Kinda sad because i love wingstop. the food was fine, but the customer service was not. they mixed up our orders and gave them to other people, then when we went to ask about fixing it the woman at the counter was extremely rude and blamed us for grabbing the wrong order when they called our name. she was borderline yelling at us from over the counter and once the correct order came out she was pushing the receipt towards me and being hostile once again. not to mention, when looking into the kitchen none of the staff were wearing gloves which is especially concerning when going back and forth dealing with raw chicken and other ready to eat foods. i'm not sure if there was a lead or supervisor on duty, but they need one. read more

Very satisfied with the team here at this location. The gentleman who always takes my phone orders is always kind and polite with a great customer service voice. I think he already knows who's ordering by the details of the order . Facilities are clean and well maintained, if your going to dine in be sure to bring a sweater as the dinning room is below freezing and can get uncomfortable while enjoying your wings. The have good customer service buuuuuut their wings and fries are waaaaaaaaay too salty. We ordered mango habanero, garlic parmesan, and lemon pepper. Yeah they're fried but it doesn't justify how the bottom of the tray had a puddle of oil, which is not very ideal. I think my complaints are mainly for this location as I have not had any issues with the puente hills mall location. Salt and oil aside, the flavors were ok. I have been to this place for many years. Our favorite flavors are original hot, garlic parmesan, and lemon pepper. The food is always hot and fresh. Takeout is easy and convenient. I love their ranch and blue cheese. An area of improvement is that sometimes the fries can get soggy, but good thing my sister loves soggy fries. I recommend calling in or ordering online because it takes at least 20 minutes at least. The wings are big and crispy and I love their flats. Everyone is wearing masks and socially distancing. We either get the 15 piece meal for two or 30 wing meal and it will feed about 4 people. We also love getting raspberry iced tea with our meal. read more

First, I want to give recognition to Manny. He is the only helpful person who works at this location. Very knowledgeable, attentive. And has great customer service skills and ethics. If you walk in to order, the girl and employees in the back are standing there on their phones ignoring customers at the counter. And sometimes during their listed business hours, the employees have turned the lights off and are mopping the floor, completely pretend to not see you trying to open the door. The chicken has been raw.. all 4-5 times I've been here. If you order through the app at this location it only offers coke, diet, sprite, and Dr Pepper or "Fountain drink". And the order is always behind. I tried calling this location after doing a mobile app delivery order to let them know I wanted the sweet tea and there was no option on the app. No answer. I called 10 more times over the course of 40 min. Still no answer. 15 minutes before the projected delivery time (8:56PM). I called one more time, a girl answered... Asked me what I need help with I asked if I could have the original Wingstop sweet tea. She said "ok thanks for letting us know bye bye"and hung up. When my order was delivered (9:30PM over 30 min late) all of our fries were still frozen in the middle and in grease puddles, our boneless and original chicken was raw in the middle, we were missing one drink, the sweet tea was some other type of tropical tea and they gave us two ranch's for five meals. I called again and that's when manny answered first ring. He apologized for the inconvenience and suggested I fill out the online form to rate the order and experience. All Wingstop did was email me a coupon for a free fry on an order of $75+. Very disappointing. Now, I don't even waste my time with this location. We ordered from here through DoorDash and we were missing the dipping sauce for our Wings so I call back to ask about the missing item. They also have a few flavors that I'm a fan of (original hot, lemon pepper, Cajun, atomic, mango habanero). Some negatives about this place are they serve the saltiest fries you'll ever have, so make sure to ask them to go easy on the salt unless you like really salty fries. Also, if you don't get a combo, they charge for a dipping sauce. Another thing is the location is really small so they have hardly any seating in there.
