The fact that the staff knows every single child and parent by name is amazing and creates such a welcoming environment. My son did the Leaping Learners program last year and thrived. He learned his colors, how to count, how to color, and how to write his letters. Beyond academics, he made close, wonderful friends in the class. The teachers are absolutely amazing, patient, and caring. The seasonal camps have been an absolute blessing. They offer unique, hands-on experiences that my son still talks about. He was able to pet farm animals, touch a snake, and learn all about music and outer space. He even learned how to swim over the summer thanks to their amazing coaches! If you have a toddler and are looking for a way to relax, workout, or just enjoy some self-care time, this is the place to be. The family membership includes up to 3 hours of childcare per day! This amenity is truly how I keep my sanity as a parent. I would recommend Kids World to anyone. It is worth every single penny!

Instead on this trip, I had a free room available in my account, which I wanted to redeem before expiring. First of all, the front desk people are very sweet and were very knowledgeable about the hotel and the amenities included. It was also around $35 for overnight parking, which I guess was okay considering I was only staying one night. The parking garage is adjacent to the hotel. Couple of the reasons I came is for the swimming pool and the gym. It seems this is what the hotel revolves around; that and the kid care. Entering into the hotel room, it was super clean and very nice. They have a no-smoking policy in the room, which I love because certain hotels don't have that kind of policy and the rooms smells horrible. When I woke up in the morning, I had a view of the pool and spa. It seemed there was a class in the pool and it looked really fun and I didn't know they had classes. Unfortunately, I didn't have any time to see the gym, but I will my next trip to this hotel. Next time I head to this hotel, I'll have more to review but for now, this is all I have to say. I used to complain about it, but management doesn't seem to do anything. I get an email that it's serious or a phone call and I appreciate it, but nothing seems to happen. Just today, I went through the locker room to go to the party that the gym was having, and I saw a girl taking selfies in the locker room. Other women were changing there, so it wasn't like she was all alone. It's super easy to get photos of people changing in the background. I have easily seen people taking selfies in the locker room at least a dozen of times in the last couple years. We change there. We don't have our clothes on. Why is it okay to take a photo? Even if you aren't intending to photograph others, which most people aren't, people can easily show up in the background. It makes me so uncomfortable. I avoid changing in the locker room now, or if I do, I try to hide in the back. Changing in the bathroom stalls isn't easy because things can fall into the toilet and changing in the shower is wet and the showers sometimes get crowded. It has decreased how much I value this gym, and I am hesitant to recommend it to others. I pay a lot for the gym and amenities, but if I have to constantly look over my shoulder, it ruins the experience. And when I do shower here, I have to bring clothes I can immediately change into in the shower to minimize walking around undressed in case someone decides to take a selfie and I happen to be in the reflection in the mirror. This also limits my ability to do stuff in the locker room like put lotion on. If I complain, I feel l get labeled as a "Karen". Staff doesn't seem to care. People get upset if you talk to them, and I shouldn't have to. I get emails from management that they take this seriously, but if they did they could at least put prominent signs on the mirrors in the locker rooms or have staff members remind women in the locker room not to take photos.

The locker room and shower facilities are especially gross. No towels, no bath products, nothing complimentary. You have to bring everything yourself -- even your own lock for the lockers unless you want to pay extra for one that already has a lock attached. For the membership prices they charge, that's ridiculous. The gym/workout area feels like an old budget fitness center from decades ago. Ancient equipment, outdated layout, and just an overall neglected feel. The entire club is in desperate need of a renovation. And if you're joining primarily for tennis, look elsewhere. Tennis clearly takes a backseat now because the club is dominated by pickleball courts. If you're a true tennis player, the nonstop loud popping noise from pickleball paddles will drive you insane. To make things worse, they don't even have a proper app for court reservations. In 2026, you still have to CALL IN to reserve a court like it's 1995. There are far better tennis clubs in Orange County that actually invest in their facilities and tennis programs.

They can get very crowded, especially during busy hours, and simply aren't large enough for the number of members using them. Larger steam and sauna areas would make a huge difference. Still a very good gym overall, which is why I'm giving it four stars. With basketball courts and larger steam/sauna facilities, it would easily be a five-star experience for me.

The classes are excellent, easily as good as you will find anywhere, and the overall culture on the gym floor is a real plus. People are there to work out, not just socialize. The locker rooms are also a standout, consistently clean and clearly maintained throughout the day, and the front desk team is always friendly, professional, and welcoming while still feeling genuine (even though they are coached im sure). What really sets this location apart is how well it works for families. The kids club is far better than basic childcare, with a wide range of activities like sports skills, art, Spanish, and wall climbing. The pool area is also great for the whole family, with attentive lifeguards, fun family spaces, a separate adults-only area to relax, and good food and drinks available during the summer. It feels like a place where both parents and kids can genuinely enjoy spending time. A few things keep it from being perfect. It would be reasonable to include Parents Night Out in the already high monthly family membership rather than charging extra per child, especially since other Life Time locations do. It is also disappointing that the exceptional basketball courts are gone. Pickleball is clearly in demand, but keeping at least part of the space for a half-court basketball setup would have been a better balance. What especially sucks is their hours. They close early on the weekends at 6 pm. Especially during the summer when the sun sets around 7:30pm, you're not really able to get a night gym sesh in.
