Our driver went over all the rules once everybody was seated and explained where we would be heading to as well as the stop they do at a gas station in the middle of the tour which was nice because we had a lot of children on the bus. They also let you bring drinks and snacks on the bus. The bus itself was clean and spacious. We went a few days after Christmas and the only down side is that some of the displays were already down so it felt like we didn't get to see a lot. Another thing was the windows kept getting foggy but thankfully they had squeegees available which we had to use every few minutes so that was annoying but also we know it wasn't their fault. I would definitely use this company again, but will opt to choose the date before the holidays are over for better festive experience.

We are in Nebraska you don't know the proper diesel to buy and the additives needed to keep the bus from gelling up. After the missed pick up we were provided with an email 3 days later stating they tried finding another company to take us out however, every bus in Omaha was broken down. This is false because I was able to hire premier party bus of omaha. Not only was his bus running the owner personally drove us around until he was able to find another driver. We booked a Christmas Light tour for our family and were so excited to have all 16 together in one…read morevehicle to see the lights. When asked about the ride, we were given two options between an older bus and a newer one. So we chose the newer one. When the driver arrived, before we took off, I asked if we could play Christmas music and the driver told me I could Bluetooth to the stereo which would have been perfect. We could not Bluetooth- the driver did not know how to do it, and couldn't add a device so we listened to the radio Christmas channel and all the ads and commercials. When I came time to look at lights, all of the windows were fogged over. The driver gave us a towel to wipe down our windows but as soon as you would wipe, they were covered in condensation again. There was one towel for all the windows- which after Wiping down the first two large windows, was soaked- and didn't do much for the rest of the windows on the bus. In 2.5 hours we made three stops to look at lights. We love the beaverdale area, but the driver only went down one street instead of both. The rest of the time we were driving the whole time on the interstate or down back roads through neighborhoods that did not have lights. We were very disappointed- we wanted to play fun songs to get the kids excited between stops, and expected more lights/stops. For the money spent (not at all cheap) we all walked away feeling very disappointed and looking for a different way to do this next year. I would never spend the money again with this company for the Christmas Lights Tour.

Luxxor was able to give me a decent price, and the driver Joe was excellent. He was early, had the car nice and pre-heated for me (an important thing to do on a cold Iowa morning!), offered to stop and get me coffee and got me to the airport with plenty of time to spare. The car was clean, well maintained and he had water waiting, as well. I appreciate the easy process to request the quote on line and the ability to accommodate such an early last minute pickup time.
