All of our 4 orders were super crispy, hard to chew. I contacted the store and they stated there was nothing they could do about it. I asked to speak to the manager and got hung up on, three times. We love wings, but these were very disappointing. Most of the 30 wings we received were on the small side and mostly dried out. The Louisiana Rub were very dried out, but sitting in a pool of grease - not very tasty. My oldest son did not care for the Garlic Parmesan and only ate 2 - we thought they would be sauced, but they were more of a dry rub. He said they didn't have much garlic. My youngest son said his hot wings were "ok", but not very hot. The french fries were not my favorite. I just didn't care for the seasoning, but I am sure others will like them. read more

Merely average to maybe below average wings. Ordered 10 wings bone-in classic hot and the chicken was infused with hot sauce. It was kind of tough and my personal preference is fried crispy wings with the hot sauce put on top just before serving. Didn't get any of the sauces that were supposed to come with to-go order either. Oh, and it sure took a long time to fry 10 wings and dump some hot sauce on them and put them in a to go box and bag. Man I'm not one to usually leave bad reviews but this one calls for it. I know you cant please everyone but as I'm picking up my order for dinner this evening that we had just placed on the app I forgot to add "xtra wet" on the order. I ran just to let them know and to add and was greater by Elina who must hate her job. She informed that "only if it's not made yet" and I told her that the order was just placed and no way it can be ready. She then stated "well now you have to pay first" I said excuses me, I can't pay when they are ready? She then stated no I will not be able to start your order till it's payed for. This is a place that me and my family spend crazy amounts of money on this location to eat wings. When the other employee brought my food out to the car he stated "we have lots of problems with her" and it shows my friend. My wife and I frequent this location about twice a month I'd say. We keep going back because the wings are so damn good. The service is terrible however! On multiple occasions they have forgotten to make our call in order, or forgotten to check the shelf to see if our food is ready, until we ask 20 minutes later. Normally I would give 1 star for last night. Took over an hour for my order. When I finally got my order the manager was so apologetic and explained that there was a system malfunction. It said my food was gonna be ready in 25 minutes and the system was giving the wrong pick up times to everybody. I was watching everybody in there working their butts off and they all were calm. The general manager was still friendly and offered to give me a discount on my next oreder. It was ready when we got there and they checked everything in the bag with us. The manager Julie took my kids to the soda machine and she let them make this crazy mix. I love wingstop but this location needs to rethink how it's being run. Every time we place an order on the app and the order is never ready or even "lost" when I go to pick it up. I'm always waiting an extra 15-20 minutes at the store. And I'm not the only one- my last order was lost and people were waiting for orders, getting upset at the wait, as well as people coming to return incorrect orders. I asked for the manager on duty and there wasn't one apparently. Which I believe because it was chaos and everyone was pissed at their wait times. Poor customer service (especially from the manager). They left 15 wings out of my take out order. When I called to tell them about it, they said I had to drive back to prove it. Unfortunately the flavor they left out was the non spicy flavor intended for my kids. They eventually offered me a 15 wing credit (wow thanks) after they told me I was welcome to take my business to Buffalo Wild Wings. The wings are great. My son loves these, his favorite. Monday-Tues special boneless price is up .10 cents to .60 per piece. My issue still stands: bad service. The general manager at this location is amazing. We placed an order through a delivery service, and the driver threw our food at our door. It was leaking and busted open on our front porch.. We called the deliver service and we also called Wingstop to let them know what happened.. Not expecting much since it was not their fault and they came through.. They advertise to avoid the wait and call ahead, but this is not what they deliver. A lot of young kids working here and they need some solid leadership at this location. (This works best for me since I have a infant) I get there and call and the girl rudely says "uh no you still need to come inside to pick it up" I called back to be placed on hold for 11 mins for her to answer and have obviously forgotten I was on the phone I told her to cancel my order as I have a infant and it's now 15-20 mins passed my pickup time so food would be gross.
