When I tried to stop her in passing to ask for extra ranch, she half turned around, gave me a look like I was bothering her, and kept walking as if I hadn't said anything. She never came back to our table after that. We eventually had to get the manager involved, who ended up taking over and cashing us out. The manager was helpful and professional, but it shouldn't have come to that. It's a shame, because the food alone would've had us coming back. Unfortunately, between the cold service and whatever personal issue she seemed to be projecting, this place just isn't somewhere we'll return to.

Granted it was only one experience, but I remember a woman stumbling into the window area as I was paying to slam the window shut without even acknowledging me. I was told that the woman is the daughter of the owner who doesn't even work there. I was also recently faced with a worker who let me wait at the speaker for 10 minutes before ordering, and she told me she was "the only one working there" but she was also giving me attitude. I didn't want to blame her but if these are the experiences workers and customers have at the drive through window, management needs to really reconsider how they handle that part of their restaurant.
