The team showed up on time, worked carefully, and didn't rush anything. My siding looked almost new after the wash, and the windows were so clean it felt like someone removed the glass completely. The gutter cleaning was a big help too, I usually dread that part, but they handled it professionally. We paid in full and tipped the crew when they left. Very frustrating experience to find the job partially done and an owner who could have cared less.

The technician did a great job cleaning out our gutters and did a nice job repairing one of our gutters at our request. We were quoted $210 for gutter cleaning on a 2.5 story house with a detached garage. We think it was a great value and will use this company again. First off, the estimate I obtained from them - in the fall of 2017 - was half that of a competitor, so they had my attention right there. While I delayed in accepting the bid until June of 2018, they still honored the original estimate. Which was pretty cool of them. Because these guys are popular and kind of a big deal, they weren't able to come out until October, but they were still able to fit us in despite that rainy rainy month. They clearly communicated their schedule by email, first two weeks in advance, then a week in advance, so that I was able to wrangle my fellow owners to be available to provide deck access. The crew was friendly, professional, enthusiastic, and delivered great results. The decks had not been cleaned and sealed in 5 years and they turned some sickly looking wood into healthy, glowing "did you just spend a week at the beach?" bronzed beauties. I was dazzled, and will definitely be giving them a call in another 5 years when our decks once again need to be gussied up for their close-ups.
