Terrible Return Policy. Drove one hour to the store today to return dresses that I bought last Wednesday (must return by this Wednesday to make 14 day range). I understand that because I didn't have the original credit card I used to make the purchase it was hard for them to return. However, I found the workers attitude to be very inflexible and rude. I even found the happy return and fedex return policy online but employee said they do not support it. Extremely misleading directions, can't wait to return the dresses and will never return again. I came here a few times looking for specific colored dresses to use as bridesmaids dresses. They have lots of special occasion dresses that you cannot return. Outside of special occasion dresses, they sell under garments like spandex, shoes, headbands, sashes (ex: birthday sash), trendy women's clothes for the 20s age range and much more. Their dresses range from $50-$150. They have a lot of the slinky tight-fitting gowns that are appropriate for prom, a red carpet event or as a bridesmaid dress. The worker I encountered today wasn't super enthused and the cash register as well as fitting room didn't have an attendant there until I flagged one down. I ended up getting a dress here that was cute but had so much glitter on it that got everywhere. The glitter was all over my hair and on the floor. I noticed the worker even folded the dress away from her body to avoid getting glitter all over herself. The dresses are of cheaper quality but they do have many that look very nice. read more

This isn't my first time in this store its always a wonderful experience. Today however was a special day for my daughter. Today we were shopping for her semi formal dress. Anyone who has done this knows the stress involved. I have to say I was so please with the sales associate Rachel who was absolutely amazing. Her wonderful attitude and willingness to help really made our experience that much easier. Rachel was willing to go over and beyond to make my daughter happy. Even when she changed her mind at the very last minute she went back to the dressing room to retrieve the dress she wanted. It's not about what she did it's more about how she did it. The blonde, older staff member in the dressing room Saturday 9/29 was rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I understand they have rules regarding one person per dressing room at a time- however- my young, modest teen had a few dresses to try on- she was placed in the dressing room with the door facing the store and a huge line of customers. I asked to go in to assist her, to help her with the zippers etc and was told " she can come out for that" - I asked to switch rooms so she wasn't exposed ( her underwear with unzipped, unadjusted dresses to a line of strangers ) when she came out for assistance and was told " I don't make the rules, she will be fine, she won't be exposed " repeatedly- my request to switch rooms was ignored and she proceeded to talk about me loudly to customers and staff- we left without trying anything on. read more

The manager (older overweight lady with blond hair, didn't get her name) 1st September 2018 around 7:45...was aggressive, unprofessional, and extremely rude. I fell in love with the store clothes through the store window; only to discover up-close the clothes had holes within their seams, and sparkles were missing where they should have been,The clothes were poorly put together. If you want to wear a cute dress in the dark, as long as you don't wash it after, these clothes are worth the 35 or $40. You be better off saving your money for happy meal or two. Super cheap, and the clothes show it. read more
