We were searching for a girls high school basketball team for the off season. We found Rain and are truly impressed with the level of training. My daughter has progressed rapidly because of the guidance of Coach Savannah and Coach Alyssa! Besides being professional they are also passionate for the girls skills and training! My daughter loves every practice, skills session, and homework that the coaches give!

Under Blake's guidance I gained 15 ibs of muscle within 2 months and am still shocked. * The main differentiation are in the instructors. From my experience the instructors are amazing, knowledgeable and definitely push you. * Compared to other gyms this is the only one I found that had swimming coaches which is an added plus -------- Cons: * Ideal cleanliness and hygiene are inconsistent in the male lockers and showers. Showers can be clogged and stay clogged for a while (especially at the location on main) * Not the best place to find a down to earth community * Misuse within mens sauna carrying in devices and synthetic fiber clothing which can cause respiratory irritation etc * Ice baths have a ton of surrounding mosquitoes around which is not ideal

Stayed here overnight and this hotel does NOT disappoint!…read more I came here a couple years earlier for an overnight stay, just like this trip I went on. Instead on this trip, I had a free room available in my account, which I wanted to redeem before expiring. First of all, the front desk people are very sweet and were very knowledgeable about the hotel and the amenities included. It was also around $35 for overnight parking, which I guess was okay considering I was only staying one night. The parking garage is adjacent to the hotel. Couple of the reasons I came is for the swimming pool and the gym. It seems this is what the hotel revolves around; that and the kid care. Entering into the hotel room, it was super clean and very nice. They have a no-smoking policy in the room, which I love because certain hotels don't have that kind of policy and the rooms smells horrible. When I woke up in the morning, I had a view of the pool and spa. It seemed there was a class in the pool and it looked really fun and I didn't know they had classes. Unfortunately, I didn't have any time to see the gym, but I will my next trip to this hotel. Next time I head to this hotel, I'll have more to review but for now, this is all I have to say. Thank you, Marriott!

They have events for the holidays and socials as well. The workers are all really friendly and remember us every time we come by. The child care services are convenient for us to work out or hang out and get some work done. Our kid loves the staff, except for one person, but all the rest are amazing. The only thing, I wish they had a track or allowed us to run around the building while our kid is at the child care. Treadmills are tough for me. I tried the facial services too and the esthetician was great. She recommended some treatments and it was quite relaxing.

The treadmills and equipment are well-maintained and noticeably more modern compared to my home location in Palo Alto. The men's locker room is clean and well-kept, and the AC is kept at a comfortable temperature throughout the club, though the treadmill section could stand to be cooler. Front desk staff are super friendly and welcoming every time I come in. You also get 2 hours of free parking validation. The club itself is on the smaller side, but the spacing is great, never feels cramped or like you're fighting for equipment.

Unfortunately, the management made very little effort to help me find it. They didn't allow me to post any signs about the lost ring and didn't even notify their staff to keep an eye out for it. It felt like the situation was simply brushed under the rug. For a high-end gym, I expected much more care and concern for what happens to their members. Instead, I felt ignored and extremely disappointed. I even asked to cancel my membership because I no longer feel secure there, but that request was denied as well. I'm new to Equinox, but this experience has been terrible. Based on how this situation was handled, I would not recommend this gym to anyone.

Definitely strategic in getting a lot of courts in the facility. So that's a big plus. However,…read morethere was no room for sidelines, team benches, and spectator seating. Some courts had things better but overall it was a little disappointing. Flooring is hardwood so that's a plus, but quality of it isn't too good. It feels like sauna in there, with no ventilation and air flow. Luckily it's air conditioned in the cafe area.Dirty bathrooms daily overall the long weekend. Another downer is no in-and-outs for parking. First off $20 ain't cheap for parking. Also having games and other venues and having to come back, we spent $60 for parking for one of the days of this 3-day tournament ($40 on one of the other days amongst two facilities and $20 on the last day). And one more thing, you're forced to eat at the facility since there is nothing nearby (otherwise you have to pay for parking again if you leave to get food). Something needs to be done to resolve this hefty parking issue.

Well, we have officially been baptized into the club volleyball scene and therefore have become…read morevery familiar with Momentous. We've been here multiple times for tournaments, as most of them seem to be played here. Besides the long drive, the facility is pretty cool. Unfortunately, the parking is limited so most people typically have to pay to park ($20, no cash) at a neighboring facility (usually Rivian) in the industrial center and walk to the Sports Center. Then you pay an additional fee for anyone over 10 years to enter ($10, I believe) and get a wristband so you can exit/re-enter freely. There are somewhere around 40 courts, I believe, and they are all separated by nets. There are aisles carved out for foot traffic to navigate through all the courts but that also means, well, there's a lot of foot traffic. Plus, as you are walking, you must dodge incoming stray volleyballs, and an infinite amount of cameras mounted on tripods by parents who are trying to capture their future professional volleyball superstars' best highlights. I will note that it always seems to be hot inside. I wish they could figure out the climate control. Plus it's soooooo constantly loud inside. You might want to bring ear plugs. I will also note that they offer a food cafe with plenty of good, and healthy, options. I feel like this is the best part of the facility. It's great when you are spending your entire day there and need snacks or meals for your family, or your athlete, in between your games. The enclosed seating area is always full so I prefer to take the food outside on the grass area and eat there. Plus kids can play catch or practice rallying out there while you eat. If you are adventurous, some folks even walk to nearby food options, including Starbucks. This place is kinda cool, I just wish they had one closer to home.

The pool is useless if you are serious swimmer. Frequently 90°, I'm overheating after 300 yards. This pool is for geriatrics and kids. Also for their pool parties but not for real swimmers. Workout area is great, lots of racks. I hate the lighting though. The ceiling is covered in outdoor parking lights. I don't think it bothers anyone else but it's offensive to me. I wish there were designated stretching areas but you can stretch in front of your rack if that's where you are working out otherwise you just have to find a space. The locker room is bad, too crowded. Not enough lockers. Not enough toilets. The sauna - horrible. It only holds 8 people at a time, the steam room is even worse 5, if that. The showers are decent, plenty of room to do what you need to do. I've only done cycle classes, they are basically HITT workouts high RPM, High heart rate, but only 45 minutes. There as a recovery area where there are massage chairs, Normatec goodies for use and hyperice massage guns....and vibration plates. Very nice! Is it worth it. As a founding member of Life Time Fitness, I've been with the gym since day one in 2022. Over the…read moreyears, it's truly become my third space. The facility itself is beautiful, upscale, and consistently clean, with thoughtful amenities like Kiehl's products in the locker rooms that make the experience feel elevated. What really makes this gym stand out, though, are the amazing instructors. Cory for spin, Mariah for mat Pilates, and Haly, Isaiah, and Carmen for Alpha are some of my favorites. Last year, around May 2025, they introduced CTR, a reformer-based Pilates class that was a total game changer for me. I no longer needed to go to a separate Pilates studio. Rob and KO helped build the program, and they were both spectacular. Rob is rarely there now, and KO recently left the gym. In my opinion, Anisa Diaz is an exceptional CTR instructor. Honestly, she's great in every class I've taken with her, including spin and mat Pilates. No two CTR classes with her are ever the same. She's incredibly knowledgeable about the human body, has excellent flow, and every movement feels intentional and challenging in the best way. She consistently brings fresh ideas and new challenges that keep the classes engaging and fun. She truly elevated the entire experience. However, over the past few months, some of her classes have been cut, and I feel the CTR program has started to feel lacking and subpar. Because of that, I've found myself returning to private Pilates studios like Drenched OC, Anodetome, Sol, and Jetset Pilates, which are all fantastic if you're considering a private studio experience. At this point, I mainly take CTR at Life Time only when Anisa is teaching. Overall, I'm still very happy with Life Time. I just wish they would bring more energy -- and Anisa -- back to CTR.

The moment…read moreyou walk into Los Cab, it feels like you stepped back into the 1980s -- and not in a charming nostalgic way. The facilities are incredibly dated, tired, and poorly maintained. The locker room and shower facilities are especially gross. No towels, no bath products, nothing complimentary. You have to bring everything yourself -- even your own lock for the lockers unless you want to pay extra for one that already has a lock attached. For the membership prices they charge, that's ridiculous. The gym/workout area feels like an old budget fitness center from decades ago. Ancient equipment, outdated layout, and just an overall neglected feel. The entire club is in desperate need of a renovation. And if you're joining primarily for tennis, look elsewhere. Tennis clearly takes a backseat now because the club is dominated by pickleball courts. If you're a true tennis player, the nonstop loud popping noise from pickleball paddles will drive you insane. To make things worse, they don't even have a proper app for court reservations. In 2026, you still have to CALL IN to reserve a court like it's 1995. There are far better tennis clubs in Orange County that actually invest in their facilities and tennis programs.

The equipment is clean, well maintained, and there is a strong variety without the constant frustration of not having enough of what you need. The classes are excellent, easily as good as you will find anywhere, and the overall culture on the gym floor is a real plus. People are there to work out, not just socialize. The locker rooms are also a standout, consistently clean and clearly maintained throughout the day, and the front desk team is always friendly, professional, and welcoming while still feeling genuine (even though they are coached im sure). What really sets this location apart is how well it works for families. The kids club is far better than basic childcare, with a wide range of activities like sports skills, art, Spanish, and wall climbing. The pool area is also great for the whole family, with attentive lifeguards, fun family spaces, a separate adults-only area to relax, and good food and drinks available during the summer. It feels like a place where both parents and kids can genuinely enjoy spending time. A few things keep it from being perfect. It would be reasonable to include Parents Night Out in the already high monthly family membership rather than charging extra per child, especially since other Life Time locations do. It is also disappointing that the exceptional basketball courts are gone. Pickleball is clearly in demand, but keeping at least part of the space for a half-court basketball setup would have been a better balance. The old basketball league was a great part of the club, and it is hard not to miss it. We used to belong to the ClubSport Rennissance and it had a lot to offer too - but LT works better for us due to the better pool and kids club, nicer equipment, and more premium feel.

She brought me there, the front desk employee signed me in, and we went about our way. There is an indoor pool but the weather was good so we used the outdoor pool, which impressed me. I thought it was fantastic, both for lounging and swimming. With the weights, there was an extensive array of them, at least compared to other gyms. I didn't use the weights due to time constraints. We went to get a smoothie and I thought it was alright but unmemorable. Who even knows why? The smoothie may have been healthier (less sugar) than ones sold elsewhere. Employees behaved in a professional and courteous manner. As expected, I received a polite call and an email inquiring about whether I'd like to join. I was relieved that there was no pressure sell. The aggregate rating is a 3, but I find the gym attractive, so my rating is a 5.
