We were only staying for one night since my nephew had a game in Windsor. Front desk staff were really friendly and accommodating and the lobby was clean and noticeably modern. Got to our room and saw some dead flies on our AC unit/ windowsill area. I get the whole eco friendly initiative and not cleaning the rooms everyday but I thought that was pretty nasty. It made me feel like our room was probably not cleaned and not up to standards. I am not a picky person and will normally not care, but for what we paid I wasn't expecting to find dead flies in the winter. Maybe we'll try Wyndham again in another city but this place could use some common housekeeping. read more

Just not worth the money, do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. Stayed there twice, neither room was clean or comfortable

Pretty run down and dated. They advertise breakfast both on their web site and on the scrolling sign on the property. They do not offer breakfast. Very dishonest. They also say that they have free bottles of water in the room, which they don't. While I was coming and going a man occupied a chair in the lobby and his dog was in one chair or another. Don't sit in the lobby chairs unless you don't mind dog hair. The desk clerk was quite helpful. A three star clerk in a no star hotel. My room was poorly equipped-one towel, broken TP holder cracked mirror. I should have done my due diligence. read more

Our house burned down in Louisville so we had to scramble and find a hotel along with 30,000 other people. To complicate matters we have a dog and a cat so that narrowed the choices. This hotel was the closest I could find. I have lowered my expectations due to the shortage of willing workers. The place in general could do with a thorough cleaning in the hallways and stairwells. The room was ok not real clean but habitable. No hair dryer, no plastic laundry bag and water stained bathroom. Really not a hotel we wanted to stay at more than 1 night. Under normal circumstances I would have asked for a cleaner room or a refund. We were tired and weary so we settled for what was available. I cannot recommend this facility but I will say the front desk person was pleasant. read more

Very loud place. Dogs barking in the rooms, the pool pump is loud in 206. Toilet seat broken and the room not fully cleaned. Had empty body wash and shampoo in the bathroom. And the elevator was broken. Not worth the money. read more

The hotel itself is pretty nice but the gym is unusable. Both the treadmill and elliptical were broken and the floor was damaged and was peeling up in different areas. If you want a gym, I'd find somewhere else. read more

Long hairs in bathroom sink and on counters - did not use or have the courage to look at condition of the shower! Furniture and carpet both worn and stained. Some kind of visible residue all over the desk - ewww!! Hear noise from neighboring rooms, hallway and rooms above. There was no Do Not Disturb sign so when the cleaning experts banged on the door - grabbed my stuff and peeled out of there! Rate was good the bed was good and the front desk person was nice but for a fairly new hotel there were problems The hot tub was hot but the cycle part didn't work. The desk chair in the room was broken and could not be adjusted. The desk light switch was missing totally leaving a hole to the wires and you have to plug it in and unplug it to turn it on and off. The Internet connection was super slow as well. Overall not impressed read more

We stayed here for the weekend to swim in the pool and get away a bit. Pool was good size and had hot tub also. Pet friendly and the front desk guy was very friendly also. Hotel was very clean and worth staying at again. Close to Centerra so plenty of places to walk to if you want to eat or shop. read more

We booked this hotel for two nights and a late checkout on Sunday to have a place to go with two dogs during open houses at our house. The walls are paper thin and it was very loud. The back exit door sticks and the same trash was heaped around the outdoor trash can for two days. The bathroom was very nice, in contrast to the room which was very dirty - stained carpet, closet door hanging, stains and burn marks on the desk, kitchenette with filthy plates and a single dirty fork, cheap particle board furniture. Not what I would expect for the price, which included a $50 pet fee and $50 late checkout fee which only extended to 2 pm. read more

The fat old guy that works in the mornings was on his phone for a long time, completely ignoring the line growing at the lobby counter waiting to be checked out. Just sitting here at breakfast, I've witnessed at least 4 different people standing and waiting for this dummy to do his job. The motel had a clean room and bathroom. The walls must be thin because we heard doors slamming all night( we even used a sound machine) About 6:30 am the neighbors must have left their dog because it barked and whined, I told 1 of the maids and she said no English which didn't help at all. I finally called the front seat at 9:30 because the dog was still whining, barking and scratching the door. My husband and I just left early to my appointment because we couldn't even hear the TV. Know one ever came to that room to take care of the problem. If your hotel would rather have dogs then people we will go somewhere else. read more

We chose this location for it's proximity to the I-25 on the way from Ft.Collins to the Denver Airport. We found a lot of good here. Good price on Travelocity. Good value for the money as the room was clean and comfortable and we slept well here. We did not partake in the breakfast as we needed to be at the airport around 6:30 am but it looked clean and welcoming. The staff was very nice and we would certainly choose to stay here on our next visit. read more

Pay a little more to stay somewhere else. The breakfast is a joke and they don't replenish anything, so if you go down at 9:30, you get what you get. Green bananas are set out (ummm why would I want to eat an unripened banana), apples are mushy and everything else is blah. We got there right at the start of breakfast and one orange was set out... it was hilarious. The room is your basic hotel room... nothing special. Bring your own hair products!!! Omg, both my mom and I had to untangle our hair for like 45 minutes...horrible hair products. A lot of sketchy characters were inside the hotel too, not sure if they were guests or if they are allowed to hang out. No shower - No problem! The room was fine - nothing exceptional either good or bad, $25 extra for the dog. In the morning, neither one of us could get the shower to work. When checking out we asked to speak to the manager, but she did not come in until 10 am. The clerk finally called, and the manager told the clerk to go up to our room and see if the shower really didn't work. Really?? But up we went. The girl went into the bathroom, gave it one quick yank, and the shower turned on! This was not the first time she had dealt with this problem. So no discount because the shower worked, but she would leave a message for the manager, Lisa Plunkett, to call us. We are still waiting, Lisa.... After a day or so I emailed corporate and guess what - weeks later we are still waiting to hear back from them. So my rating is not so much for the shower that neither of us had the right training to get to work, but more for the absolute lack of anything close to customer service. read more

First appearance the place seemed fine. The girls at the desk were pleasant when checking in. Our room was right behind the check in counter and across from the ice machine so I thought how convenient, not. Very noisy. First night was good, beds were comfortable, but TV would not work. The second night a guy came in and did something with the TV so it worked that night. The third night again, no TV! That was my last night so I just gave up. There were guests that checked in late and all we heard was running and yelling and doors slamming til late, very irritating. Now, I am accustomed to having daily maid service, and when there was never any, I asked the front desk when I checked out and was told only if requested. Well had I been told that when I checked in I would have requested it! The breakfast was good, always hot and replenished. I will try somewhere else on my next trip to Colorado. read more

Beautiful, clean, new hotel near Loveland, CO. We stayed here for an athletic event nearby. David, the hotel manager on duty, was incredible - great customer service, attentive and friendly. Room was clean and roomy with very comfortable beds. It had one of the best complimentary breakfasts we have ever seen - eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, fresh-made waffles along with all the usual fruits and cereals. Visually this hotel is really nice and new. The staff was pretty good and got us what we needed. Beds were okay but the pillows were a little hard. The reason for only 4 stars is for their continental breakfast. Now I know that it is a free breakfast but the sausage was cold and the bagels were a day away from being hockey pucks. At 8 am there was no gravy left for biscuits and gravy. The breakfast wasn't supposed to end until 9am. I would stay here again but wouldn't rely on the breakfast. read more

I have to say, for the MONEY, this place MAY have been the best property I have EVER stayed in, and I just got back from 2 weeks in Paris! I got a break on the room because of visiting a friend in the hospital up there, but the place is REALLY nice. Best bathroom ever...the room was really nice, GREAT view of the mountains. And the breakfast...this is a FULL breakfast buffet-eggs, bacon, Belgian waffles, ALL top notch. I'll be surprised if the price stays this low, they JUST opened. Hotel room was nice. Went down for breakfast at about 8:30, eggs that were left , which were very few, were hard and had been there for quite some time. Took the remaining amount and told kitchen guy that the eggs were gone. When my wife came down there were none. I told the guy , ask if he would cook more. He said it took 15 minutes to cook the eggs and he refused to cook more. I told him that we deserved the same breakfast that the people received at 7:00. He ran to the manager who was very confrontational, and told me to quit harassing the staff. No apology or explanation for the crappy breakfast. We are Wyndam rewards members and travel a great deal. This place.... i should have realized this place wasn't going to be a good stay when the elevator opened and it smelled like a men's locker room upon checking into our "non-smoking room" we were overwhelmed at HOW BAD this place smelled of cigarette smoke, so bad my husband had to warn me before we entered. The shampoo in the shower was at or below half. Our thermostat must not have worked because our room stayed below 70 with the thermostat at nearly 80 degrees Fahrenheit. There also appeared to be a stain that looks like vomit on their ottoman , and the bed is uncomfortably hard, I WOULD NOT recommend staying here for price/luxury it's not worth the money!! read more

Unfortunately We stayed for 2 nights at this property. Upon arrival we were charged the full amount for our 2 night stay and then to our surprise upon checking out realized we were charged again this time a separate nightly fee which we were already charged for upon arrival, They informed us we would see the money come back but we are still waiting on it. I also unfortunately left an article of clothing behind as well and when I called back the same evening to let them know, they said they would check & call back and never did. I called again the next morning and the front desk girl was very short tempered, incredibly rude and responded that nothing was turned in. The bathrooms were dirty and the shower had hair in it. This hotel is a joke. When I went to go check in my room was deemed dirty. Upon an "inspection" by the person working the front desk I was allowed in the room. The bathroom had old dingy towels, there was no toilet paper, and there was a USED bar of soap on the shower floor (which stayed there my entire stay, which was 3 nights). I go and complain to the front desk and was told the house keeping would go in and "double clean" my room. I left for the day and came back to no shampoo and trash still in my room. I go and talked to the front desk again and ask for a manager this time. Apparently no manager works there on the weekends because I asked to talk to a manager on multiple occasions and they weren't there. I received a lot of sympathy from the staff but no solution to this ridiculousness. I called after my stay and was offered 30% off of one night instead of the entire stay but the room was dirty ALL 3 nights. I would not stay here if I were you. Literally anywhere else would be nicer and cleaner. I'm a rewards member and already have an email into the corporate office but haven't heard anything from them either. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. My husband and I stayed here on our vacation last year, and we enjoyed ourselves so much, that we decided to book the same place again. The new staff at the desk, and the assistant manager, were entirely unhelpful. We drove 13 hours straight to be met with attitude and extreme unprofessionalism. First, they did not want to abide by my Expedia note/request for a "room with a view". After noticing their mistake, the staff moved us to a first floor room with a "view" of 6ft tall brush and trees, a dirty room, and folded pieces of paper were used to balance the furniture. Not to mention, I booked a King, and this second room was two Queen beds. I quietly went back to the desk and requested another room. Front desk staff informed me it was not possible. Instead, the front desk staff opted to not deal with our situation accordingly, and just passed it off onto somebody else. She proceeded to call her assistant manager on her personal cellphone and he assured us that he would be right there to help solve this little issue. He arrives with an attitude, sandals, and a ketchup stain on his t-shirt. Instead of placing us in another room right off the bat, he proceeds to argue with us, claiming "he will NOT give out a free room" and it was "completely impossible to give us a room to meet all of our accommodations." Not once did we request a "free room", we wanted our needs met. My husband asked the assistant manager, "so you're saying there's nothing you can do short of putting us out on the street after we just drove 13 hours from Illinois with a dog?" We were booked there for almost a week! He replied with a definite "yes, and so what, I just came from a party" and proceeded to cancel my reservation on his computer. After the assistant manager was done objectifying his own staff, my husband requested to speak with his boss. He gladly gave us the number to the general manager, and said to "call her anytime." Shortly after, his attitude flipped a full 180, and he suddenly found not only one, but TWO rooms that met our accommodations. This entire ordeal could have been completely avoided without any escalation necessary with proper staffing, professional customer service representation, and responsibilities as a leader upheld. read more
