They had fitting rooms, but we opted to skip them as we know our costume sizes pretty well cause we LOVE to dress up. The music, speakers, and microphone all failed, which made it impossible for them to provide the high-energy dancing and entertainment that was promised. Without music, a dance party can't be performed In addition, their costumes were in poor condition. Wigs were falling off, and one performer's top did not fit properly and kept slipping. We even had to find a needle and thread ourselves just to fix the costume so the performance could continue. Several advertised activities never happened, including the bubble performance and other planned entertainment. Overall, the experience did not match what was promised at all. This was very disappointing for both the children and the adults. I would not recommend this company.

When I finally spoke with the store manager, Joshua, he was aggressive, condescending, dismissive, and made me feel as though the situation was somehow my fault--in front of other customers. He would rather remove my artwork from the completed frame than offer anything beyond a 10% discount for the inconvenience. Mistakes happen, but customers should still be treated with respect. Unfortunately, after years of shopping here, this experience has made me uncomfortable returning to this location.
