I ordered my same ol beef cheesesteak with provolone cheese, onions and ketchup. I was told 15mins, then she picked up her phone and continued her conversation. I decided to wait in the car because the music in there was extremely loud and I couldn't hear my phone call nor myself think. After 15mins... I went back inside and was told a few more mins, which turned into me waiting a total of 30mins for my sandwich. I was tempted to ask for my money back, but I was hungry and had my tastebuds set to eat this sandwich. Fast forward to me getting home. My cheesesteak was lukewarm. I didn't make any stops and it usually is still piping HAWT when I get back home. Not this time. I swear I should've known something was up just by my initial experience in the restaurant. Anyways.... My sandwich was smelling a lil spicy... I see a hot red pepper in the wrapping and thought they just wrapped it in my sandwich by mistake. Um NO! There were hot red peppers throughout my sandwich. It was as if they realized the peppers did not belong on the sandwich and tried to take them out, but a whole lot of them were left in there.
