so pressured by this employee and acted like SHE wanted it for herself. Not to mention she didn't care about the customer, she cared way too much of the dollar amount on the price tag and how much she wanted it for herself specifically. 2 major red flags. I felt like I got a slap in the face when I put the item back on the rack, she said "I can't believe you just did that." Then walked away and started laughing with another employee. I felt so uncomfortable from that employee at that point I left immediately. I have no words except that this employee had a really weird behavior around a potential customer and the whole situation was unacceptable. I'm stunned by how this lady treated a potential customer. Management REALLY badly needs to seriously to do about their employees about customer service at this store in Galleria Mall because I'm never going to spend my money at Buckle because this is ridiculous. I've never had a problem with an employee anywhere this bad ever except for this place. I never go in this store unless I'm being dragged by a friend, in which this is a scenario I am writing about. At first, I never chose to shop here because it is beyond my style. I was recently with a friend who had wanted to buy clothes in the store but I had no intentions of making a purchase. As I was following my friend around, a female employee asks us for help but my friend was doing fine without help and I, of course did not need assistance. I applaud them for their courtesy. Normally, the conversation ends after mentioning a couple deals going on which I listened as the lady talked out of respect. This is where they lost my star rating on Yelp. The employee then asks me what size jeans I am so I can try on their new style of jeans. She begins to pick out jeans for me and has a dressing room held for me. Of course, I try on the jeans only because I felt bad but I walked out right after because I sensed an invasion of privacy. I spend thousands of dollars at this store and the customer service is a joke. These team members walk around with a fake smile on their face like they care about you and what you spend but they really don't. They only care about the commission they make off of you which is pathetic. I ordered a pair of 100$ boots in the store and the lady ringing me up never actually placed the order, so i payed for a pair of boots i was actually never going to recieve. As a buckle black memeber you get free shipping straight to your door with any online order, regardless a week and half goes by i still haven't recieved my boots, i call the store speak to james and he tells me he cannot find the order , long story short the lady never placed the order . So james finally places the order , 2 days go by the boots arrive at the store , after driving down clear to henderson for the 2nd time to pick these boots up, jamie a team member likes to close the gate on her customers 5 minutes before closing and also likes to ignore and walk away from customers when asked a question . Some customer service? Infuriated she finally grabs me the boots i get all the way home to find out they are the wrong size. Even more angry i drive back down to the store after the new years eve weekend and finally speak to a manager. Long story short they had my size boots in the back stock the entire time. So after driving down to this pathetic store for the 3rd time i finally get my correct size of boots that i waited almost 2 weeks for. Get your shit together . read more
