Terrible customer service, have been standing in line for 20 minutes and it's not going anywhere. There's multiple people walking behind the register and only 1 person taking people. The line is all the way to the dressing rooms and what looks like the manager is sitting there doing paper work watching us all in line look miserable. With so many weddings to attend, my need for dresses was on high demand. I immediately thought of Providence Place Mall, I went to a lot of the shops & just happened to stumble upon Windsor. I was greeted at the door by a very friendly employee and that was always the case every time. Everyone was always willing to help & would immediately offer up a dressing room. The dresses are to die for and the prices are very decent. This will always be my go-to store for future events and every day wear. Terrible customer service! Arrived at this store at 5:55 and was told that the fitting rooms would close at 6:15. We walked right to the dress that my daughter wanted to try on and had an employee get it down for us. We went straight to the fitting room and the manager said it was closed. It was not yet 6:00 and the store did not close until 7 PM. I told her my daughter only wanted to try on one dress and she refused. Went to another store in the mall, she tried on two dresses and we left the mall with an outfit by 6:35. read more

Only reason I'm leaving 5 stars is because another manager came into a situation and was actually accommodating. I had been to a Windsor a few days before to buy a dress. I never saw the tag that said no returns nor was I told that at checkout. I went to exchange the dress a few days later, receipt in hand and tags on the dress, still in the dress wrap that they wrapped it in. The cashier was very rude, short with responses and not helpful. Another manger came in rectified the situation. Keep in mind no money lost by the company for an exchange. Employees should be mindful of telling the customer when purchasing. Happy with my experience because of the customer care. read more

Last Month I turned 20 years old and was planning to do something big with my sister for our birthdays since our birthdays are only 2 days apart. At first I ordered a dress online at a different store and everything wasnt fitting me right. So I usually get all my clubbing/going out clothes at windsor regardless because their Medium fits me perfectly. Mind you I'm here last minute trying to find a club dress and dinner dress. One of the workers Indya really helped me out! I told her what kind of style I was going for and she gave me more than enough options. Just know I looked POPPPINNNNN in both dresses. The customer service was not so great. I went there with my cousin and a friend. We went there to look for a dress for New Year's Eve. We can understand why it was so busy. But there was one women employee there that was extremely rude to us. Caucasian women with auburn to blondish hair. We had ask for assistance for her to go get a dress for us because it was out of our reach. As she was taking down the dress , my friend went to reach for it and she shouted hold on. And we were not too happy about it. She was not pleasant about it. We didn't bother to complain to a manager because it was too busy that day. She should not talk to a customer that way especially when she's servicing them . It was not professionally handled at all. Don't mean to complain but I thought I would bring this to your attention . I've worked in the customer service industry for many many years and this is not how it should be done. This employee needs to be addressed! read more

TRASH customer service. The girls working there last night on 12/05/2019, clearly had no interest in the satisfaction of their customers. First off, nobody greeted or asked me or my friends if we needed help. The girl working in the dressing room was far more concerned about people being in the "hallway" rather than helping those who have questions or need a dressing room. I had asked to get a dress off a manikin and the staff did everything they could to avoid doing so. They brought over a completely different dress and tried telling me it was similar. They also told me the dress on the manikin was a medium when i had personally checked the tag myself and saw that it was a small. Super disappointing experience. read more

I love Windsor they have my favorite leggings here. I came to check out and no one was at the desk yet which is fine I did not mind waiting! Once I was checking out with the cashier, I handed her cash and 2 shields of plexiglass fell on top of my head. When it happened, she did not say a word making sure I was okay or common courtesy of the customer to just say sorry, are you okay. She came around after a minute of me trying to pick up the large plexiglass off the floor and picked it up. She came around the corner without still saying any words to me and not looking me in the eye to see if I was okay. She gave me my change, handed me my bag and told me to have a good day. I wouldn't have an issue at all if she had reacted and helped me, but now I have experienced some terrible customer service and currently walking around with a headache and pain in my neck. Very disappointed in how I was treated, especially during the holidays. read more

At first, I thought this store was god sent. Then I get home and one of the heels to the shoes I bought was broken. I then went to return it as I did not break or even wear the shoes and the manager says I cannot be refunded because it was not sold to me that way. The fact that she continued to insinuate that I had broken the shoe was very rude and disrespectful not to mention how long it took for her to even come and address my concern. It had not even been 24 hours since the purchase. I was forced to accept store credit and had to buy random things that I did not need. I would not recommend this store especially the shoes since apparently they are cheaply made. The other store employees are very nice and friendly. The manager very inconsiderate and lacks management skills. read more

I went there tonight to return a romper. The girl at the register had greeted me when I came in and mentioned that she was new. She was the one that ended up doing my return and there was a long line. I could tell she was nervous doing the return and was asking her co worker for help. The register didn't open because she mistakingly ran it in as even exchange so she had to call the manager. The manager came over and asked what happened. In front of every one she completely degraded this girl. She said "Thats because you did an exchange instead of a return" and rolled her eyes with the worst attitude. (This is the same woman who was being a drill sergeant in the dressing room not allowing anyone to stand in the hallway.) The phone started to ring and she rudely said to the girl, "Answer that." The girl answered (nervously) and didn't say the right greeting. The manager angrily looked up and said " UHM NOT LIKE THAT?!" I couldn't believe she was being SO rude and speaking so low to her co worker right in front of customers. This is the type of woman that does not have any business working with the public. It's a clothing store. No ones life is on the line and there is absolutely no need to treat anyone the way that she did. As much as I liked the clothing there I will not be going back. For what its worth, this woman was a white straw berry blonde talking down to a natural haired black girl. I was disgusted. read more
