The woman who answered responded, "No, we do not," and then followed it with a sarcastic-sounding, "Nope." Her tone came across as dismissive, cold, and as though my question was an inconvenience. There was no courtesy, no apology, and no attempt to be helpful. It was a very disappointing first impression. As a potential customer, I expected basic politeness, even if the answer was no. Instead, I felt like I was being brushed off. Customer service matters, and this interaction was enough to make me decide not to do business with them. It doesn't matter if they have the best wine in the world--even if they handed me a bottle wrapped in gold for free, I still wouldn't support a business that treats people that way.
