Food: I ordered a special that included: large fry, 6 chicken tenders, 16 wings, and three dipping sauces for $35. I thought it was a great deal. This was my first time eating there, but not my families. I am super picky about wings, so I wanted to give them a far shot, despite not hearing the best reviews on the community. Pass on the fries. Not certain of the seasoning or if it's just the potato, but they were not good. Wings were cooked well. I would certainly go for the wet sauce versus a dry rub. Dry rub doesn't have much flavor. I would give the food a 6/10. My kids enjoyed the wings! Low scoring is for the fact that there were four people workers that were standing around, and talking around the food prep area. My food was not prepared on time, not super late, but for the fact that I saw the workers standing around, I'm confused about why my order was not ready on time. read more

The customer service at the Easley, SC location is terrible. I ordered a 10 Louisiana rub wing combo with blue cheese for delivery. What i received was 10 plain wings with ranch dressing. I called the store to alert them of the mixup and was told to contact door dash because the manager had made the order correct and the cashier put the blue cheese in the bag herself. Do doordash had to have mixed my order up.I explained that the bag was securely sealed with my name on it when it arrived. Another lady (i assumed the manager) jumped on the phone and rudely said to contact door dash because there was nothing they could do. I don't recommend this location for anything. read more

Starting off I walk in never having been here before & am told it will be an 18 minute wait by the hostess Isabella. That's fine I saw there was only 1 person working the back & the hostess up front. I planned to dine in but there's no seating area or restrooms. When I do decide on my order I'm trying to explain to Isabella what I would like & she got an attitude which my kids later commented on to me. We drove 28 minutes to get here & back home with our food after waiting 27 minutes for our order. When we arrive home we realize we were charged for 2 extra drinks we did not receive & Cajun fried corn which we also did not receive. I'm rather upset seeing as I just paid $67 & drove as far as I did just for chicken & fries. This place isn't hyped up all it is to be & Isabella needs to get a better attitude working in the service industry as well as make sure the orders are correct. read more

We were so excited to be getting a Wingstop in Easley. That excitement went away so quick it's not even funny. Granted it was not long after they first opened but service was awful, the food was awful, it was nasty and dirty in there. This was an experience that I never wish to have again. My wife and I decided to try out the new wing restaurant in our city. We go in and inform the lady at the register we have never been there before and was looking for some suggestions. She called the manager so he could advise us. He wasn't much help because he hadn't tried all there options. We ordered and headed home to eat. As I was eating my fries not only did I get a mouth full of fries but a long hair as well. If I could give zero stars... I would. I was on hold for 30+ minutes, waiting for my order for 2+ hours. I could not for the life of me get them to give me a straight answer and they had no idea if the order was ready. I WILL NOT be ordering from this specific establishment again. My daughter absolutely loves this place. She and my neighbor go there all the time. I haven't been there myself, but from what they tell me, it's really really incredible. So I will definitely be going over there and checking out their wings. read more

Location here in Easley just opened and what's better than wings and football. Unfortunately placed a Togo order online . Order stated 40 minutes took an hour . Got home and surprise on line order wrong . Wrong wings and incorrect sauces . The wings that were correct hardly has sauce on them ( I could call them naked) . I ordered off Uber eats I got 10 wings and a chicken sandwich. I think the wings came off what I can only assume is juvenile chickens. They were tiny, overcooked, awful wings and the chicken burger I got with the honey sauce was quite honestly the worst chicken burger I've ever had in my life it just was disgusting. I got a shitty ass bit of pickle and the burger was honestly just disgusting and the bun was soaked, and the whole thing was a mess.. I'll never order order again from Wingstop. There are way better options. Never mind the food was late anyway. Do not bother with this place. Super expensive as well. It was a rip off! read more

Order was supposed to take 23-28 minutes. It took over an hour to receive my order for carry out. The GM (Antonio Tanner) was more concerned with being buddies with his coworkers than making the food while also giving more attention to the teams friends orders that came in after others. I ordered my fries well done to fight the sogginess yet they are as soggy as ever. Would not recommend this Wingstop, atleast until some new management is involved. read more

girlies and i love some wingstop, but this past visit was unacceptable. we ordered 4 ranches with our order and to our shock and dismay, they gave us blue cheese instead!!! we went back up to the store and asked for ranch instead of blue cheese.. they gave us blue cheese again. lets just say our wings were NOT saucy tonight and wingstop night was an absolute fail. very disappointing. read more
