Came back for round 2. The food is definitely something you want to eat in store not take out. Today's flavors Louisiana Rub & Atomic. Both were good. Atomic was spicy and vinegary and Louisiana Rub is probably my favorite dry seasoning so far. I'm not a boneless wings type of person but I tried it because of the deal today and was not disappointed. They were decent sized pieces and cooked well.

And the #chickening of Apple Valley reaches a pinnacle as the long awaited expansion of Wing Stop not only makes it way to Minnesota but hits the south suburbs. As we make our normal daily commute down Cedar avenue and look over into the Time Square shopping center we look to see if the green neon "open late" sign is illuminated and finally on October 30th we jumped for joy! After rushing into the Wing Stop app to place our order for enough food to feed 4 (3 being hungry boys) of a 75 piece group pack. We patiently waited in the store for our 20-30 minutes per the app but given opening day the time came and went (as we watched another individual with a large order wait at the counter which it turns out once we asked an employee ours was sitting there waiting). As we cracked open the two large party trays our bone-in/boneless spread amongst 5 different sauces (Sweet BBQ Blaze, Hot Honey Rub, Original Hot, Louisiana Rub, Garlic Parmesan) and 3 different orders of fries (Seasoned Fries, Louisiana Voodoo Fries & Buffalo Ranch Fries) were separated into serving boats & packaged nicely into earth friendly paper bags. With a plethora of containers of ranch and our veggie sides we devoured as much as we could, with favorites being the hot honey and traditional hot as well as the Voodoo fries. All the food had a nice temperature & flavor, was nice and warm, and definitely a new local favorite. The staff was very attentive, despite the slight miss on our food sitting on the counter after we had told them our names when we walked in and them calling out others while we were waiting. Certainly won't keep us from coming back again and again and are excited for this new addition to our regular chicken spots.

The manager and the employees there. They were really rude. And so many orders backed up.

We had the clams, waffle fries, regular fries, cod, and halibut. I basically have no complaints about anything. We also had the tartar sauce and MN sauce. If I were to go again, I would just get the waffle fries. They are better than the regular fries. The MN sauce was a nice change in flavor, but the real star of the show is the tartar sauce, and that is what we used the most. The fish was great. The batter was amazing and it wasn't overly battered. My wife and I both agreed that the halibut is probably not worth the extra cost. When we go again, we will likely just get cod, or maybe walleye. Service was nice. It seems to be a family-owned restaurant and they seem to run it well. Overall, this is really just an amazing place. It is very expensive, but I was expecting that for fish so I was mentally prepared. I believe we spent about $50 for everything, which is definitely a pretty penny, but again we were prepared and knew the halibut was a premium. I would highly recommend checking them out. I am planning to go back!

The restaurant has a dozen or so tables but every table was full when I went to pick up my order. They had a quick wait despite making each order fresh. Another customer waiting on their order mentioned the fish was really good so I was excited to try it for myself. They weren't kidding! It was a very good fish fry. I had the perch dinner which had a delicate yet crunchy batter. The waffle fries were crispy and had a flavorful seasoning. I ordered the MN sauce on the side that is unique and hard to tell what's in it. It's citrusy with a hint of spice. I would skip this sauce and stick to tartar sauce but worth a try if you are looking for something different.

While there is technically plenty of parking, it was very busy on Friday night when I was swinging by to pick up my food. The restaurant is very simple, with a few booths for dining, which were mostly full, and there was a line of about 6 people waiting for takeout. It was exciting to see so much support for this space. The workers were fabulous: friendly and working diligently to maintain order and make sure everyone had what they needed! I ordered my basics, since it was my first time! Samosas, Garlic Naan, and Butter Chicken! The Samosas were crunchy on the outside, and filled with potatoes, peas, and spices! Perfectly dipped in the accompanying chutneys. Mint was bright and fresh, tamarind was sweet and tangy, just how I like it! Butter Chicken was quite a large serving, bursting with flavor and nuance, which is sometimes missing from takeout versions of this classic. Naan was a bit crisper than I usually like, but the perfect vehicle for the leftover butter chicken sauce. I'm already planning my next order! Check this place out for sure!
