Petite, the dispatcher was very professional and courteous. She kept me updated the entire process and in the loop. The driver arrived before the tine I was even previously quoted. He was extremely professional and happy to help. He respected my car and loaded it safely and properly. Petite even followed up to make sure that my car and I were both safe, and that I had a pleasant experience. I can't thank them enough for helping me at 4 am after hitting a deer. The body shop I requested does not take over night deliveries so they informed my insurance company and I ahead of time, that it would have to be towed back to Windsor's Lot and kept over night until my body shop opened in the AM. they are terrible!!! went to pick my car up for three days each time it was a problem. the lady at the desk was okay, she was helping me, told me I just needed a tow truck to retrieve my car, showed up with one, the old white guy im assuming the manager came out rude, with an attitude and said I couldn't use that tow truck. a tow truck is a tow truck right? so I was again charged for another storage day/fee. close them down!! This is the towing company contracted to the St Charles at Olde Ct apartment complex. My car was parked across the white line of my parking space and it was towed. I was parked next to a vehicle that had flat tires and expired registration. It seems that Vision assumed that because I have a nice, late model car that I would pay the outrageous fee and reclaim my car, The were quite correct. On the other hand the car next to me has been there for many, many weeks and seemingly abandoned. Because of this they (Vision) assumed that they would be stuck with a old, broken-down car that would take up space and not be retrieved. they did post a warning sticker on the other ca. I waited over 90 minutes for a tow and when they get to me the driver said dispatch told him to leave to respond to another call. I contacted dispatch and spoke with the spv and he was very rude and nasty. I called my insurance company and told them to get me another tow company. I had a really great experience with this company. My car needed to be towed to a tire shop and the tow truck driver Carl was very nice and friendly. He got my car on the truck, drove it off the truck, and even helped me get out of the passenger side so I wouldn't fall. They arrived at a decent time to take my car into the tire shop. Extremely unprofessional. I scheduled a pick-up for the following day. They never came. I called and he claimed he called me twice and I didn't answer. When I told him that I haven't a record on my phone of any missed calls or voicemails, he raised his voice with me and became very defensive. My car broke down last Friday in West Baltimore. After breaking down soon after Micheal Myers showed up with the flatbed. Mike was efficient and helpful. When Geico send us to the wrong location Mike was more then happy to take my care to GMC in Whitemarsh. Also who could say they rode with Micheal Myers and survived. Used Windsor Wrecker Service to tow my motorcycle today from Baltimore to Northern VA and they were as courteous and professional as could be...from the dispatcher who I spoke with on the phone to the driver (Mike) who was super friendly for the whole 50 mile ride and even dropped me off near a metro station after we'd unloaded my bike. Mike took extreme care to make sure my bike was hitched up safely (he's a motorcyclist himself). Geico Insurance paid for my whole tow service, but the 50 mile trip would have cost $350 without insurance (motorcycle rates are higher). Not sure how that compares to other towing companies but it would have encouraged me to find a closer shop if i were paying out of pocket. Thanks, Mike! read more

Don't bother if you want honest and reliable service. Booked services yesterday and let them know I was coming from out of state to arrange pickup to tow my bike to the dealership. I gave them the pickup and drop off location which was 24 miles apart. She quoted me $75 lift and $4 per mile. I agreed and called to confirm this morning heading down the turnpike. All was good until 30mins ago (before my 1pm appt.) I get a call from the dispatcher saying her boss informed her it was out of there service-area and the price is now $175 for pickup and $8 per mile and no exceptions. Any business that doesn't honor there word and are unwilling to do whats right for customers is a no-go in my book. read more

I need my car towed to a shop my driver name was Michael Myers he was so kind and understanding I hit a curb and messed my car up and the wires he came and picked me and my car up on time took me to a mechanic who told me it would be up to 6000 dollars to fix a 2000 dollar car so I knew the car was totalled he help me call different car dealership and he even took me back home to get my title for my car then drove me and my car to anyone rides dealership so I could get another vehicle his hospitality and kindness made me feel alot better because I was beyond sad my car could not be fix I would highly recommend this towing company and ask for Mr. Myers to be your driver read more

I'm likely wasting time & energy posting this review; based on the service, demeanor, and overall condition of the towing company it doesn't seem like they much care about anything. However, I'll press on... Our car was stolen and eventually recovered by the poh-poh. The police called this towing company to tow - and impound - our car when they arrested the perpetrator. When we arrived to fetch our car, the attendant behind the counter was sassy - but definitely not in a good way. She was rude, mumbling, and made it clear we were clearly an inconvenience. After paying (fee was well north of $200) she mumbled something about heading out back and waiting for someone (Junkyard Jesus?) to meet us to fetch our car. After waiting quite some time for our junkyard Messiah - who never showed - we went back in for clarification. After a bit of shade throwing, luckily the cavalry showed up... in the form of her manager. Unfortunately, his massive frame was accompanied by an equally massive negative disposition (he was not nice). After reaffirming his commitment to hostility and rapacious customer service, he advised us we had better fetch our car and vacate his premises immediately... all while laughing maniacally as he counted our $$$. Moral of the story: there is no such thing as brand loyalty when it comes to towing companies. We only need them when in dire straits and, often, we utilize whoever is sent to us. We - the consumer - often have little choice. These guys are horrible. If they show up, smile but weep softly as you're about to pay for horrible service. read more

The gentleman that towed my vehicle was very nice, considerate and respectful. I couldn't ask for better service. The man I was speaking with at the office was rude, abrupt and had a major attitude. It's a shame the office staff cannot be as nice as the towing operators. read more

Don't waste your time. This place is a shitshow. Needed my 2wd car to be pulled up to my driveway (8-10feet away). It was snowed in on the grass(4-6 inch high). My insurance called em twice and both times they cancelled saying they're scared to get stuck. Doesn't even make sense cause there have been other 2wd cars going in and out of my driveway. My son called me from a borrowed phone to tell me that his phone was dead and the car had a flat tire. I was almost an hour away from him. After getting the cross street where he was located, I called Windsor. The operator was calm, understanding and reassuring. I hung up the phone knowing my child was in good hands. read more

THis folks were late, would not tow the motorcycle after they put it on the flat bed unless I followed them to the repair facility. They were told by GEICO I could not follow due to time constraints in my schedule before they came out. WINDSOR claimed they had a new dispatcher that did not relay the information. I then had to follow for the 34 mile trip. drive the area daily and know for a fact that WINDSOR went the longest route possible and then would not unload the bike until aI paisd them $12 for the 3 extra miles, which GEICO said was incorrect for the driver to do. I have coverage for 75 miles. GEICO advised a tow company should NEVER ask for additional funds and to call your your insurance company when this happens. GEICO is reimbursing me and they are on notice. I will never use WINDSOR again and advised GEICO to do the same. read more
