Went in was not that busy but still took their time seating us...we got inpatient enough and just asked to sit at the empty bar....it took the bar tenders 10 min to even take our drink orders (again empty bar maybe 10 tables in the restuarant) another 20 min to get our drinks....and another 15 after getting our drinks to order our food. Never came back to see if we needed anything......and one bowl of popcorn between 5 ppl sitting at a long bar.....food wasnt even warm when we where finally served! Ok, so after my last review and our last experience, we hardly ever go here anymore. Not to mention that they lost some of their really good bar tenders to other local resturants, so now it takes even longer to get mixed drinks. We decided to give this place another shot because we had a break in between our softball games and this resturant is just down the road. We had a two hour break, and since we expected that it would be kind of slow, we thought this would be plenty of time. Umm no! We just made it to our next games with 15 minutes to spare! That was about 1 hour and 45 mins we spent in this resturant, on a Monday! The waitress told us that one of their cooks called in sick so they were really backed up. Wow, so if one person calls in sick you are pretty much screwed for service all night. By the time we actually did get our food we had to scarf it down so that we could try and hurry to get back up to the fields. When we were finished, no one even brought us our check. It would have been so easy (and tempting) to just walk out, but finally after waiting I walked to the kitchen doors and grabbed a different waitress and asked for our check, lord knows where either our waiters went (yes, we had two people coming to our table and still couldn't get our drinks refilled), but they waeren't around. Now, looking around the place, you really wouldn't think it was busy. We had two other tables seated in the same area as us, and I would gues maybe 2 in the bar and 1 large table on the right by the windows. It was not a busy night. When she finally brought it to us I left just enough cash plus about $3 for tip on the table and walked out. Thank goodness I had cash or it would have been another 30 minutes trying to get them to bring my card back. Honestly, $3 was a huge tip for the service we received! And I only left that because I realize that this is how they make their living, but you also need to earn it, and they did not earn anything. Even my kids don't ask to go here anymore becuase they know how long it takes to get any service, and they are 8 & 6 years old!! Really, they can see it, but management can't? read more

Well like the rest of the reviews I had a very poor experience at Wingerz in Price. We were just stoping through for the night and figured we would give this place a try. For starters when we ordered drinks the waitress said she had to get a bartender to take our order. Dad ordered a craft beer and so did I. Girls seem very confused on what a mug of beer is. Mug is a option on the beer list. While waiting for our drinks waitress-comes back and takes food order. 20 minutes later still no drinks. This is un acceptable since there was maybe 10 other guest in the restaurant. When she finally comes back to our table she tells us our ticket got thrown away on accident. Then proceeds to tell my dad they don't have the beer he ordered, he orders another kind sorry we don't have that either. Dad says what do you have, waitress names off beer ok I'll have that. Finally we get our beers. We got our food with in a respectable time. The table across from us waited at least 10 minutes for there drinks as well. My family and I came here to grab a quick bite to eat while we were traveling back from Colorado. This place was a joke. We ordered our food and it took over an hour to get the food. They were not that busy. During the wait for the food the waitress came out 3 times verifying what I ordered was correct. When she finally brought the food out my personal order was incorrect even though she had asked me minutes before to verify my order. It took another 10 minutes to get my order correct. I am extremely disappointed with the Price Winger's. This used to be my favorite place in the town to eat until they revamped the entire restaurant. They raised their prices for everything. $4 for a lemonade? That's almost a 200% mark up. They also used to have these incredible steak fries. They ruined them forever now. But if I want cold food I'll eat at home. The price for what I got was unreasonable. The coke with cherry was a failed attempt to make a Cherry Coke, which I ordered. If you have it, great. If not, don't try to make it unless you know the customer wants it like that. I chose this meal option as the menu was changed, and no BBQ chicken was available other than wings. Sorry, I'm not a wing-guy. This was visit #3. You failed the first two times as well. There is a reason why your Wingers is not popular with the locals. Because, quite frankly, Wingers is crap. Crappy parking, crappy cooking, the only thing good was Bridget's service, and I err'd by not tipping her. Well, my apologies. I just hope she finds a better place to work. THE only reason they are still in business is because they are right on the highway and anyone going north or south has likely had little to nothing to eat for sometime. Good choice in putting it next to the hospital though...in case someone has food poisoning from the cold food. I would honestly give the place 0 stars, but I need to give it something to write a review. It must be a staple in the Wingers company hand book that you must be a horrible server. Me and a few friends went last night where there was only one other table in the restaurant. Our server took 10 minutes to get three. The food was okay, nothing impressive. After when we ordered dessert, she took 25 minutes to bring two desserts and mix up our checks. The entire experience too 1 hour and 45 minutes. Way too long be sitting around because we all wanted to leave. Will never visit another Wingers establishment again. read more

Normally I am not a big fan of chains or Wingers, but this is a pretty good place. When we walked in the door there was a large group of people with a bunch of kids. The hostess was nice enough to seat us in the bar. The lady who waited on our table was very nice and attentive. I had some sort of rice bowl deal that was very good. The guys I was with both had fish tacos that they talked about for days after eating there. If I am ever in the area again I will gladly return. read more

Unlike everyone else who commented here, my wings came out fairly quick! No complaints there. They were also pretty good. Very flavorful. The wings were a bit pricey compared to other places in my travels for $11 you get a "large" order which is only 8 wings. I ordered this thinking perhaps they were jumbo wings, based on the phrase " large" and the price. Would have ordered more if I had known. My wife and I frequent the Price location when we drive back and forth from Grand Junction to Salt Lake and this is the first time that we were very disappointed with our experience. When we arrived we stood waiting in the doorway for 8-10 minutes before any staff came up to seat us. We ordered our food right away and had to wait 50-60 minutes for our for it to come out. We ordered the Beer cheese burgers and garlic fries as they are one of our favorites. The food came out and the burger was barely warm as well as the fries, the outside of the burger patty was burnt black on both sides and the side of beer cheese was browned on top like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for quite some time. Our server Erica asked how everything was and we expressed our concern with the food and her response was "Yeah, I'm sorry, it all depends on who is cooking" and she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. She never offered to do anything to resolve our concern and didn't seem to concerned about the situation. When I pay $37 plus tip for a meal I definitely don't expect to have an experience like this one. Very, very disappointing to say the least. read more

We ate here as we were staying next door at the Ramada. Also our Grandson who lives in Price wanted us to go there. The waiter was very good but he explained first off that their freezer had gone out 3 days ago so they had limited supplies. I had a burger that had a chicken Patty and ground beef. I thought both were over cooked and not very warm when we were served. The fries were also cold. I don't think I will ever go back. And the place only had like 2 other people in it. I'm done with Wingers altogether. I've been to several of them over the years, from Elko, NV to Ogden, UT to Price, UT. The Price location has been the worst. Once, a business associate had a bug in his lemonade and the service is ALWAYS sub par. Today, on the way home from a family trip, we stopped in for a late lunch (knowing my troubles with Wingers, my wife was skeptical) around 2pm. We stood in the lobby waiting to be seated for 10 minutes and we weren't greeted at all, much less seated. I noticed that there were several tables needing to be bussed. It's like nobody was working at all. It's too bad Yelp doesn't offer a negative star option. Either way... Wingers, you've burned your last chance for my business. read more

After waiting forever for our food we complained to the manager and the awful service still continued!!! I drive through Price quite often and this place is my stop of choice. I have tried a few other places in the area and regret it every time. I'm usually in a hurry, and their fast, friendly service and close freeway access is perfect for me - not to mention the wings are as good as I can find anywhere. My latest visit was no different. First night I ordered a "signature" steak that took 35 minutes to get (med-rare) and was bland and could have been cooked better on my engine-block ( tasted that way at least ) Second night - I figured "How can they mess up a simple hamburger " again this was their "signature" hamburger .. and it took 45 minutes to get and the burger was cold and bland and the 'steak fries' tasted like cleaning solution. The server said - oh, because it's today's "Special" you get to pay full price - but it comes with drinks. So you're not really buying drinks, so the discount doesn't apply. So it came to $26.97 PLUS 3@.69 "flavor" WTF? What the hell is "Flavor" You really charge me 2.07 for "flavor" Why didn't you charge me for popcorn or bringing a napkin or for ice? So over $30 for 3 lunches. REALLY? Yea, wingers has good food, but what you're really at is telling the customer to BEND OVER AND TAKE IT! Come on - it would have been maybe a $5 discount, but NNOOOOOOO. You'd rather give it to me good. Well, enjoy the $5 you screwed out of me because as of now, you will never get another lunch, dinner, or anything out of me. The waitress messed up a whole order, didn't know how to turn on the volume or a channel for the USA game, came to the table maybe three times in the two hours we were there and she wasn't friendly.
