Sonny also installed a large bracket to help support the new countertop that was getting installed the next day. Sonny returned 2 days later to install all new plumbing, new sink drains and the new faucet. He also installed the new dishwasher and the plumbing that went along with that. Sonny turned the water back on and checked to make sure everything was working perfectly. no leaks. If I have the need for help with another project I would definitely call Sonny. He is the man for all jobs.

My hot water heater was leaking at 3:00 pm when I phoned Randy. There was already a puddle of…read morewater on my basement floor. Randy came and shut off the water and called to order a new Gas hot water heater with power vent. He ordered a commercial grade water heater which is made better and will last longer. I appreciated that. He & Bobby were at our home the following morning before 8:00am to install the new gas hot water heater. I had been told by another plumbing & heating company that I would need to have a new sewer line installed outside due to the terra cotta pipes slipping and trapping the toilet paper & waste. I had asked that company twice to give me an estimate but they never did. Randy used his camera to look and he showed me that I could wait a year. We also had 2 water pipes in our front yard that stuck out of the ground with grass all around them. Our house is very old and use to be a duplex which is why there are 2 water pipes. We could not mow over them. I asked Randy if the pipes could be lowered. He checked them then called the Williamsport Water Authority and told them of our situation. The following day 2 fellas from the Water Authority came and lowered the pipes and replaced one broken cap. We had also been told that we needed to have a new chimney installed. Since Randy is a Master Plumber he said that we did not need a new chimney because our furnace and gas hot water heater both have a power source that vents outside which is sufficient. The new receptionist, Paula, was not very helpful and she lacked appropriate customer service skills. Paula recently replaced the original receptionist who retired after decades of service. Paula was unable to tell me the day when oil would be delivered to my house so that I would be able to make arrangements with my employer to be home for the delivery. She explained that I could just leave cash or a check at my house for the driver to pick up whenever he was going to make it there in the next 2 weeks or so. This just seemed unreasonable to me. I would think there would be some way to know when, approximately, the oil delivery would occur. There were a few other issues which I discussed with Paula, but she continued to be difficult and borderline rude. As a result, I will never order my heating oil from this company again. I will also hire another HVAC contractor to install ductless units into my house this spring. Leighow Oil Company should fire their new receptionist!
