We chose to pay the extra to have the 24' class C RV delivered since we were 47 miles one way and it would've caused us to backtrack. The delivery gentleman, Carlie, was knowledgeable, hospitable and thorough in explaining the RV as it was out first time in an RV (much less renting one!). Now mind you prior to renting the RV, we had watched dozens of RV YouTube videos prior to departure so when our fresh water hose didn't work, we didn't bother asking for reimbursement when we purchased a new one. It's just #RVLife We did consider renting from the primary national competition, but after seeing the condition of some of their vehicles in many videos, they looked damaged and unkempt instead of what NARV offered, which was a clean, well-maintained, and beautiful. We highly recommend renting from North Atlanta, RV rentals. As a veteran owned company, they were true to their word, and ensured this military family had a great experience! .

Our spot had a wonderful pavilion in back and a therapeutic stream that is mesmerizing. The facility is simple and easy to navigate and the spots are well laid out for easy entrance and set up parking.

I rented an RV from Lightnin for a trip to Yellowstone and it was one of the best vacations I ever…read morehad. In terms of pricing it was a little costly to rent the RV but after checking prices elsewhere it was in no way out of line with what you are going to get anywhere else. Considering that all their units are very new I would say it was actually a bargain. When I picked up the unit they gave me a brief and very helpful tutorial (being a first time user) and then off I went with a fully prepped and cleaned RV. The trip was over 4000 miles and 11 days. During that time we had not one problem with the RV. It was more than up to the task even when climbing large hills, as is necessary in Yellowstone. ;) On our return the checkout was very quick and my deposit and refund for miles not used was returned to me very promptly. Overall the experience was so enjoyable I am now planning to purchase my own travel trailer in the future. If, however, I ever want to rent again in the future I would not hesitate to use Lightnin RV again. I highly recommend them.
